car rental and non refund and unethical practice

I had booked a cab from faridabad to dehradun for the 30th sept 2017 and the pick up was at 4 am. The money was deducted and the confirmation mail i received from makemy trip. At 2:30am they sent a message saying that the booking was cancelled. It was very difficult to get another cab and their executive committed that they would pay for the charges and i would have to send the bill.
Today i get a email stating that the issue is resolved...

mmt poor tricks to charge more from the customer

This is regarding the mmt fraud. When I am trying to use my mmt wallet money just took book a cab then they are saying that only 10% wallet amount I can redeem.

+ the charges I am seeing after that it's almost double as compared to ola cabs, uber cabs

not refunding my money

refund scam of make my trip

Later i received a communication from air pegasus by saying due to operational issues air pegasus is cancelling the flight and the paid amount will be refunded to the card. I am a regular customer of mmt & i recently booked kop to bangalore (Rani chennama) train ticket. Train no. 16590. Journey date is 28th oct.
