I have ordered some items from McDonald's (gaurav tower, Jaipur) online through Zomato but I didn't got 2 MC puff's and this has happened so many times with me that I receive incomplete items from my order and below I'm providing the bill of my order and even the contact number wasn't picked up when I called so please do something about that kindly provide the complete orders

    Address: Viviana Mall, Thane

    I made an order on 25th dec 2022 of Ras. 749. The money got debited from account but payment did not reflect there. The store manager told maybe some gitch happened during payment you will refund by 5 - 7 days . Its more than 7 days I still haven't received my refund and now the store manager is not responding my calls and text msg.

      I made an order in store on 25th dec 2022, it was 749 rs. The money got debited my account but the payment didn't reflect there. The store manager told me may be some gitch happened during payment you will get refund by 5 -7days. Its been more than 7 days I still haven't received my refund and now the store manager is not responding my calls nd text message.

        I made an order from Mcdonalds app on 31st Dec 2022, it was of ₹524/- The store cancelled my order for which I had paid. They said money will be refunded but it's been more than 48hrs and I still haven't received my refund.

          I bought two mcaloo tikki and two med ice tea from McDonald's. Bill amount was rs 268.80. I paid by debit card. staff said that my card declined so they ask me to swipe again. I swiped again and from next counter i pick my order and leave drive through. When I came back home i checked my phone. They charged me twice for same order. I don't know it was by mistake or they did intentionally but i am very disappointed and want my hard earn money back. Please do the needful

                  I was asked by Mcdonald staff at Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi to pay my UPI. I did and the amount got debited from my account...but the staff and even the manager refused to serve us...they stated that they have not received the payment...of rs.122. The manager was rude and even told me that she would call the police..they forced me to pay again
                  It seems it is a organized malpractice by staff to cheat the customers...the rude behavior of staff and cheating my Mcdonald is unprecedented and was not accepted by a brand like this

                            My friend and I went to McDonald's yesterday, and did not receive a detailed bill with pricing from McDonald's. We received the order confirmation bill where no pricing is mentioned. I had to specifically ask for a detailed bill to be sent to my number which turned out to be inaccurate. The items were mentioned partially without any amounts beside it and the total was stated.

                                Amount deducted five times, but order was not placed on mc delivery (16-Dec-2022). Request you to kindly initiate and also process the refund.
                                Store's Location: Mc Donalds, Hinjewadi Pune (Opp. KPIT).

                                No action has been taken by Mc Donalds till now!
                                Only fooling with different timelines.

                                Lost a decade long customer after this experience!

                                  On 16-Dec-2022, tried placing the order using Mc Delivery App but it had failed 5 times resulting in 5 transactions for which order was not placed.
                                  As stated by Mc Donalds the refund will be issues in 7 working days, but nothing happened!
                                  Refund amounting to Rs.2326 is still pending and they just keep fooling around!
                                  Will keep raising it to each portal till it reached to Saurabh Kalra!

                                    Hi, I placed my order at McDonald’s agra and my transaction ID is 1238966 on the date of 16th December 2022. A amount of 691.96 was debited from my account but it was not received by McDonald’s so they told me that it will be refunded back to me in 48 hours. But it’s been 10 days Now. Please let me know when can i expect my amount to be refunded back to me.

                                      Me and my friend decided to go to McDonald's at Atlantis K10, Opp Vadodara Central, Genda Cir, Alkapuri, Vadodara.And i got one of the worst experience.Staff don't even know how to give icecream.And I order 3 regular McAloo tikki meal and they placed order of only 2 Meal.Taking time to give order.Please do pay attention on this issue.

                                        Today i went to mcdonalds bharuch, i ordered a meal through drive thru and asked them to pack it. They charged me for their carry bags with their logo on it.i asked the employe about the matter and he told me that goverment has changed the rule.so rude n unfair.
