Hi I'm Rahul, once I had gone to Zirakpur Paras Down Town Squar MCDonald's Company with my family, i was asking about burger prices respectively but a lady wearing grey uniform black skin color behaved very cheap and silly behaviour i asked burger price 4 times but she didn't replied my but when I asked 5th time she shouted at me very silly and cheap behave then I came back without buying burger i didn't like her silly and cheap behaviour, improve zirakpur McDonald's as much as possible. Thank you

    Staff from cleaning department.. i dont know her name but she has very very bad language plus behaviour.. she is very cheap lady…she don’t know how to talk with old age women.. and they 3 4 ladies of cleaning department they are making fun of all the customers.. plzzz change ur cleaning department ladies staff . She dont know how to respect old age women .. and and she speaks kya gharme yhi karte ho yhi sikha h ky yhi tamiz hai ?? So please go and throw that lady out. And macd wale salary kya customer ki bezzti karne dete hai???? Ya kaam krne k dete hai .. ? Soo bad ..
    just throw that lady…. Doesn’t deserve this work….
    She is abuse to all the customers…

      I have made 2 transactions of 289rs on 12th nov 2022 but the order did not go through, and the refund is still not credited in my account it says refund initiated.

        I ordered through their mobile site and paid using GPAY. The transaction was completed successfully but on their website they claimed order failed and that any money deducted will be refunded within 3 business days. Even contacting on their feedback email hasn't gotten any resolution

          I have two transactions of 564 rs on 16th November in which the amount got deducted from my Amazon pay balance but the order didn't get placed on the mcdelivery app, on the mcdelivery app it says the refund amount for both amounts is initiated, but it is still not showing in my Amazon pay balance, its been 15 days now, when is it coming

            Hello Team,

            Just to keep you posted that the delivery parcel i received was already open. When i asked the delivery boy the reason he didnt answer my question and left. Also, i feel like he was not the correct delivery boy as per the information on zomato. The name was different showing on application and the delivery said a different name. Morever, the location for the delivery was showing some other place but he was roaming in my colony. Totally fake delivery.. I am planning to post the same on social media for awareness..

            I am trying to upload pics but ur system dont accept the size more than 32mb. I dont have time to work on pictures edition to upload. I can email you the pictures for the already open parcel...

              I want to complaint for following store,

              My complaint regarding
              First of all while ordering they are not entering proper number because we are not getting invoice on our bill.
              Second, they are providing straw and cap on cold drink cup,
              So how they provide on zomato and other partners order?
              And we are providing you charges so you can't refused to provide straw and cup cap, every time store has answer that plastic has banned but there are many replacement available and we are paying to you for that so you should take for that, we are not begging to you.
              Store is not kids friendly, they are not taking of kids playing area and since last 2 years they had not provided single balloons to kids.

              And some of staff members are very good by which daily customer are bounded but some of staff members behaviour is very bad like we came to their shop for begging and even they are not explaining offers to customers .
              Even in rush time they used to open only one counter for booking.

              I hope you had understood my problem. If you had any problems you can revert me back.

                  I ordered a meal from orion east mall, banglore and their delivery services linked up with DUNZO are really really worst, delivery man named mohd. faizan didn't have ettiquettes how to talk to costumers and was not delivering my order to my door step he was saying :-if there is no lift i won't come you come 1 floor down or i'll return order, when i said okay return the order then he giving me attitude with his looks and gone.

                    Hi, I have ordered on 6th November 2022. The payment was failed due to technical issue. I made payment through amazon pay. But still I have been waiting for refund. It has been more than 15 days. I have not seen scenarios where it takes this much of time. Please do it as soon as possible.

                      Hello,
                      Yesterday i had worst experience in McDonald's. I had order aloo tikki but it was not any stuff inside. They only served me bun and tikki and nothing else. They haven't add any Tomato and onion or sauces. The tikki was also very weird and tasteless.
                      My order number was VCJ-DL[protected]. The location was vapi, gujarat.
                      Very bad experience in McDonald's.

                        On Oct 08 i placed an order via online app and money got debited with no order captured. Upon calling they booked order and said I pay by COD and online debit will get refunded as itbis known issue of of system glitch. It's been several weeks I am following up with customer service calls and no resolution.

                          I could could smell it was burnt then I checked and found that the burger patty are burnt

                                I ordered from mcdelievery on 6th November via amazon pay, I ordered thr product twice, money got debited 2 times but order was not placed, so I called the mcdonald restaurant to inform them, they said order has not came to them, so they cant help me, when I checked the mcdelivery application payment history, my order existed there. It was upated that it will be refunded in 2-3 days.. so I waited for 3 days, but I didnt got any refund so I emailed them with this, they asked me wait for 3 more days, i will my refund so I waoted 3 days more, but still no refund. I again contacted them via email. They said we are looking at issue will sort it out soon, but its been around 10 days and they havent solved anything.

                                  I ordered twice from the Mcdelivery App in the last 2 weeks, both the times App acted strangely and hanged at payment processing page. Both payments got deducted from the wallet and order didn’t get placed.
                                  Refund status under payment history has been reflecting as Intiated since then, but none of them is yet done.
                                  The refund period is 7-8 days as per the policy, but it’s already been 10 days since it’s showing as Refund Intiated as the status
