Reference ID[protected] I had booked hotel through Makemytrip.com in Nahan. They have confirmed booking with 100% advance. Makemytrip has given me wrong information as this hotel which was shown to present in Nahan is 17 km before Nahan. This has spoiled my entire vacations and we have to come back after two days. I can provide the confirmation and booking voucher given by makemytrip. I am asking Makemy trip to reimburse the entire booking amount as I feel cheated.

    I have booked Jet airways ticket to Bangalore-Chennai via Makemytrip.com, on travel date flight scheduled got delayed by 4 hours, hence I had cancelled the boarding pass and took a other flight, during cancellation Jet airways assured me that they going to refund 100% ticket prices and refund should be initiated through makemytrip since they were the travel agent booked the ticket. I have requested the cancellation online through makemytrip, they never took any action until repeated follow-up, after long silence they partially refunded amount saying that was only amount refunded by airline, when I contacted jet airways again they direct it go through makemytrip and makemytrip is neither ready to provide me details of refund and nor ready initiate for full refund. Please very careful with using the services of makemytrip they just sucks your money, they were one of biggest fraudster along with jet airways.     I didn't get any update even after 6 month of complaining. My INR 6000 is illegally deducted and its open robbery by makemytrip, absolutely no accountability, this is disgusting. Hoping for strong consumer protection law.

      Though communicated several times to ms Akriti Arora-makemytrip agent online for refund of 800$ since 2 months, she is not giving the refund for the hot air balloon ride in capadoccia in turkey in april 2015 which was cancelled.. The persons who gave the cash directly to the international agents were refunded but we had given to makemy trip online site in ch form -which is still not refunded.. though commuications done through emails from april 2015- Booking ID: IN1501B7S247165

        TRip id NR[protected] rs not yet refunded from ur end iam fed up with ur service some peoples say we initiated the refund on 15 th june but not yet refund to my account they given reference[protected] but from irctc the amount was refunded to makemytrip wallet on 13th may 12 am settlement id [protected] but not yet received my amount really i had worst experience on ur concern how many times i wanna escalated This issue i spoken with poonam, deepthi some more agent why when call landed they didn't seeing previous description history simply saying 14 working days

          I made an unsuccessful booking with booking ID:NF[protected] on 24th May 2015 and the amount 9990/- was deducted from my SBI account. I complaint regarding refund and the refund was processed and approved with refund reference number:[protected]. I have tried the costumer care for MakemyTrip several times(6-7) and they keep on saying that they have processed the request and I need to wait for so and so days. First time they said it will take 3 days, next time 7 days, then they closed the request stating it as resolved and said that I need to wait for 20 days and if the amount is not credited, then I need to open a new service request. I checked with bank and opened a new complaint on 23 June 2015, now they are saying again that they have processed it and they will check with bank and I need to wait till 1st July 2015 to get update on same.

          HI,

          I am waiting response/resolution from your end. It's already 7 days since your post and as per your person over call, you were supposed to revert back with ARN number within 48 hours.
          My money is stuck with MakemyTrip from 24th May 2015 i.e. already 44 days.
          No satisfactory response is given by customer care and I have already opened 4 service requests within this time frame and they have been closed as resolved with no resolution.

          Horrible makemytrip service. Disappointed !!

