I had order bugger from macdonald app and made a paymet to using gpay and money got debited from account but order not been place and when i check on app it is showing refund pending but till now i havent recived any amount yet. here i attached screenshot...

I work in McDonald 12 days continue with extra time but they don't paying my salary a manager insulting me between public I was really feel my self insult they very insulting me and he said that I don't pay your salary that's a main problem because I work hard till now he was forget me to hiring and 12 days i working in McDonald what can I do and also not pay my salary till now .insulting is more problem of mine that I don't handle he really...

I ordered McSpicy premium chicken burger on july 16 2022, and first I made payment through amazon pay, amount got deducted from my account by order was not placed. It is showing that paymnet successful but order confirmation was not received. Refund status is mentioned as refund initiated but not credited to my account from that time...

This is for the second time in they cheated with online transactions.i have successfully paid the amount they said but they saying we didn’t received your payment i am showing all proof but still they are not accepted..what if poor man come with family and they have to wait for 24 hours....

I am pure vegetarian (Jain) . I ordered for veg nuggets at the McDonald's outlet located in Asangaon. Instead of veg they served me chicken nuggets. I consumed the chicken nuggets unknowingly....

I order around 8:55 pm, and after more than 1hr a message comes from Mcdonald your order is canceled. My order number is 2248467 for dlf ambiance mall vasant kunj. Seriously guy one thing for sure I am never going to order again from you guys....

I ordered one large coke from Mcdonalds at crystal palm Jaipur but they delivered me a medium one that too with foam in it...

We visited McDonald's near chatrapati shivaji terminus on 2sept, friday morning. Our bill amount was 605INR and order no.1050 . we paid 700INR cash since there was online paymnt glitch at restaurant. we were promised to give change(95INR) on our exit. However we didnot receive it after asking mny times we did not receive it. I request you to help us get back our change. Every penny matters....

On 12th august i mistakenly paid Rs 185/- on previous bill scanner and after confirming, the counter person told that amount will be refunded to your account automatically within 2 days

For the same I have visited the store on 22 August the counter person told that within 48 hours amount will be refunded to your account but till date i'm waiting for the refund

Pls check & revet ASAP...

I have been visiting your outlet in sion every alternative days . N my most common order will always have Mc chicken burger. But today first of all I must have got order after 13 min and that also when I took my order and sat inside my car to have it . I was cold and also not really week cooked it had a very peculiarn funny taste . Also the texture of the burger was just like so compressed as if there was 10 kg of weight kept on the burger...

I visit the janpath mcd approx 6-7 days ago and due to some misunderstanding i ordered two chicken burger in place of two veg burger, i request to the manager to refund my money but she says it is digital process so i am not able to refund you today it takes some times but your money is refundable.

My Order did not go through but the amount was deducted and the amount was refunded back. This happened twice. I want my amount to be refunded back...

I ordered 6 burgers, cocke and french fries from McDonald's maradu, Cochin, when it's delivered fully damaged and very bad packing, even they are not providing proper box packing for burgers.the all food was broken out and I don't even expect from McDonald's....

I had given an order of 2 chicken and 1 veg burger but the staff gave me 3 veg burgers in a takeaway. Also the staff were very ignorant....

I ordered online on 27 july 2022 worth rs 423, paid through amazon pay and it got cancelled. It's been over 20 days and i didn't get any refund. In the app it just shows refund initiated. Please look into the matter.

We had ordered burgers chicken strips and drinks on Aug 18th night. We got retried strips which were hard and dark and the burger patties were overcooked and the Mc Spicy chicken burger had some fungus in it. Worst quality. The drink bottle had dust and hairs on top while delivered....

I have ordered from mcdonalds app and from the store at kankaria, Ahmedabad, gujarat. On 10th aug. But due to delivery partners are not available and i have waited for an hour after that i have cancelled the order but after 10 days still i have not received the refund, even i have tried to contact the store but all the time they just reply me by one answer and that is you will receive by 7 working days..
