Hi just bought 3 mc aloo tikki burgers and 2 mcpuffs from mc donalds west punjabi bagh new delhi india vide order no 241 dated 17.04.2022 vide invoice number: [protected]. In all 3 burgers onion are missing. I orderd food takeaway and when i reach home and open the food then i found that onion are missing in all 3 burgers. Also firstly when i taken the order the order is not completed and when i check at counter then told the attendant he then realise and complete the order. Kindly look into this matter. When i pay the amount in full then deserves the complete items also.

This is the worst I have ever experienced I am a regular CUSTOMER, regular as in I order everyday but for the first time something soo rude has happened to me!
This is becoming a regular thing where they don’t want to the stairs because I stay in 4th floor!
The delivery guy first went to the wrong wing C (I live in A wing) that is his mistake then he declined to take the steps again to my Wing which is literally next wing door from where he first went, saying he has Roza so he can’t do it, I mean WTF is that all about stay at home if you don’t want to work take One month off for Roza & ###,
so he called me again now saying there are dogs here so he can’t come how did you come first time then? dogs are literally outside, our building doesn’t have any dogs. Outside dogs are not my problem if you are so afraid of dogs then don’t do the deliVERY JOB because everywhere in Mumbai Maharastra there will be wild dogs in road!!!
To finish it off I am never going to order from MCDONALDS again man just ### it, my mood got ###, my day got ###!
I don’t need this ###! Already have my own issues to deal with in my life dude!!
Then ordering some happy food you get ### again I can’t & I don’t accept that.

Hey macd… i’m a crew member of macd… i am here for complaining about the crew meal that macd provides us.. macd india is just giving us the which is not enough for us.. a mac aloo tikki burger nd coke? What if someone dont have tiffin nd dont even eat the breakfast? Even our salary is not enough to buy an extra meal… we dont even get ₹400 per day.. a shift of 8.5 hours nd sometime more bcz of overtime nd we just ate a aloo tikki or veggiee… what if we start comparing burger king nd macd… atleast burger king care’s for their employees… my sister is in burger king… nd she can eat whatever she want bcz burgerking knows that because of their employees burger king is there… and macd? Macd’s sale is not that less that uh can’t provide a proper meal to ur employees… its very disappointing that a MACD’s employee who is providing food to his every guest is empty stomach…
Macdonalds India, please think about ur employees too.. they are also a part o[censored]r macd family… its ur responsibility to provide food to ur employees if they are hungry… i hope uh company understands..

I placed an order bearing order no. - VIB-DL[protected], enclosing here a copy if the bill recieved and photo of the burger. I have recieved a stale burger which had brown dried soggy lettuce, patty and bread which was hard and coarse. It had a foul smell and so was the case with the French fries which were cold and dry. It could not be consumed as it was inedible and the cold drink was half spilled. I am highly disappointed for the mere fact as it can cause a major setback to my health to consume stale food. It almost had a rotten smell to it which made me puke. Please look into this and do the needful. A quality check is a must and no excuse for the same shall be tolerated. Please look into it and do the needful to rectify such a grave mistake on the part of such a multinational brand. Follow the first in first out policy and no leftover should be offered or packed for any consumer to consume. Any health hazard or sickness caused due to the lack of maintaining quailty will and should be borne by the company itself.
I am DISGUSTED!

After online ordered through mcdonald app and after placed ordered lots of time gave me same reason that delivery boy is not available or health issues. same time this reason not acceptable from mcdonald store.

I visited the outlet yesterday and I’d ordered mexican aalo tikki burger in which there was a hair which came while i took a bite, and when complained to the store they directly deny their mistake and just get off the issue. This is not what we expect from an outlet like McDonald’s. I was completely disappointed yesterday and would think before going next time.

Hello I made the payment at 1:44pm and I'm sitting at my table for more than 15 minutes. We have ordered one chicken kebab burger meal and 2 aloo tikki burger meal. This service is getting pathetic and they say that they prepare burger within 30 seconds? This is really a joke. I want to complaint against this. Please get me justice.

I have ordered McDonald's from DB mall bhopal via Zomato and this is the second time I've received missing items. Both the time I've not delivered the drink I've ordered. The delivery agent also said the same things that people are reporting this missing drinks report to Zomato from McDonald's. Is McDonald's unable to communicate with delivery agents or Zomato about the orders or is McDonald's unable to deliver the drinks to their customers.

I had order for 2 Mexican Maloof Tikki +French fries R combo and 4Mcvegiees + McDuffie combo...on 31st March at 19.58 p.m. at McDonald's Hubli, Vidyanagar branch through swiggy...when I received the order French fries were missing...on contacting Swiggy thy told me that thy just bring the parcel given to thm and when contacted McDonald's initially thy refused but on going through the order no. They told I need to send the same delivery boy of swiggy to McDonald's if I want the product to get delivered...ridiculous behavior by the company ...need to think twice before ordering ...being an internationally known company I think one should act responsible enough...more than money it's attached with the sentiments of children

I am buying 2 burger mile at khed shivapur McDonald's branch . taking very worst quality burger.i am shoking to see no buddy to ask add more contains in mill. 245 per mill charges and taking only pav and one tikki . I have uploaded pic kindly check akd take action

Yesterday me along with my sis and bro went to andheri railway station McDonald's on east side.
Since yesterday night we have stomach ache, lose motion, Vomitting, weakness and headache

Worst behaviour and worst servicing by mc’D staff and store manager 41, Bunglow road, UA block, jawahar nagar, kamla nagar new delhi . I reached mc’d store at 11:07 pm and they refused my order and said our system is closed at 11:00pm . But google shows 11:30 pm closing timming .kindly check cctv footage and take immediate action . Otherwise i registed a written comlaint regarding this .

After placing my order my order delivery time was 40 mins but the restaurant didn't prepare my order for 60mins they haven't dispatched after 74 mins also

I am a regular customer of McDonald’s from last many years like all Indians are. We have a firm faith in the brand but it’s about selling poisonous food with the name of Mcdonalds brand. McDonald’s Hisar in Haryana has added breads full with fungus in their Aaloo Tikki Burger lot. We ordered online and we got burger fool of fungus and my wife ate half of it without knowing the condition of bread. Although she is all good after eating a lot fungus that day. It’s totally a case of food poisoning by selling expired and waste breads in the burgers of McDonald’s to use expired products by taking benifit of their brand name. FSSAI has given a free hand to this brand to spread death as they are not keeping a close eye on their quality in small cities like Hisar or their many franchises.
We called store manager immediately and he admitted that he will cancel the entire lot and replace the complete order but second time we got totally incomplete order against the full money we paid for product. It’s not about only food quality but it’s about service quality and not providing value against the money paid by customer.

Order a combo, when delivered it was without coke.
When complained McDonald outlet of Bhendi Bazaar, Mohammad Ali road, he kept lying that he has sent a person with coke.
Request you to seriously look into it and take action against the outlet.
Also please refund me the money

I shared the images to swiggy team to report the issue, they are saying the can only refund and update the restaurant about the issue.
The coke I received have a small dust or some other material type particles, i consumers 1/3 of coke and not sure what happens to me later. I’m so tensed of this entire issue, food is first safety our country must provide this kind of food shows how neglected our country on food and safely .
