I purchased food from McDonald's Rajhans cinema - nikol - ahmedabad for 458 rupees but store cashier told me 1 minute is finished for payment so you have do it again. I have done payment 2 times so when I will get my refund back ?

    What the ### is happening at karnal franchisee? Dogs are brutally beaten and your staff gives these instructions. This is not done. What kind of ### behaviour is this? Im gonna boycott mcdonalds and I’ll make sure all my family, friends and everyone i know will never go to mcd until you solve this . We want a public apology.

      I had ordered using the McDelivery App at 9:22 PM on 26/6/2022 and had paid Rs. 387 using credit card. My order was never delivered, despite the website’s tracking showing me the order was ready and out for delivery for 2 hours. My order was abruptly cancelled in the morning without any input from me or informing me. I was never even issued a refund for my payment. Refund needs to be issued immediately.

        I had visited MCD in Salvav, Vapi, Gujarat. I was standing in the queue for 20minutes, and when finally when my turn came I came to know that they are not accepting any digital payment. I wasted almost 30minutes and I would make sure I never visit MCD again. Such a poor service.

          I am your regular customer and today (25/6/22) had worst experience in one of your store at C.G. road Ahmedabad. We wanted to avail offer available on app for Chicken Kebab + Fries @69 and also added few more items (bill attached for reference) After cashier placed order and took payment we noticed price for Chicken Kebab + Fries says 99 instead of 69. When we disputed and asked store people that why were we not informed this at time of placing order than they had rude faces and non supportive staff which made us feel never to visit mcdonalds store. After 25-30 minutes of discussion with staff they finally refunded money back for bill so we had no choice but to choose different food. IS YOUR APP FAKE (INCORRECT PRICES) OR STAFF AT STORE???                 While some MNCs charge for carry bags, they do not have their corporate logos printed on them. Although according to the consumer court, businesses are allowed to charge for carry bags, there shouldn't be any company branding on them, McDonald's in Bangalore's Mantri Mall is charging Rs. 9 for a bag and printing company logo on it. Carry bags shouldn't be charged to customers if there is company branding.

                              Yesterday i ordered a meal from McDonald's mobile app. The order id is : HIT-DL[protected].
                              The order was placed at 1:33 pm and by 01:52 PM it was showing that order was prepared, but till 2:55 PM the status did not got updated, it never went to Out for Delivery status. But directly it showed that the order was delivered, which i did not received. I tried calling the store multiple times, but no one picked the call. There was a helpline number on website, but that was also busy. The full payment was made in online mode using paytm, worth 619 Rs.

                                I had ordered using kiosk at McDonald's at Sarath City Capital Mall in Hyderabad on 12 Jun 2022. While i was paying at the kiosk using UPI the kiosk lost connection but the UPI transaction of Rs.1, 139 was successful and money was deducted from my account. The order was however not placed so the McDonald employee asked me to pay via cash and said that refund will be generated within 2-3 hrs. I am yet to receive my refund.

                                    Dear McDonald's, I wanted to complain about the services for the gourmet burger. In McDonald's delivery app and in other food delivery apps many gourmet burgers are not available for example: chunky chipotle burger. I've searched this burger in many McDonald's stores and online delivery apps but they're not serving this particular burger anywhere only in few stores this burger is available also in many stores they don't even know chunky chipotle burger. I hope u make changes about this matter and provide this burger in the McDonald's app aswell.

                                      Yesterday (16 june 2022) i went to mcdownald located in MegaMall, Indore, Madhya Pradesh (India). And i ordered 2 fries, 2 cold coffee and a Coca-Cola. And the red display which shows the costumer what they ordered at the counter was not working. So i asked the employee 2 time what i ordered and they told me my bill is 648.98 rupees they repeated the same items which i ordered . But today when I got a message of digital bill. The bill shows i ordered more items( i never ordered mcsaver mcaloo tikki meal but they charged me 352 rupees for it ) then i actually did. and they charged me for the extra items. Please look into it they are adding items without asking the costumer and charging them extra. And they don't even gave the extra item what the added by themselves.
