I made an order from Mcdonalds app on 31st Dec 2022, it was of ₹524/- The store cancelled my order for which I had paid. They said money will be refunded but it's been more than 48hrs and I still haven't received my refund....

I bought two mcaloo tikki and two med ice tea from McDonald's. Bill amount was rs 268.80. I paid by debit card. staff said that my card declined so they ask me to swipe again. I swiped again and from next counter i pick my order and leave drive through. When I came back home i checked my phone. They charged me twice for same order. I don't know it was by mistake or they did intentionally but i am very disappointed and want my hard earn money...

I was asked by Mcdonald staff at Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi to pay my UPI. I did and the amount got debited from my account...but the staff and even the manager refused to serve us...they stated that they have not received the payment...of rs.122. The manager was rude and even told me that she would call the police..they forced me to pay again
It seems it is a organized malpractice by staff to cheat the customers...the rude behavior...

Sir many times I visit your outlet but most of time they say this product is not available many time sir ...so why you going this outlet...they have not Available any product why you going this outlet...

I had ordered an order of rupess 229. My money got deducted but the order did not get placed. I also had a call with the Store but they too said that order is not placed. Order was placed on 29/12/2022 at 13.12 pm. Transaction id is[protected]. Please provide me my refund....

At 29th December 2022 13.29pm i placed a order worth rupees 229. My payment got successful but order did not get placed. I have called to the store but they said order did not get placed. The UPI transaction id is[protected]. And the payment was received at [protected]@paytm. Please provide me my refund back....

My friend and I went to McDonald's yesterday, and did not receive a detailed bill with pricing from McDonald's. We received the order confirmation bill where no pricing is mentioned. I had to specifically ask for a detailed bill to be sent to my number which turned out to be inaccurate. The items were mentioned partially without any amounts beside it and the total was stated....

I order burger from Mc Donald mahagun metro mall and I received burger with fungus in it.

I want to file complain against this and want compensation against it, as it can cause me food poisoning

Amount deducted five times, but order was not placed on mc delivery (16-Dec-2022). Request you to kindly initiate and also process the refund.
Store's Location: Mc Donalds, Hinjewadi Pune (Opp. KPIT).

No action has been taken by Mc Donalds till now!
Only fooling with different timelines.

Lost a decade long customer after this experience!...

On 16-Dec-2022, tried placing the order using Mc Delivery App but it had failed 5 times resulting in 5 transactions for which order was not placed.
As stated by Mc Donalds the refund will be issues in 7 working days, but nothing happened!
Refund amounting to Rs.2326 is still pending and they just keep fooling around!
Will keep raising it to each portal till it reached to Saurabh Kalra!...

Hi, I placed my order at McDonald’s agra and my transaction ID is 1238966 on the date of 16th December 2022. A amount of 691.96 was debited from my account but it was not received by McDonald’s so they told me that it will be refunded back to me in 48 hours. But it’s been 10 days Now. Please let me know when can i expect my amount to be refunded back to me....

Me and my friend decided to go to McDonald's at Atlantis K10, Opp Vadodara Central, Genda Cir, Alkapuri, Vadodara.And i got one of the worst experience.Staff don't even know how to give icecream.And I order 3 regular McAloo tikki meal and they placed order of only 2 Meal.Taking time to give order.Please do pay attention on this issue....

Today i went to mcdonalds bharuch, i ordered a meal through drive thru and asked them to pack it. They charged me for their carry bags with their logo on it.i asked the employe about the matter and he told me that goverment has changed the rule.so rude n unfair....

This is with reference to the order dated 27.11.2022.if Rs.258/-.I had tried making online payment through payment gateway from Kotak Bank which was unsuccessful as per the Mc Donalds app..so i made payment in cash. I had got the message from McDonald's that the money will be credited to the account in 2 to 3 days.but the credit dint happen..so i called up my bank for the same and raised a complaint regards to this...and...

Order was placed on 29th November 2022 using McDonald's mobile app. Payment was done using Amazon pay but order got failed.
On site/app it's says it will take 4 to 5 days for refund.
It's been more than 20 days now I didn't get any refund....

I've cancelled my order on 10th of Dec because my order was not getting placed but I haven't received any update on my refund didn't received any mail or text, In McDonald's it is only showing refund Initiated.. that's it being 11 days now..I want my money back..