            Travelled to Australia on a package offered by make my trip between 25th April and 9th May and in one of the hotels travelodge went worth Sydney amount of Rs.11, 163.46 on 9th may and Rs.3013.51 on 10th may respectively deducted from our credit card account for reasons unknown. Since we had departed on 9th early morning to India we came to know about this once we came home. On 11th the matter was reported to make my trip local kammanahalli office in Bangalore and were assured of immediate action for reversal. Later as there was no response from the branch complaint was registered with MMT customer care and we were asked to provide booking ID. Incidentally no booking ID was given to us and could not find the same mentioned in any of the vouchers given to us. Instead we had sent copy of all available travel documents for their follow up to resolve our issue. MMT stopped answering to our queries and we are in a fix with out their assistance to get the above amount back. Instead of getting our details directly from the branch who had organised our programme and resolving our issue, the organisation is keeping mum. As a tour operator it is their responsibility to take up the issue with the hotel management and do justice to the customer. It is rather strange to note that with all the documents and vouchers we submitted MMT is still unable to dig out information from their system even after 40 days. Request you sir help us to get our hard earned money back or some response from the organisation with out ignoring our genuine claim. My earlier mail in this regard has not been posted due to some reasons? Would be grateful if this mail reaches the concerned for necessary action so as to enable us to get our money back. Regards.                 Availed MMT package trip to Australia from 25th April to 9th May. Our credit card copy was taken by hotel for deduction of 1 Aus $ as refundable deposit which had been similar practice in other hotels in australia and we never had any problems.On our return we found that an amount of Rs. 11, 163.45 on 9th May (early morning we departed to India) and Rs.3, 013.51 on 10th May were deducted from our credit card with out any intimation or authorisation by the hotel. The next day itself raised this issue with Kammanahalli branch in bangalore who organised our tour. We were assured that that matter would be resolved immediately and no action whatsoever was taken by the branch and they stopped responding to our calls. The issue was later taken up with customer care by submitting all the relevant documents including credit card statement and the first complaint was initiated on 30th May. From that day onwards the customer care has been repeatedly asking us to provide booking ID and the same was not mentioned anywhere even in payment voucher given to us. Mail was sent to them in this regard to get all the requisite details from branch where all the transactions and correspondence originated. With out questioning the branch they kept sending mail about their inability to act with out ID. How does a customer can produce a booking number with out getting one in the first place and no sign of it on any of the documents which I had already forwarded to them. I suspect strongly some thing is seriously wrong as now I am unable to escalate my complaint beyond level 2 (probably blocked with out updating) on their site but the actual fact is I had escalated to level 3 already for which I have all the proof. Probably this is an attempt to prevent me from reaching last management level.So many mails have been sent till date and the last one even warning them of dire consequences being attached herewith. And incidentally till date they have not acknowledged/replied to my above mail. They almost stopped short of saying that all the documents I had sent until now have got no sanctity for MMT in other words all fake and there was never any transaction with them. Till date they neither replied to my queries nor responded to my issues except gaining time and fooling around with us instead of resolving our genuine concern. I am ready to forward all my communications with them from day one if required so that all will know what kind of organisation they are dealing with. My first complaint to the branch was on 11th May over telephone and its almost more than 40 days with out any action. If the tour operator had contacted first their branch for all the details and then the concerned hotel the issue would have been sorted out by now instead of wasting time and worst thing is they are tight lipped with out any feed back . I would be grateful if this issue of mine is taken up with MMT to enable me to get back my payment at the earliest. Thanks MMT Complaint No:[protected] Customer name R.Narasimhan

                  This is to advice you if you do not have correct information of the travel agents don't make any bookings because nothing is going from your side but who trust you and make bookings thru you will suffer. In my case you sent travelling details, which the travel agent buses does not move on that route. After that you provided another booking which is nearly 35 KM from my place. previous booking just 17 km from place, so you understand or not regarding my problem. Previous SMS for my booking was dept. time 9:30 pm and arrival time was approx between 4:30PM to 5:00PM which was suitable but in second booking given by you was so far from place and dept. time was 11:15 PM and it was depart 12:15PM from kaushambi and in the mid of the night driver around 3:30 or 4:00AM leave the bus on the road and don't know where he was and came back after one and a half hour. BUs reached Haridwar around 8:15 AM which means it was taken 8 Hours from kaushambi to Haridwar. So, this my advice you if you have correct information of travel agent then make booking otherwise please stopped your operations. Even I never suggest my ENEMY to make bookings via MAKE MY TRIP. I am planning to go Consumer Court to file complaint against you people. Because of this I suffered too much not even the TIME loss as well money loss. I had booking from 7:00AM from haridwar to Neelkanth which had cancelled and where already I paid Rs1800/ that was waist and my planning was same day to come back Delhi but due to this I had been stayed that day and pay for hotel also. So, this my WORST EXPERIENCE to make booking thru MAKE MY TRIP. I HUMBLE request to my nearest dearest and people whom I don't know do not go via MAKE MY TRIP

