I ordered dinner from McDonalds navalur chennai tamil nadu on 20.11.21, i did not receive the complete order despite paying the full amount for everything. to be specific i did not receive the 3 burgers that i had ordered. this spoilt all my dinner plans and when i tried to contact the restaurant, the number was switched off. There is absolutely no way to contact the restaurant. Also I was not given a proper bill copy. I would like a refund...

I am very much found of MD, but now being frank I have lost the interest in it, quality is worst, I had ordered mc veggie, it was like a street food, may be worst. No toppings, just a pav and patties with pinch of onions and mayo.

On November 3, 2020 I made a payment of ₹786.46 at McDonalds GIP Noida via UPI but was not given any service as they manager claimed that the payment wasn’t received.
However on checking with the bank it was confirmed that payment had been done from my side.
I expect a full refund of my money ASAP.
