We have ordered 2-spicy chicken combo in that chicken wings were not cooked properly, it have been lefted of like as raw chicken substance in it but outside the coating was fried good !!

It was all about yesterday i had ordered food from MC Donald's through Zomato, I have ordered only veg burgers and other food and in return the delivery was of wrong food.

Horrible experience, had received non burger in my parcel, I m pure vegetarian marwari girl and eaten non veg bcz of this ### mistake by the MC DONALD outlet. I want proper action for this type of mistake by such standard food court.

MacD can improve delievery or food parcel service in rain water monsoon season, If we couldn't have any bag then how can we take out food in a proper way.A Paper bags can't help our food delievery upto home.even french fries becomes dried and hard because of rain water season paper bag was failed/ shown MacD food quality in monsoon season while take out delievery.
last day I got problems with my French fries as well as my burgers.
dur to monsoon i cancelled cock just because of paper bag and suddenly planned for MacD Meal can't able to take any bag for safe delivery.
Try to Improve parcel service in everywhere specially for monsoon season as well as other season.
A person can charge 10-20rs extra for proper bags for 200-1000rs meal at one time.
once i was not able to take my food properly and need to eat in a way of home before reached home.
this time i need to share my experience because many people got or get same problem.
not happy in parcel service with paper bags everytime.

The franchise located in Surat City, Nana Varacha hase continuosly failed for setisfy the order, they always forget one items when it comes to Delevery, unfortunately that is the only franchise in the Area, and I have went to the branch when the mistake was made and the problem is still not resolved, this is not acceptable i mean I have spent my money for the food and if that items is not in my delivery pack my money is gone, please take this complain seriously and do something about it.

Your McD Employ doesn't listen to their costumers . As there was issue about pepsi, they did not full the glass and when i asked to fill more they started arguing and than too they misbehaved Although They waste softdrink while filling the glass. I was trying to order from the McDelivery app. My payment went through but my order didn’t get placed. My bank has been debited. I need my money back. I’m attaching a screenshot. Please look at the first transaction.

I have ordered 6 burger and i have only received 5 burger they have not given my American cheese lava burger and mc Donald's is 35 km from my home now how to handle thiss

I visited McDonald's india store at sinhagad road, pune, Maharashtra today. I wished to order 2 large fries and a burger. The person at counter was repeatedly asking me to add a drink and convert it to a meal. I denied for 3-4 times which he ignored and kept on forcing to add a drink. At a point i was irritated and agreed to add drink and make it a meal. I find this behaviour forceful and imposed by the employee.

Ur stoff not responsible currectly .and talking with me loudly in mysore railway station branch

McDonald's Sama sanvali branch all the staff are miss behaving with all the riders and mark food ready before the deliver even after marking food is ready they make deliver the food after so long waiting time they don't even care about anybody,
All the staff of McDonald's Sama sanvali branch of Vadodara Gujarat state are non responsible persons,
I think it will harm to McDonald's reputation and the customers who are ordering through swiggy they are cheating with them,
I hope the concern will be judge by some responsible person of McDonald's and expecting to take an emergency and proper action on them

I had ordered 8 burgers on which I had applied a promo code for receiving a meal for free but when my order arrived there wasn't any meal in that, I didn't receive the items, it was my birthday party and it was ruined, I clearly remember I had applied the code, it's the faulty app that made the error, ever expected such from McDonald. I ordered from here cause I had trust which I lost.
I want this complaint to heard and responded.

Today i.e. 6th July 2022 at around 5:50pm we noticed a dead fly in fries of our McAloo Tikki Meal. As soon as we noticed we went to the present authority and got our meal exchanged after they took a photo which was evidence of deficiency in service. Later on when we asked them for the said picture (evidence) they completely refused to give the evidence by saying that they destroyed the meal as well as the picture which was the evidence from the authority's device.

Its been 48 hours since i placed my order the money got debited from my account and the order never got placed, the amount of 601₹ but it hasn’t been refunded yet, the store said it would be refunded in 48hours.

I order food from MacDonald vadodara, BAPOD on 4th of July around 3:15 and paid 532 using my Zeta Sodexo card money got deducted but order didn't placed i called them but didn't get proper response i didn't get order id but attaching statement of my account

I bought 3 burgers from huda store mc aloo tikki burger . The red sauce what they put in it was very sour. After eating that burger my health is getting worse after eating it.. please take action against it..

I have visited MC Donald Vikaspuri 110018 near PVR on 30/6/22. After giving my order on the counter...I asked for online payment mode...I was told u can pay through qr scan code instantly. I made the payment it was deducted from my account instantly however the receipt I got from the counter showed payment failed(time :19:53:27) 1308.30 again I made the payment and same thing happened((19:55:66)Rs 1308.30
Request you to kindly refund my amount.