                    How was my bus journey? Then listen to the odyssey I faced just now while coming from New Delhi Anand Vihar Bus Terminus in the night of 21st. June, 15 for Mussourie. 14/06 [protected] MAKEMYTRIP (INDIA) P L Gurgaon Rs. 799.00 – For that horrible bus journey from Anand Vihar, New Delhi to Mussourie/Dhanaulti, Garwal, from the night of 21-06-15 to the morning of 22-06-15. I boarded the bus last night from New Delhi to reach at Mussouie/Dhanaulti in the morning and, it was not the bus you promised for. However, after reaching Haridwar, the bus driver and the attendant told us that we would have to board another bus. After long delay, they took us to Dehradoon and left me (and all other few passengers) there at Dehradoon and bolted and vanished. Now I am on my own and taking a shared car to take me to Mussourie and from there to Dhanaulti by hired taxi @ Rs.1650/-. Meaning, my whole day is LOST! Above booking was made using my father's Citibank card. It seems that the made for booking bus through your site has failed (Rs.799/-). Kindly look into this and arrange to take action against this rogue transport company-some Singh Travel or so.                       I had made a return booking from Chandigarh to Bangalore, using my meagre saving from my monthly stipend to spend winter vacation at Bangalore with the following journey dates: Chandigarh to Bangalore: 18.12.2014 (JET AIRWAYS): Rs. 1440.00 Bangalore to Chandigarh: 23.12.2014 (JET AIRWAYS): Rs. 1440.00 PNR PCETNF Booking ID NF[protected] However the total amount paid was Rs. 2749.00 as I had used a discount promo code. As you would be aware Chandigarh usually faces inclement weather conditions in December. Due to bad weather conditions prevailing in Chandigarh on the journey date my flight was cancelled. I shifted my journey date to repeatedly getting cancelled and I had to shift my journey date to the subsequent day but bad weather conditions led to cancellation of flight again. Further postponement of journey date repeatedly resulted in cancellation of flight. In view of imminent reopening date of my College after winter break, I finally opted for refund and I was told by the Airline staff that I was entitled for full refund as the flight was cancelled at the behest of Jet Airways. The Jet Airways ground staff helped me in cancelling my ticket and informed that the travel portal where I had booked my ticket would refund my money. Accordingly, I spoke to the customer care executive of MakeMyTrip on more than 2-3 occasions in the last week of December 2014 and during the course of January 2015 and each time I was advised that as the flight was cancelled at the behest of the Airline the entire fare would be be refunded and that I should expect the refund in 10-15 days. You would appreciate that it takes an inordinately long time to get in touch with the executive of help desk. The last time I had made contact with MakeMyTrip was on 05.02.2015 wherein I was promised that I will get a reply from their side within a week regarding why my refund is still in the pipeline. I was given a auto generated reply saying my problem would be solved within a week. (Reference ID[protected] 3. Please be advised that if the full refund is not made to me within the next 10 days, I will escalate the matter with the DGCA, Ministry of Civil Aviation, PMO and the Consumer Court. (in the order).                         Surprise to know, that even after raising a complaint request and multiple discussions with multiple executives, the issue/concerns was never resolved. Above all, Mumba Airport drop from Pune was never managed despite regular mails and calls. On the very last day i called atleat 3-4 times and at the last cut-off time (18:35) of my travel to airport, I was told to manage the transport/cab on my own. This was very bad, frustrating and disappointing experience I and may family had to face. My family was completely shattered and feared as it was an international trip and how makemytrip left us nowhere kind of situtations. I had written multiple mails and calls to your executives.                         With regards to airport drop, I was told by Mandeep singh that I should raise a claim for the expense occurred. After my return, I had called call center and spoke to Mandeep again that how and where can I submit for reimbursement as I dont see any option on website. He says that he has forwarded my concerns to cash and refund team and they will get back to me.
                        I am really tired calling up call center - speaking to Mandeep again and asked him to loop me. But he says he can't. I feel this is not transparent as there is no written communication with me.
                        Now I am struggling to raise claim/get refund for the airport drop that I had to bear.

                        Kindly look into this as its again becoming bad experience. Hope this can be simplified soon.

                        Its been 20+ days and there has been no response from your side. I have tried all the ways of reaching you - Call center and raising/escaliting the claim request. But this is not getting closed. Kindly let me know how can i claim the loss of money that i had to pay for to-and-fro Pune to Mumbai Airport.

