I have placed the order online yesterday at soul space arena Bangalore, i received SMS that out for delivery but after 5 minutes i received the SMS stating it was delivered, but it was not delivered, immediately i called out-let they said it is delivered and then i asked the name of the delivery executive and contact number they refused, they said we cannot do anything as the executive already gone home after delivery, there after i called them for more than 50 times they did not receive my call, Arrogant and unprofessional staff, after 2 hours they sent me 2 burger and 2 cool drinks and potato chips, the order what i placed and they sent was totally different, please take necessary steps to stop this kind of dirty tricks from the staff and also do the refund or send the food again, order number ssc-dl[protected]
