MakeMyTrip India — Flight of different time booked rather selected | |||||
Booking ID NF[protected] I booked my domestic flight 4 tickets for 29th Nov 15 at 12 PM, but after booking, i got confirmation that it's booked for same date at 8pm. i am pretty sure that i selected 12PM. when i enquired with customer care they said, i have to cancel it and make a complaint. which i did and lost 10000 Rs as cancellation fee. When i registered complaint with Makemytrip, they said i selected 8PM. I raised complaint again with them but no response. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Very bad service and also cheating