                          Booking id : NH[protected] MOB NO:- [protected] Name: Thomas Stanly I had booked a room in hotel GP GRAND in Dehradun for Rs2500 on[protected] to attend a very important interview.Makemytrip had confirmed the availability of the room and i received a message from makemytrip saying i can check into the hotel by showing the booking message and all those usual crap. When i reached the hotel at 8:00 pm i was shocked to know that makemytrip had not contacted the hotel and had not confirmed my booking.I tried calling makemytrip.Their '"impossible to deal with" customer care executive apologized and said they have made alternate arrangements and will call me in 10 minutes to inform me its details. After waiting for half and hour, I called back and they were acting as though they did not have a clue about the alternate arrangement i was talking about and told they would call back in 5 mins. I called back after half and hour again but it was impossible to reach them as i had to wait for their executive to pick up the call for 1 hour 15 minutes after which i gave up.I left all hopes on makemytrip and Payed at the hotel rs.4250 for my room and checked in at 10:30 pm. After this i had called them every day for 8 days. i have been calling them at random after that. I would wait for more than 1 hour for them to pick up the phone. They would sell a bunch of lies and promise to refund but take no action to refund my rs.2500.On[protected] when i called, I was told that it would be refunded before[protected]. Today is[protected]. I am on call waiting with makemytrip for the last 2 hours.I feel confident that they would not pick up my call as they probably have categorized my number into the category which says "Do not pick or else we will have to refund money". Dear Makemytrip, please understand this as its very simple "I payed you Rs.2500 for booking my hotel.You did not book my hotel because you do not care.I had to make my own arrangements for the hotel.so please give my Rs.2500 back" I do not think it gets any more simple than this case here.What is the confusion?Please understand that even though rs.2500 might seem like a small amount, It is money earned through hard work.I had not just stolen this money from anyone by giving them false promise of any hotel booking. Honestly speaking, I expected a lot from Makemytrip and was already making plans to book my next big holiday with MAKEMYTRIP as the offers are really good and Holiday packages are very tempting. I was very impressed with the service of makemytrip. But this experience has made me change my mind.I thought Mr.Deep Kalra knew better than this. I expected more from Makemytrip. Infact i just realized recently that i had been unconsciously promoting makemytrip until this incident occurred.Now i have turned to be your critic. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest and give me my Rs2500 which is rightfully mine.

                            Hi Team, I booked a honeymoon package Honeymoon Hues with Make my trip. The Itinerary which was shared & which I actually got were totally different & with this fake itinerary Make my trip has cheated me. Below are the details of the committed itinerary & the fake itinerary I actually got during my stay. 1. Daily Breakfast & Dinner except at chandigarh-- We haven't got dinner at Delhi, The hotel staff informed me that they haven't been informed about the dinner from Make my trip & due to which we need to pay for the dinner. I had to pay Rs 1000/- for the dinner. As per commitment we should have got a dinner in Delhi, the itinerary says the dinner is excluded only in Chandigarh but we didn't got the dinner even in delhi also. 2. Washing of 4 Garments free once during the stay (Shimla Inclusion):- As per the itinerary Washing of 4 Garments free once during the stay in Chandigarh was committed. When I asked for the same to the hotel they completely denied that no such facility is been provided by the hotel. I had to bear it from my pocket. This is also appeared to be the fake commitment as it was an inclusion as per the itinerary. 3. Day 7: Manali - Chandigarh Early morning after having breakfast drive to Chandigarh visit sukhna lake after that drvei to hotel:-We left from manali after breakfast at around 9:30 & the driver took more than 13 hours to reach Chandigarh which ideally should have been around 7 - 8 hours max. The driver was stopped the car anywhere where he felt like. When I saw that he is making us late intentionally then I told him that we have to cover Sukhna lake then he denied he told me that he need to leave for delhi & it's not possible for him to cover Sukhna lake. He intentionally took a long time so that he could leave for Delhi. So including Chandigarh in the package became waste for us as we couldn't able to see any sight scenes. He also switched off the AC wherever he wanted on the planes. For example:- if there was a railway crossing he used to go out of the car for smoking keeping AC switched off due to which we suffocated despite of telling him not to do this he kept on doing this. He was very rude. He talked us like a rowdy.I filed a complaint against the driver to Make my trip representative & they assured to change the driver but it was not been done.We had to entertain the driver with no choice left. 4. Worst experience after reaching delhi itself:- While reaching delhi airport, we got a call from the taxi driver & the taxi driver took a long time to reach the airport, we had to wait for 45 minutes in the scorching heat of delhi. As per the itinerary the taxi committed was AC Indigo but at Delhi Airport we got Maruti Eeco. When I raised a concern for this he said we will change the cab tomorrow, then I called their travel agency & they asked us to wait for some more time so that they could arrange a different cab & we got Swift Dezzire after waiting around an hour.Due to all this inconvenience we lost most for our time & which impacted the sight scenes in Delhi & we could able to see only 2 sight scenes. When I asked the driver why it happened he was very rude. ** Overall it was a pathetic experience & we both had a very bad memories with this trip. I trusted make my trip so that we come back with a very good memories but that was my biggest mistake, now i realize I should had proceeded with Thomas cook. I had to bear many things from my pocket which was a part of an inclusion. I will share my experience everywhere & will make sure nobody books anything through make my trip. Make my Trip is fake & doesn't cares about their customers. They are only concerned in making money by giving false commitments to their customers & further ruin their trip. We had a worst experience ever had.

