      Today, I bought takeaway burgers, fries and an iced tea from Mc Donald’s Lavle outlet on the Pune Mumbai expressway.
      After my drink was almost over, I opened the lid to check the quantity and found an insect sticking to the cup wall. I assume this was floating in my drink and once the level of the iced tea went down the dead insect remained on the wall of the cup.
      I had already resumed my journey to Panvel station and as I had a train to catch, I could not return to complain at the outlet.

        Ear Sir,

        I happened to buy a veg meal at one of your outlet at Mumbai international airport. My bill was 399rupees to my wonder the person at cash counter didn't give me my change back. I gave him 400 rupees and he's suppose to give me back 1 rupees but he didn't give it back to me on purpose I wonder how many extra money you guys must be collecting by not giving change back as people don't ask for 1 rupees back they dont care but yes at the end that 1 rupees adds up to hundreds of thousands of rupees. And I am sure these practice must be at all your outlet.

        These is unethical way of making money.

          When seeing overloaded ice in Coke cold drink, I tried to resolve the issue with staff and manager. Subsequently, I asked for a refill since half glass of my coke is filled with ice. Despite genuine concern, my request was not heeded by any staff or the manager. This led to a comple dissatisfied meal. Hoping that someone can do something about it.
          The intent of McDonald's staff is to preserve cold drink and to achieve they fill excessive ice in glass.

            I am ashna and I was at McDonald's on 12th of May 2022, I ordered through the mcd app and dine in, payment was done by my side but some error came in and my order was not taken, I made another order thinking ill get the refund in 2-3 days but later the app shows "refund not required" which was strange, the app was terrible, also I want my money back

            I from kandivali west
            I ordered mcdonalds at march 31st 10:20 pm through their application and due to some error (the app after the update wasnt working properly in any devices) money was debited from my account and the order wasn’t placed as the whole app refreshed on its own…i requested a refund but got no reply and the contact us bar wasn’t even working properly its been 4 days and there is no sign of refund even though my transaction is still in the app’s payment history as initiated from 4 days and the order isn’t placed yet..there is no sign for the order in the order history as well along with which this same issue happened earlier in january for the amount of rs942 amd i got my refund which in the app shows an error in the date and time which is the same one as that of my transaction of rs1126

              I purchased one big Mac veggie meal in which COKE which they have served is complete Water, no taste. Upon that i requested without ice, still it's watery. Dammm i paid 250/- rupees for it. Please do needful immediately.

                Hello sir/madam,
                i am a resident of kakinada( andhra pradesh). I am very saddened to tell you that the quality of mcdonalds in our city is utterly disappointing compared to elsewhere(like hyderabad, visakhapatnam, bangalore etc). Every chicken related product/items in our mcdonalds has an overwhelming taste of coriander power taste. I came to this conclusion and writing this feedback/complaint only after trying mcdonalds in our city many many times.
                I urge you to look into this matter and let our city people eat good mcdonalds again.

                  Dear Sir/Ma'am, My name is Juraij patel residing in Vadodara, Gujarat.
                  Yesterday I visited your store located at Nilambar Triumph, Vasna, Vadodara.
                  we place 2 different orders through your mobile application by TWO different mobile phones. one order was ready in 5-10 mins and other order was not delivered till the 40 mins of placing of order. I went to the counter for information regarding my order, they were not aware of my order and my order was on their display since last half hour, I asked responsible person to please hurry as it is already 45 mins since my order. The Guy (Huzefa) was not talking with us politely and when I asked why did not you prepared my order since last 45 mins he forced me to ask for refund. His behaviour was not at all acceptable. And in the end I ended up wasting my 1 hour at your store and came back without food. this was not excepted from Mc Donald's

                    A team member of McDonald's sector 11 panchkula, Mr. ROHIT PUNJ shouted upon me. I do understand that I was the one at fault but shouting publically and embarrassing me was not an option. Further when I asked the person to apologise, he shouted on me again. I want this man to apologise to me in the middle of the store, the way he shouted me in front of everyone. If I would have been asked to move out of the store in a normal volume, I would have agreed. But embarrassing me in public was extremely rude.

                      I ordered American Mud- Pie
                      By mistake he gave me tasteless something
                      So i went to him, saying its not mud-pie
                      He was making another mud-pie for me
                      And my leftover coffee, he added syrup and something. and i saw he gave it to other customer.
                      I noticed it. I said him show me my coffee so i can compare. He lied, he said i threw it. I will make another, if you want to compare.

                          I have visited McDonald's in Seawoods Grand Central Mall, Seawoods, Navi Mumbai on 10/01/2022, I had made the payment at McD outlet from the self order machine installed for my order. But got a time out response and the money was deducted. Upon asking them to confirm several time with the transaction ID and other details, they were not helpful and said it will be returned in 14days if deducted and to do the payment again with other modes of payment which I did.

                          I've confirmed with my bank and the understand that the disputed transaction was complete and I was not serviced for same. Request you to make the payment back. I had been trying to contact them since last few days but never got a positive reply. The store manager Pradip later confirmed the payment received and to contact the store later, however the response was same and was denied my refund. Request you to do the needful.

                                  We visited Mc Donald's at CG Road, Ahmedabad branch on 21 April 2022 at 10:15 pm. Before placing order, we confirmed with store manager Dipesh if they are open for dine in or not. Once they confirmed that they are open for dine in, we had ordered our food. Our order number was 339. After ordering we set at nearest place of counter as they were turning off lights and ACs.

                                  Without considering that we are seating at one table, they turned off light, fan and AC over there. Even after asking them several times, they didn't switched on light or fan and asked us to seat somewhere else.

                                  Is this Mc Donald's standard of customer service? This is how customers are treated here? Manager was not at all supportive and he was just in a hurry to close store. If they were not ready to welcome customer then they should say no before taking order. That was such a ridiculous behaviour from manager and other serving staffs. We left our food there and step out of the store.

                                  This was waste of time and money for us as no one wants to eat at place where customers are not welcomed and treated worst.

                                  You can check CCTV for more details. There were other customers as well who were eating their meal, but store incharge turned off light and AC.

                                  Looking forward for resolution of this matter at earliest.

                                    Ordered a meal (including a cold coffee) and a separate cold coffee and delivered only meal.
                                    On top of it executive is claiming that you let it be like this & we will take care next time. Food is of no use as of now and also not able to enjoy the coffee along with food due to this confusion.

                                        On 18th Apr 2022 at about 14:25 hrs. I ordered Triple American Veg Meal, with fries and Lemon ice Cooler. The crew member No[protected]Sarika Aaba) punched the order and charged me 324. When I was served the order, I noticed that the burger I had ordered and the one I had received is different. I took the matter with one of the staff members Crew id[protected]Ravi Kharpatturam Yad) he said he will give me a refund on my burger and give me Triple American Veg. it looked a fair deal at that moment to me once he canceled the wrong burger they had served me and gave me Triple American Veg and charged me 65 Rs extra as the difference. I was surprised by this arrangement. Since I was already late because of all this mess I just paid the difference and asked for the receipt.
                                        Once I got time now, I checked that if Sarika would have punched my order correctly or if Ravi would have resolved my issue correctly, I would not be required to pay anything extra which I ended up paying.

                                        Triple American Veg meal with Lemon ice cooler and fries if ordered costs 324 with all the taxes included. I paid the same amount when i paid my bill for the wrong burger which was of a lower price ( McSever American Veg Meal). Instead of replacing my burger Ravi charged me extra which was wrong. I need an explanation for this. I needed to be compensated for all the trouble I had to go through because of the mistake of Macd's staff member.
