We had ordered burgers chicken strips and drinks on Aug 18th night. We got retried strips which were hard and dark and the burger patties were overcooked and the Mc Spicy chicken burger had some fungus in it. Worst quality. The drink bottle had dust and hairs on top while delivered.

    I have ordered from mcdonalds app and from the store at kankaria, Ahmedabad, gujarat. On 10th aug. But due to delivery partners are not available and i have waited for an hour after that i have cancelled the order but after 10 days still i have not received the refund, even i have tried to contact the store but all the time they just reply me by one answer and that is you will receive by 7 working days..

    And payment done by paytm upi and its reference id is 16448588

        When asked for refund you said to mail to so and so mail id. If did that no reply from your end.

          I went the SD riad branch in Hyderabad & purchased 3 twirls & large French Fries. I was curious about the weight/quantity served in the packet. So I enquired from a gentleman in a blue dress about what the weight should be. He simply took the container & went & filled it again and when he was giving it to me I would have expected him to place it in the brown paper packet. However that did not happen & I had to balance it with my icecream twirl in my hand, and try putting it in the paper packet wherein I dropped dome on the counter & luckily majority of it fell in the brown paper packet.
          Very sad!

          Consistent behaviour?
          Does everyone not have a right to know the quantity rather than be made to feel like he did me a big favor by filling it up properly?

              Dear Sir, we picked up a veg burger and one Mc chicken meal with cold coffee and took.
              The burger tasted stale and had a fishy moldy taste .
              It resulted in bad stomach and vomiting.
              Please check the outlet . They are standards are hopeless and are using stale products .

                A staff member of mac donald mathura near mathura refinery who takes order from customer showing misbehaviour and neglecting what the customer is saying to him. He was demoralising the macdonald branch. and also not telling customer what the actual meal consists of.

                  On 31st July at night, I have ordered Mc Veggie burgers through drive through. Out of two burgers - one was left over burger by some other person and which was handover to me & included in my packet. I was highly disappointed when I saw already consumed burger. This scene has hurt my sentiments & really made me sad, my money & fuel wasted too . I am a regular consumer of McD but have not faced this uncivilized behaviour before. The staff should follow proper food checks as McD is an international food chain so such negligence should not be ignored. What if someone mix poisoning thing in burger and handover to me? Now I will always have doubt in my mind regarding food of McD. I have also raised my concern to the McD manager of that branch ( can been seen in attached video also) .Please carry out prompt necessary action for the mental harassment faced by me under this situation at McDonalds.

                    Hello,

                    I did tried to order from mcd on 24th July but was getting continuosly failed and on the 4th attempt order was placed.
                    1st attempt was done and payment was failed and that amount got refunded
                    2nd attempt was done using credit card and that successful after 2 hours and this is amount not refunded yet
                    3rd attempt was successful and order was placed.
                    I'm not getting any response from McDonald's India. I tried from their app as well as wrote a mail. But they are not replying to any one of these.
                    It is been more than 10 days and their TAT is 10 days.
                    I want this refund as soon as possible.

                      Staff Behaviour

                      The staff's behaviour at Mac Donalds in Lulu mall Lucknow was very unprofessional, disrespectful and offendable. I and my two other friends were thirsty and we ordered three cold coffee and three softies. We asked the staff to provide us water. The first staff noded yes and went in to bring water but was scolded by his senior. Then we asked other staffs nearly 20 times but all we got in response was excuses or disrespectful comments like...

                        It is very sad to say a big Mc donald international brand services are cheap quality. Firstly 2 things are missing in our order. When raised an issue the colaba store is rude and not even acknowledging the mistake when they resent the missing stuff it is not fresh. French fries are burnt not able to even chew it.                             I bought a McSpicy burger at 5pm today. I realised it was completely raw as soon as I bit into it. This was extremely shocking as raw chicken can cause salmonella. This puts many people at risk of this disease and should not be tolerated.

                              I am at aundh Pune outlet drive through for last 25 mins, the service is too delayed, this is after taking the order, when I reached payment window, they again reconfirmed the order and have me waiting, there is no rush at the window really so not sure what the issue is, I have ordered only 2 chicken burger and one as meal

                                  Respected sir, There is two street dogs staying at Mcdonalds family Restaurant situated at Airport road Gaganpahad Village, backing of customers and plucking food from customers hands and creating lot of noisence. Kindly take those two days from this area.
