We wanted to avail offer available on app for Chicken Kebab + Fries @69 and also added few more items (bill attached for reference) After cashier placed order and took payment we noticed price for Chicken Kebab + Fries says 99 instead of 69. When we disputed and asked store people that why were we not informed this at time of placing...

Not delivered order for more than 1hour and after almost 1:30 they cancelled order without concern…I WANT ACTION AGAINST THE MACDONALDS IN PCMC, PREMIERE PLAZA, PUNE .CHINCHWAD…. Waiting for ur reply...

I had ordered 2 McSaver American Cheese Supreme Meal. So technically they should have given me 2 cokes. But, instead I received only 1 coke. This is highly unacceptable. Please revert back....

While some MNCs charge for carry bags, they do not have their corporate logos printed on them. Although according to the consumer court, businesses are allowed to charge for carry bags, there shouldn't be any company branding on them, McDonald's in Bangalore's Mantri Mall is charging Rs. 9 for a bag and printing company logo on it. Carry bags shouldn't be charged to customers if there is company branding....

When i buy my order it said i paid the money but it said error and now it said that my refund pending pls help me out i really need that money i called the helpline but no one picked either...

I had my lunch ordered in McDonalds ( Hyderabad) on June 20 2022. I ordered 2 mcspice chicken burger and 2 veggie burgers . I started seeing skin rashes in my body after 30 minutes . The order was placed at 1:33 pm and by 01:52 PM it was showing that order was prepared, but till 2:55 PM the status did not got updated, it never went to Out for Delivery status. I had ordered using kiosk at McDonald's at Sarath City Capital Mall in Hyderabad on 12 Jun 2022. While i was paying at the kiosk using UPI the kiosk lost connection but the UPI transaction of Rs.1, 139 was successful and money was deducted from my account. The order was however not placed so the McDonald employee asked me to pay via cash and said that refund will be generated within 2-3 hrs. I am yet to receive my refund.

Dear McDonald's, I wanted to complain about the services for the gourmet burger. In McDonald's delivery app and in other food delivery apps many gourmet burgers are not available for example: chunky chipotle burger. I've searched this burger in many McDonald's stores and online delivery apps but they're not serving this particular burger anywhere only in few stores this burger is available also in many stores they don't even know chunky chipotle...

I am so hungry came to eat at housing board Kukatpally branch but there is no AC at that time and the store person saying that there is a renovation is going on that buliding. If it is like that why the hell store is opened, insted of taking orders, just take online orders . Any how you not gonna reduce the price which you are charging....

My wife ordered Veg Burger and she got a non veg burger billed and she when got a first bite of it then she realised that it’s non veg. She had repeatedly said veg only as she is a pure vegetarian by birth.
