Found a fungus kind of black thing in the burger bun no hygiene at all maintained at all also they were missing 1 item from the order but they did took the complete bill amount & didn't deliver the complete order by virar west branch Maharashtra pin code 401305

This is really not acceptable we trust McDonald's name & order but McDonald's didn't stood up to their name & hence proved that there is no difference between street...

I have placed the order online yesterday at soul space arena Bangalore, i received SMS that out for delivery but after 5 minutes i received the SMS stating it was delivered, but it was not delivered, immediately i called out-let they said it is delivered and then i asked the name of the delivery executive and contact number they refused, they said we cannot do anything as the executive already gone home after delivery, there after i called...

Had ordered on 18th September, the order was not placed but my money got deducted from my account

I visited the rave 3 Mcd ok outlet today where while placing online order the amount was not deducting at first. So i made a payment offline via cash.
Now when I reached home the payment got deducted from my bank account.
The amount deducted was 390 rs. So kindly please provide the refund.

I have ordered today from mcdonald's at paschim vihar, new delhi. My order included 1 big spicy chicken wrap, 1 alloo tikki burger and 2 pizza mc puffs... I didn't check the order there because i had trust but when i reached home and opened the order the mc puffs was missing. We bought mac chicken burger for my kid, but today we were not happy with burger we received. It was not up to the standards what Mac Donald's assures. The lettuce was not even fresh and the mayonnaise was very little. We usually buy burger for my kid from Mac Donald's but it looks the standard is coming down. Burger was bought from Mac Donald's Park square mall, ITPL, whitefield, Bangalore.

Yesterday we got parcel of 4 mac spicy and 3 kebab naan from your khadakpada outlet at kalyan 421301.in that we found the quality and taste not good i. E. Chicken stiff were harder and tasteless. Also it was appearing to be double fried or not fresh like what we use to get earlier.
