The rider Manoj Singh chauhan...did not deliver the food ordered saying his app was hanging...he appararently cancelled the order and has not refunded the money. He said that he woruld have to pay from his pocket

I placed an order with McDonald’s (order no. 995228, and one of the items that I paid for, the Piri Piri spice mix was missing from the order. I contacted the restaurant and they said they’ll send it along with something else as compensation. However, I neither got the item I paid for or any compensation for the mistake. I tried to contact the restaurant again but nobody responded. This is stealing and it’s ridiculous and unacceptable.

I went and visited mc Donald’s MG ROAD, Kochi . I was highly disappointed on the food I received. The food was soggy and very salty . I have never had such an experience . I had called to replace my order but no one was picking up the call. Kindly replace my order . Order number 385 on 22/01/2022.

My name is sarthak and I am a regular customer of mcDonalds.
Yesterday I ordered food from mcdelivery delhi. Not for the first time my food quality was so bad I cant even tell you that. I was forced to throw both the burgers, fries and brownie. According to my order there were 2 ice tea. But by chance while delivering the order one ice tea fell from delivery persons hand. He said he will give the replacement soon. I waited for that replacement. Even I was ready to pay for ice tea again because humans do mistake. But hi didn’t delivered another ice tea. My 435 something amount was literally a complete waste. I will never order again from mcdonalds.
I hope you will see this email and do compensate me accordingly.
Moving further I am going to file a complaint against mcdonalds in consumer court regarding the bad food quality I received within 48hrs.

I tried placing an order via Mcdelivery app. I paid an amount of Rs. 252 via UPI. But my order didn't get placed. I called the restaurant to confirm but they said that my order isn't placed. But the money for that order has already been deducted. My order number is 14022763.

I had a meal at Mcd's branch in Himalaya mall, Ahmadabad on 1st January, 2022.
At the time of payment I had chosen to pay through GooglePay.
I made the payment the amount was deducted from my account. Even after showing the proofs, the attendant said the payment was not received by them and that we should make the payment again as they assured us that the amount will be reversed in bank account with 24 hours or 7 days maximum. So we paid in cash for amount of 1035.
It is 10th January and we have neither received the refund nor a firm response from the mcd.
I am located 400kms away from Ahmadabad and am not able to go there in person as I was only visiting the city.
I have attached the proofs available with me. Please let me know if any other details are required.
Please do the needful so we can avoid any further actions.

A payment of 239.98 had done through net banking but due to system error from your side an the amount debited from my account but was not received by your end hence made the payment again through card and already confirmed with bank that Mc donalds ha received the payment at first time only and the executive informed that the amount would be credited in 2 days but not received yet kindly request to refund immediately.

Dear McDonalds, I am a fan of your food and never miss a chance to visit your outlets no where where I am in the world. But recently a couple of rude encounters with your staff (Jaipur, Rajasthan Crystal Palm outlet driveway) has shocked and disappointed me tremendously. The lady staff packing my order was rude and stashed milk creamer pods and sugar sachets right inside my French fry boxes. Upon requesting to either put all these items either at the bottom of the paper bag or in separate paper bag, the lady staff yelled at me and dictated to me how order is packed at her outlet.
It is not hygienic to stash sugar sachets, coffee mixing wooden sticks, and milk cream pods inside your customer's eatable food items such as French fry boxes, burgers, etc.
Today is the third time this has been repeated with me and I am wondering if it is the same McDonalds that I have loved since I was a kid.
This sort of food packing is not healthy and fit as per an international brand such as McDonalds

I order some fast food on my magic pin then i realise that many time loss for food because its store was very long distance so i cancel my order before he picked up.But my refund is not proceed so please my money refund by magic pin.

Pathetic service at Vijaynagar, Bengaluru -40. They say some problem with printer and refused to give me a bill, but took my number saying they will send it to my number in half an hour, but I can't wait here for half an hour. They don't even have a happy meal and many other items in the menu. I'm very irritated and disappointed with this kind of horrible service

We, the residents of Navin Shree Mangal CHS Ltd, are being deprived of our sleep and faced with mental torture due to loud noise (till late in the night) emanating from the blowers and other machines installed in the Mcdonalds outlet in Mansarovar Building, Sector-17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai (pin code 400703).

Numerous complaints in writing has been submitted in the past by the residents to the owner of the said outlet but it has fallen on deaf ears. The situation is same since many months.

This has taken a huge toll on the health of the residents of our building which also has many senior citizens.

Therefore we impress upon this forum to make the owner of Mcdonald's outlet (Mansarovar Building, Sector-17, vashi, Navi Mumbai) to either rectify the machines or shift the machines to some other location whereby we are not tortured incessantly.

I have placed an order today on 18 Dec, 2021 for Rs.309.76 at McDonald's store DD Mall Gwalior, for which I paid through upi through POS at counter. Payment deducted but the sales person and manager over the counter said that amount is not received, he told that amount will be refunded within a week. He told me to place another order so I did the same for same which I received my order. As amount deducted twice and order received only once, and for the failed order I have not received any slip, so I want to bring it to your notice to avoid any confusion lateron. I hope for timely refund of the same.Thank you

I order McDonald's 4 aaloo tikki burger and 2 french fries and 2 coke... But I received only 3 burgers and 1 french fries and 2 coke... This is very unprofessional...

Hello,

Yesterday evening, we tried the new gourmet burgers by McDonalds. Me and my wife ordered a 'Cheese Lava American Veg Burger' and 'Piri Piri Spiced Chicken Burger'.

It is really unfortunate that my wife who opted for the Piri Piri Spiced Chicken Burger has been having severe food poisoning since early this morning.

We are not sure what might resolve this issue but it is really frustrating to go through this experience as we only wanted to try the new Gourmet collection of burgers!

Unfortunately, my wife is still sick and we won't be trying anything new from Mcdonald's anytime soon now. Hoping this gets investigated.

I ordered a Mcspicy paneer burger yesterday on 5th December 2021. I am a vegetarian since birth and I was given a chicken nonveg burger wrapped inside a veg wrapper. I took 3-4 bites until I realised it is chicken. Although I was refunded the amount which was Rs. 580/-, I haven't been able to deal with the mental trauma since then. Please take the strictest action possible against them as quickly as possible.

I had ordered four burgers but only got 2!

I placed an order in Mcdonalds Gurugram but the items were incorrect. I was told to place a new order and that the last order's amount (₹2000) will be refunded. It's been more than 2 weeks and I have not received any refund yet.