                              i had a adjoining flight from delhi to banglore of indigo and then banglore to manglore of jet airways. due to delay in flight of indigo by 40 minutes, i was unable to reach my next flight on time. i reached 35 minutes before the departure and the staff of jet airways refused me the boarding pass. now they are not even refunding the money. date of incident : 21 june 2015 booking id : DEL-BLR-DEL trip starting 21 Jun for Booking ID NF[protected] BLR-IXE-BLR trip starting 21 Jun for Booking ID NF[protected] its a request for refund since non of the concerning parties are ready to take the blame.

                              Same thing happened to us. The worst experience my brother at Jet Airways counter at Mumbai airport tonite. He had a connection flight from mumbai to kozikode via IndiGo Airline (6E-129, PNR: D9485J) which was missed due to delay caused by 9W-7134 (PNR: BQVJTF) Nagpur to Mumbai on 9th july. Jet Airways didnt give any compensation or alternative solution to handel this situation. Instead the supervisor on duty was asking us to purchase new ticket for next day. This is totally unacceptable way to approch a passanger who have missed his flight, time and money due to delay at their side.

                                actually i have booked 7 tickets of flight number 6E-377 indigo from lucknow to new delhi on 18-6-15 from make my trip website & the payment of Rs.20502 has been deducted from my account. But no sms or email has been received upto now. Customer care executives said your booking is cancelled and the amount is reflected in your account within 3 days. Now what can i do, as i have to book the tickets urgently & the amount is already deducted from my account. Is that person is reliable or not. As i think he if fraud & make my money transferred to his account.

                                I cancelled my ticket by jet airways airlines and was told that i will get the full refund and since yesterday i am calling make my trip to check the refund and confirm the same, but no one is picking nor in the website its updated.

