I am writing this mail as highly unsatisfied customer with a horrible customer service experiance with make my trip from last 10 months.

I have made a very first transaction with mmt last year when i booked a trip to andaman for december 2016. While i was at airport to board the flight for my trip on december 7th i got a call from mmt mr. Ravi ranajan ([protected]@makemytrip.com) that the trip got cancelled due to...

On cancelling my booking nh[protected] in which i made payment of rs 7807 from my sbi account, i was refunded only rs 6648. On bad experience during hotel stay against my booking nh[protected], i was confirmed i will get a refund of rs 1860. But i got only rs 1200 in my sbi account. I can even attach my bank account statement in my mail. But makemytrip has not provided any email id for handling complaints.

I had booked a cab from faridabad to dehradun for the 30th sept 2017 and the pick up was at 4 am. The money was deducted and the confirmation mail i received from makemy trip. At 2:30am they sent a message saying that the booking was cancelled. It was very difficult to get another cab and their executive committed that they would pay for the charges and i would have to send the bill.
Today i get a email stating that the issue is resolved...

This is regarding the mmt fraud. When I am trying to use my mmt wallet money just took book a cab then they are saying that only 10% wallet amount I can redeem.

+ the charges I am seeing after that it's almost double as compared to ola cabs, uber cabs

I booked hotels through make my trip from 17-8-17 to 18-8-17, 18-8-17 to 19-8-17 hotel radisan city jaipur and 19-8-17 to 20-8-17 maple leaf jaipur.

It was a two night jaipur balloon safari special for 22-24 september.
First of all when i booked it august the automated mail said i will get my tickets and vouchers three days in advance.

I am a regular customer of mmt & i recently booked kop to bangalore (Rani chennama) train ticket. Train no. 16590. Journey date is 28th oct. The amount (Rs.1615/- for 2nd a/c class) has been deducted from account (Corporation bank, himdupur, andra pradesh. Ref no.[protected]) but ticket n booking confirmation /mail not received till. Iam a regular customer of mmt and i recently booked delhi-sfo-delhi return ticket (Air india) worth rs 1, 87, 000/- from "make my trip" website just because i was getting rs 11000/- as a bonus cashback in my wallet.
