I ordered a meal for 284 and without being informed I was charged for 142 for add-on. After looking at the bill amount, I asked them to cancel that order which was too much for me. But, the cancellation was rejected

I'm very disappointed with McDonald's noida sec -16 drive thru. They always close the drive thru around 10:40 pm and according to the company policy it should be open till 11 pm.
When we asked the manager at the present time he answered rudely and telling us that due to rush he does this. This is not the first time I'm facing this but twice.
Kindly look into the matter

I am writing a review since this happened three times from MCDonalds Bangalore India commercial street branch
I ordered a triple cheese American burger and the burger I had was with two slices of cheese with a cutlet in the middle after waiting for 10 minutes. Kindly please sort these issues .. this is the third time I am being dissatisfied with McDonalds.

Yesterday (24/11/21 ) I visited mcDonald bigbazar Chinchwad Pune branch. I ordered for american supreme cheese burgers(5). upon asking by the receptionist (lady) for veg and non veg i told her nonveg. But instead she turned the order as maharaja chicken burgers(5). when asked for refund they refused and the staff was not even ready to listen instead they shifted the complete blame on me . they were like she asked you veg or non veg ...but when i said i want american supreme chicken then why would she even ask for maharaja . The staff over there was very rude they didn’t give me the bill saying you will get it on mobile but I didn’t get it and when i tried to talk to them they just ignored it and went into the kitchen.
Hope I get my refund for 5 burgers. The issue can be considered for 1 burger but not for 5.
And please ask the staff to learn to accept their own mistakes.

I ordered dinner from McDonalds navalur chennai tamil nadu on 20.11.21, i did not receive the complete order despite paying the full amount for everything. to be specific i did not receive the 3 burgers that i had ordered. this spoilt all my dinner plans and when i tried to contact the restaurant, the number was switched off. There is absolutely no way to contact the restaurant. Also I was not given a proper bill copy. I would like a refund for the burgers. Very disappointed in the service provided by McDonalds.

I am very much found of MD, but now being frank I have lost the interest in it, quality is worst, I had ordered mc veggie, it was like a street food, may be worst. No toppings, just a pav and patties with pinch of onions and mayo.
Team u hv to inspect this outlet, otherwise u will loose all ur precious customers

This is about the last two experience I had with Mcdonald Ashok Nagar. In both occasions the delivery time was delayed by two hours. This is third grade service from a multi national food restaurant. The staff are horrible in this branch and there is no proper expectation, delayed delivery, shortage of food. This is been ongoing for a long time now. I have been regular for many years but the service is degrading like anything. I fed up of this and decided not to place any order in the future. I had to cancel the order finally after two hours because the food was not delivered and there was no proper expectation from anybody.

On November 3, 2020 I made a payment of ₹786.46 at McDonalds GIP Noida via UPI but was not given any service as they manager claimed that the payment wasn’t received.
However on checking with the bank it was confirmed that payment had been done from my side.
I expect a full refund of my money ASAP.

Ordered 2 McVeggie meals plus peri peri and both meals are tasteless, burger patty’s are raw, Fries are stale and even it was not eatable.

I ordered chk maharaja mac and chicken mc grill both were made very badly
Mc gril was provided with a worst sause mixture in it
Maharaja was given with a raw patty .
I need a reply for this complaint .

Yesterday I went to drive through Mc Donalds and ordered 3 burgers from which 1 was a cheese burger. When I came back home I saw that there was just bun and aloo tikki in the burger. And not only this, they didn't even include even a single sachet of sauce in the bag. Very irresponsible staff. This is not my only experience of this sort, before this also one day I ordered a lot of things from drive through Mc D, 6 burgers, fries etc. When I came back home, I found out that they had only given 5 burgers in the pack. Drive through is a service where customers normally do not check the bag and just take the order and move ahead. They rely on the staff words. Now this has started being so frequent that I'm so disappointed from your services. Please take necessary actions and tell me what to do.

Today I ordered 3 Mc spicy veg burger meal in shop with 3 milkshakes(mango-2 and fruit berry-1). I want a parcel. My order number is 258. The person who packed my order handover it. I was in hurry. I told him is the parcel contains all the items. He said yes and then I left that place. When I came home and open the parcel, I got 3 French fries n 3 Mc spicy burger. No milkshakes at all. My total bill is Rs. 1100 n some amt. What to do now? How will u help us?

I visited McDonald's Dombivli Sonal business park yesterday at 8 Pm and the staff asked me to order food from the online portal as they had some issue with their POS machine. I was like ok and then i placed the order online for Mac Children double patty meal large and Piri piri the cost was Rs. 314. After sometime I checked that people are ordering at the store through the self ordering machine and POS as well. So I walked towards the self ordering machine to check the cost of my same order & I found that the same order now cost Rs. 194. I asked the staff so even he was confused later he checked the same order on their POS and now the cost there is Rs. 284.

I simply asked him to call his store manager so soon their other staff came up and said that their manager is not available. I asked their team lead to help me with a complaint register she said they haven't got. I asked her why is this difference and why am I asked to order online when everyone is ordering from POS. She refused to answer anything on it.

I insisted her to help me with a complaint link she gave me with feedback link. I asked her again she said please don't complaint. I simply told her that the problem is that no one complaints on an issue we just try to settle.

McDonald is cheating and looting all their customers

On 27 October 2021 at 1525 hrs, at McDonald’s outlet in Ahmedabad One Mall (Near, Lake, Plot No 216, Ahmedabad One Mall TP Scheme 1, Vastrapur, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380054) myself placed an order (with order number 388) for three Mc Chicken, three Mc Veggies as take away and two large French fries and paid Rs 914.98. However, the staff delivered only three Mc Chicken and two large French fries. I came to know about the same once I reached home opened the take away. Moreover, I tried to contact the store for same but the number given online was switched off. It’s quite sad to get such unexpected service.

In City Centre, Mangalore
Citi Center Mall, KSR Road to get veg nuggets and peri peri French fries but I got chicken nuggets and normal fries. So kindly take strict action against this

Ordered combo American cheese burger, chicken nugget and coke with Chatapata naan and Kebab burger through swiggy. The product received was different than what showed in Swiggy images, which is scamming or cheating people with visuals. The taste was horrible and it was really with few veggies and I will order there ever in my life. DO NOT SCAM PEOPLE

My name is naveen from delhi. I ordered Burger from Mcdonald's at 26th September 2021 and payment was debited from my Account and i am still waiting my refund. How long should i wait for my own pecuniary.

Your payment for order no. 7500035 was not completed. Any amount if debited from your payment method will get refunded in 3-5 days.

Ordererd 2 Strawberry soft serve today through swiggy. They gave ice cream without the soft serve. They dont respond to complaints are out there to cheat customers. Very dissapointed for a company like mcdonalds.