                                  BOOKING ID : IN1504B0S068336 we had booked a 4 night trip to Leh through makemytrip.com between 4 -8 may 2015 U had given us a stay in 3 star hotel As per agreement hotel accomodation willb in 3 star hotel The hotel which u had booked forr us 1.Did not have 24 hrs hot water in a very cold place leh. 2.Flooring in room was spartek which would b very very cold. 3.Construction work was going in the hotel which was causing disturbance 4.WiFi was available only foe 5-6 hrs in 4 day stay. 5. Television was not working after complaining they started after 9 PM on first day. 6.No mirror in bathroom on first day...they put it up on 2nd day. 7.They were 21 rooms in hotel n construction of 21 more rooms were going on. 8.In restaurant menu was restricted to 6-7 items only 9.There was no tariff card of informationregardihg facility available in hotel. 10. No lift. 11.No room heaters in such a cold place 12. No parking place in hotel. parking was done on road. 13.In breakfast no buffet. only 3 items were available which could b orderd. 14. our package included breakfast. on last day we had to pay for the breakfast. 15. no juice or curd available in hotel. OUR COMPLAINT IS AGAINST MAKEMYTRIP NOT AGAINST THE HOTEL OR ITS STAFF THEY TRIED TO GIVE BEST OF EVERYTHING WHICH WAS AVAILABLE WITH THEM. WE WANT MAKEMYTRIP TO PAY THE DIFFERENT IN AMOUNT AS WE HAD PAID FOR 3 STAR HOTEL AND THE CATOGARY GIVEN WAS OF 1-2 STAR HOTEL AND FOR SPOILING OUR HOLIDAYS.                                     Nightmare with MakeMyTrip.com is a more apt tagline for your company. I had booked Singapore-Malaysia Delight package of 6D/7N vide BookingID: IN1504B0S156643 and BookingID:IN1504B0S156671 for Four PAX from 29 May'15 to 5 Jun'15. Below are the deficiencies in services promised but not delivered/delivered late for which I demand compensation and apology:- Singapore (30May-1 Jun) 1. On Mon, Apr 20, 2015 at 2:57 PM, Suneha Das wrote as part of T&C that Overseas Travel Insurance is Non -Refundable. However when I asked for Travel Insurance document before start of Tour on 26 May, another MMT Rep Navrit Kaur informed that Travel insurance is not included & I have to buy it. This indicates false declaration by MMT when selling the package. I had to spend Rs 1700 for buying Travel insurance for 4 Pax which is to be reimbursed by MMT. 2. MMT delivered E-tkts on May 23. Tickets had errors. Flight was Singapore Airlines (SQ) but tickets had Air India Contact nos. Also the Baggage allowance was incorrectly shown as 15Kg per PAX while it should be 30Kg per Pax. This was reported to MMT. However MMT Rep Navrit Kaur wrote back on May 26 that tickets are fine. How am I supposed to call SQ or Silk Air for flight updates/check-in with incorrect nos? Also the incorrect baggage allowance forced us to forego shopping at SGP & KL. 3. When we landed at 0740 on 30 May'15 at Changhi Airport, Singapore, we couldn't find any MMT rep at Information counter as stated in itinerary. We spent more than 2 hrs at Airport before we could find one guy from Luxury tour & travel who was carrying a MMT booking print. Then we became aware that MMT is Indian Agent for Luxury tours which operate in Singapore & KL. We finally reached hotel Cherry Loft at 1130am. 4. As per Trip plan shared by MMT on May 23, My Flight SQ reaches at 0740am at Changhi Airport, SG. But Cherry Loft Hotel Chkin is from 2pm. MMT has asked me to make own arrangements from 8am to 2pm. So I waste more than half a day waiting at Hotel Lobby? What rubbish. Was assured in the itinerary that all arrangements will be taken care by MMT as it is with Frill tour. I had to pay SG $50 to Hotel Cherry Loft for early check in. This must be reimbursed by MMT. 5. MMT had promised Dinner coupons for 3 Nights at Singapore. I had asked for the same on May 26 to which MMT Navrit Kaur had responded that same will be provided in Singapore. The promised Dinner coupons were never delivered. In Singapore also, I kept posting on Face book & Tweeting but MMT never responded to my request. As a result, I had to incur Dinner expenses for all 3 Nights at Singapore. So MMT has to pay me for 4Pax x 3 Dinner @$50 per Dinner = SG$600 6. On Mon, Apr 20, 2015 at 2:57 PM, Suneha Das of MMT had shared detailed itinerary for this tour. However below sightseeing was not covered for us by Luxury travels saying that they are not part of tour:- (a) China Town for reasonably priced trinkets and souvenirs (b) Jewellery shop 7. On May 31, Sentosa tour was poorly managed. First we were taken to an Indian Hotel for Lunch stating that Lunch is part of package. When we all settled down & started ordering/eating buffet, the Tour guide of Luxury informed us that there is an error and Lunch is not included. So people have to abandon their plates in embarrassment & leave the hotel and eat lunch at their choice of place. 