[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — not refunding money | |||
Last 6th oct. I booked a hotel through mmt. But on 11th oct i cancelled it. They told me via mail it will cedited to ur account 12 business day. But till now it not reflcting my account. And i submit my account detail via mai. The provide me a arn no. But band cant trace the amount through arn they need utr no. But the team cant provide me that. I told it the customar care they always told me they need 24-48 hours. But they donot any response on particular time. They misguide me. Need a proper solution. Was this information helpful? | |||

Further, in reference to your complaint, while validating your case we have found that, full refund against your hotel booking has already been processed on the same day of transaction i.e. on 29-Sep-17 for Inr 16048/- with a refund reference number#[protected]. The same should now be reflecting in your account. If in case the same is not reflecting in your account, request you to please raise a dispute with your bank. We thank you for writing to us. Make my trip never refund the money once cancelled or deducted from your account stay far from this company..Still not reflected in my account of Rs. 147.00 INR.

I am booking a ticket from Vododara to kharagpur Jn in 1st July at 8:06 AM vai Paytm UPI method amount of 748 then Money is deducted from my Paytm account but service is not provided and booking is unsuccessful.So Then I received a message from makmytrip that I will received the amount of 748 within 4-5 July but 5th July is already gone so please solve my problem as soon as possible and cooperation with me thanking you neither I will a step against MakeMyTrip ok
