Okay so my friend started working at JM road McD, Pune Maharashtra, last month and the manager there is very rude there. My friends training period was over still they were not recruiting him permanently. The other staff members were doing there jobs due to their personal issues but the manager there doesn't even listen if anyone wants part time job or change in his shifts. The manager doesn't provide with salary on time. If a staff member have to leave due to some issue, the manager doesn't provide with the due salary. The manager doesn't even provide with part time shifts!! So please it's a request that do look into the staff behaviour in your stores!!! They are being tortured by their superiors!! Your store value will fall if such managers are being recruited by you. Please do have a personal feedback from the staff members about their seniors behaviour else i would say your management is way poor. How can you make your customers happy if your own staff is the one complaining about the McD manager behaviour!!!

So the Air Conditioner is not working, pile of orders, less employees with less experience.

I will place order on 23 sep 21. Money will deduct from bank but order not place. So when will be refund my money

I was at McDonald’s kaushambi and the floor employee named Ambika Kapoor behaved completely unprofessional. I was not delivered what I ordered and was forced to change my order and was made to pay additional amount as well as a result of forced change. I used to think very highly of McDonald’s up until now but my view changed today completely

I placed my order through drive In McDonald’s Muzaffarnagar
I have my redeem order to them and they have placed only one order with that offer
But I placed an order of 6 burgers means 3 repeated offer
As it was mentioned on the offer that it is repeated offer and they didn’t give the offer on more four burger
Very disappointed with company and staff
As the offer is available for only 5 min so they just took more time to create only one order and after min the offer get closed .
So very disappointed with the staff behaviour and offers
When it is clearly mentioned that it repeated offer so why they haven’t give me that repeated offer

Order was placed with McDelivery (Order No.[protected]/10/[protected] at 08.45 pm on 06 October 2021 for delivery at 09.45 pm and payment made online (Transaction ID[protected]

The food has not been delivered nearly 4 hours later nor has any communication been received regarding delay / non delivery of order.

There is also no way to contact McDelivery as the phone number only redirects you to the web site where on clicking on the :Contact Us" button you are taken to the menu page. And the order confirmation does not provide any details of the delivering restaurant so thay cannot be contacted either.

This is the sevond time I have faced this situation.

A sad state of affairs for a global brand!

I have Ordered online on the 1st of October in MC Donald's in which there is some technical glitch and my money is deducted and not refunded in my bank account yet. At that time I have received that my order id is 7634298(the Screenshot of that attached also the payment deducted proof.

Just got my French fries with meal from Takeaway at Great India Place Mall, Noida and saw insects in it.

I ordered a big spicy paneer wrap on oct 5 2020. I paid through amazon pay. My money got deducted but the order didnt get placed. When will the amount be refunded?

I paid ₹529 at mcdonald’s through paytm scanner in drive thru but the person working there said we didn’t recieved the payment and i said but my money is deducted but there was no response from them. So she called her senior and they came and told me to wait for 72 hours your money will be refunded to the same account then i also paid cash to them. Now it’s been 5-7 days i haven’t recieved any money. So please look into the matter. I’m providing the upi reference id and every payment information available to you. Refund my money as soon as possible as this is totally fraud.

I ordered Mexican McAloo Tikki burger along with couple more items on 29 September, 2021 from balewadi, Pune branch and found a dead cockroach/insect inside it.

dear sir on 28/09/2021 @18.16 hrs from mc donalds New No 43 & 44 Old No 95 & 96, 11th Avenue, Ashok Nagar, Chennai - 600083, india, near ashok pillar i bought food. i asked for berry cooler and as i was saying, another staff standing nearby told me that there is a combo offer, if berry cooler and chocolate chip muffin, for rs.145/-. i agreed and gave my credit card but i was charged rs.217/-. i have with me the msg recd from credit card for the amount debited.
though the amount involved is less, i am worried, if any scheme is involved on a regular basis. i would appreciate a thorough check from your end and a also your valuable response from your side. thanks.

I had an errand in Toli Chowki(Hyderabad) area this morning. I was waiting for someone there and it was taking time. I felt the need to use restroom. I saw McD in front and asked them if I could use the restroom.I was denied 3 times in a row with an excuse of washrooms not being clean. I know its not legal for any restaurant or hotel owner to forbid someone especially a women to use washroom. This incident bugged me so I went in to see what the real situation was. Everything was fine, washrooms were clean so I went and talked to the branch manager and told them about the inappropriate behaviour in their staff. They said sorry but I could see that they are just saying this to sway me away. Later on when I asked for coffee I was told that its not available. Same happened for wifi. I felt discriminated of being a north Indian in a restaurant filled with south Indian staff. Felt very bad about being treated this way.

I purchased the food from McDonald's Prabhadevi branch on 19th September invoice amount was Rs.614 and I paid via debit card. According to the counter girl transaction was done once but the amount was deducted twice even In my bank statement it's showing twice. After showing statement to her she said to complaint on their customer care no .. so tried to connect with customer care but I got no response from them now 8 days has been gone and I didn't get the refund.

In last two months I had order two times from MCd baroda manjalpur, And both time I dont received my complete items. Always there is some item missing in my order and they dont give any response to us. Many customers like me also suffer that problem, they also review in many place but no action take aganist that issue ...

I would like to ask why Bill with ordered items and amount listed is not being given to customers.

Dine-in Customers are being given a slip with order number. I want a bill with items and amounts listed/printed.

When I am speaking and addressing the staff at MacDonald's in a particular language I expect the staff to reply in the language that I address them in and not some other language.

When I am speaking English I need response in English and not Hind or Telugu.

I did not find the attitude of the staff acceptable.

The MacDonald's outlet at Big Bazar, Abids, Hyderabad always and I mean always have unavailability of items on the menu.

You can hardly ever and I mean ever get an ice cream related items ever. I would like to know how many ice cream related items has this outlet sold in the last quarter compared to other outlets in Hyderabad?

Can you imagine a meal without a drink like coca cola? The outlet every other day has the Coke machine broken.

Its a terrible experience and after repeatedly complaining to the manager Mr. Prabhakar it is not being fixed.