8. At Sentosa, we were told to finish Sea Aquarium in One hour so we can move to Sentosa Park. However once we finished Aquarium at 4pm, we were made to wait till 5pm as tickets for the Park were not yet delivered to guide. So we wasted this one hour which could have been used in Aquarium or park. Post tour of Park, we were told to assemble at 6pm for going to Wings of Time show at Sentosa. We assembled but again tickets for the show were not available with guide. Another 1.30hrs wasted & we were given tickets at 2030hrs for 2040hrs show. Due to short lead time, the sitting area was full & it was difficult to get seats. We couldn't enjoy the show. Total time wasted due to tickets 3 hrs. 9. On 1st June was visit to Universal Studio. We were ready at 9am, the given time. However the Bus arrived only at 0930 only to take us to another point where more people had gathered for the tour. Finally we reached the park at abt 11am. Actual travel time was just 20 mins. So we wasted 1.40hrs waiting. AT Park, the usual wait for tickets started. Luckily we got them within 30 mins. Now we realized that these are Normal park tickets while every ride has a waiting Q. One has option to upgrade the park ticket to Express Q by paying SG$30. But since we got tickets late & it was already noon, the park follows a dynamic pricing and the express Q upgrade was now costing SG$80. So we could manage only a handful of rides and spent a large amount of time waiting in Qs. MMT never informed us of this express Q option else we could have enjoyed more rides. Had Tickets were given in advance when we reached Sgp on 30 May, we could buy Express pass online but MMT never bothered to tell us all this. KL, Malaysia (2-4 Jun) 10. On 2nd June, we left for KL. As usual, the Hotel pickup was late. It happened at 10am in place of 8am. We were taken to another Pickup point where we were transferred to AC Coach for KL. There was no lunch stop. This was never informed to us. We reached KL at about 5pm and had to rush to nearby Hotel for evening brunch. We were also given dinner coupons now. But sadly, the Indian Restaurant (Delhi Royale) was too far from Hotel. The commute itself took RM60. 11. On 3rd June, we were to have our Half day KL tour. The bus came only at 1020, late by 1hr 20 min. No apologies from Bus guide. Shockingly the bus then went around two more hotels picking PAX. So finally tour started only at abt 1140hrs. We were taken to some places but the major attraction PETRONAS Towers was a disappointment. The bus was stopped about a KM away & was asked to get down & take pics. Reason given was "as we are late, and if we take you to Towers, you will delay the bus more. So pl take pics from here so we can finish the tour". Finally we were dropped at Times Square Mall at about 4pm. Half day tour should be 4 hrs (Day has 8 hrs?). Had we started in time at 9am, we could have finished by 1pm & then we can explore the city on our own. But we were robbed of this joy due to delays & pickups of 3+ hrs. We had lunch at 4pm & then did some local shopping. Then again we had a torturous ride to Grand Seasons Hotel for dinner which costed us RM100. No Cabs ply by meter for tourists especially at night. 12. On 4th Jun, we left for Sunway Lagoon at about 1020am in place of 8 am. We were late as usual. At park, again the wait started for Park tickets which were to be delivered by some agent. Finally entered park only at 1110hrs. But we were told that bus will leave for Hotel at 6pm sharp. We had fun at park but at abt 5pm, it started raining. So we all gathered near bus boarding point by 530pm.But our guide came only at 730pm saying that he was stuck elsewhere. We reached Hotel by 9pm and were again robbed of last day of shopping as Malls close by 10pm. We rushed to our last dinner at another Indian Restaurant (Location is difficult to find, you will not get a cab easily were the consoling (sic) words of MMT Rep Ms Guddi at Hotel). Knowing of our complaints, Guddi had offered to pay for our dinner cab ride which we accepted - too tired to look for late night cabs. SO MMT must pay me below amount as compensation for spoiling my holiday and making me spend my money for things which were to be provided by them as part of package.                                       As mentioned to a make my trip representative Mr. Rishav Bhagat, I have not received my refund amount of Rs, 35, 863, even though I was promised it would be in 3-4 working days. Its been about 20 days now. I had cancelled three booking Id's, NF[protected], NF[protected] and IN1503B9S201502 on 27th May. I got a confirmation message too from their side immediately after. Ref No's of my complaint are:[protected],[protected],[protected]. p.s.- A Makemytrip representative got in touch with me after this and gave me a confirmation of just 4688 rs. The rest of the amount is not being looked into. I am very worried.

                                        My date of journey :6th march 2015 thru Indigo flight I booked ticket on 28th Feb 2015 thru MakeMy Trip.com (Booking ID:NF[protected]As per above booking ID I would suppose to get refund Rs.2105.00 According to Make My Trip they are telling that they have refunded my amount on 21st April 2015. But till date the amount is not credited my account, for this regard my all bank statement is attached herewith. My Complaint Registered Reference ID:[[protected]].
