Yesterday we got parcel of 4 mac spicy and 3 kebab naan from your khadakpada outlet at kalyan 421301.in that we found the quality and taste not good i. E. Chicken stiff were harder and tasteless. Also it was appearing to be double fried or not fresh like what we use to get earlier.

For details pl refer our invoice copy attached.

This is our first experience in 15 years.

With the given details, we would be waiting for your suitable redressal to our matter.

We are spending so much money on Macdee. Whenever we Go we spend Around Rs 1000/ on Food. But they are So. Selfish. Now They are Not providing Sauce with burgers And Charging 1 Rs per Sauce. They Are selling 1 burger of Rs 50/ to Around Rs 200/ for One Burger And Cant provide only 1 Sauce with Such expensive Burger. How Cheap. NOW they are providing unhygenic Food In Covid. Beverages they are serving Without Cap. How Cheap. Macdee is Going To suffer 1 day. People are shifting to burger king and Kfc Rather Than Macdee. Wait and Watch Macdee The results for Your poor services.

The american cheese burger‘s patty was not cooked properly. Initially i thought it was the cheese but then realised it was the uncooked meat!

I ordered meal on 6th of august in delhi at paschim vihar branch..online paymnt was failed at once and in 2nd attempt as well..bt in the 2nd attempt amount was deducted..
The attendant told me that the amount would be refunded within 3 4 days bt till date i haven't received single penny

I had a Dine in and made some take away orders at No.5/396, Rajiv Gandhi Road, Mootakaran Chavadi, OMR, Thuraipakkam, Chennai. Branch where I received raw chicken. which is totally uncooked and i tried to call back the restaurant and they didn't respond to me. If I don't get any response within two days I will make a complaint against the restaurant to the local authorities.

I have still not received a refund for order dated 14/08/2020.

Order was placed through mcdelivery at 5 08 on the 21st August, 2020. Order didn't get delivered untill 06 o'clock 21st August 2020. I have attached the screenshot for your reference. There was no communication from the outlet regarding delay and on the app it show your order is on the way from last 45 mins. I am highly disappointed with the service. Finally I had to cancel the order and request for refund.

This is just not done. Other food delivery service delivery before time and they communicate so well. Requesting you to train your staff and please teach them communication regarding delay or any such problem or error.

On 11 july 2020 I was placing order for take away from mc delivery app and the order failed and payment got deducted, so i placed a new order from my husband's phone, And the order got confirmed. After few minutes the order that showed failed in my cell also got confirmed as well. So in total 2 orders. So I cancelled the order on the spot by calling the take away store.

Yedterday, I purchased 3 mc Aalo tiki burger along with Mc puff and Dosa Masala Burger. When i take it home, i opened the packet, the masala burger have already eaten by someone. Is this Mcdonald standards? Please find below the images for the same.

I cant believe this can be happened in Mcdonalds. I lost all my trust from Mcdonald now.

I recieved the order at time but when i had the first bite of it i was shoked to see a human hair insight the wrap and i immidietly complaint for the same i send them the pics also but they refused to take any action and requested them to get a fresh order but they refused i was so upset with the service which they are providing in india.

I cancelled my order one day ago but didn't get refund yet.

I ordered a mexican aloo tikki meal from Mc donalds, sobo central, haji ali.
In that case while having first bite of fries I found a insect (bee) which was fried. It was so disgusting insect in a food. Not hygeine! I would like to request your authority to inspect the store and take necessary action against it.

We had ordered 4 mcveggie burgers and maharaja mac from rajkot, gujarat branch of mcdonalds. We had put extra cheese in all of them, but only 2 of mcveggies had cheese and the tikki, no other toppings. The other 2 just had plain tikki and nothing else. This is highly unacceptable. I have bill and photo proof if needed. I cant upload photo here as it says larger than 2mb. I request to check their cctv footage for proof.

I had ordered from store for takeaway and I did not receive 4 piripiri packets and couldn’t check as the bags were sealed. I had already reached my destination so couldn’t even go back and take my order again

I tried placing an order on 11 august 2020 from mc delivery app and tried to make the payment from google pay via upi. But somehow the amount of rs.229 got deducted from my account and the order didn't get placed.

I tried reaching to mcd helpcenter for this issue and got reply that the my paymentbis not received. How is that possible? You can refer the attached screenshot of google pay transaction.

Let me know when can i expect the refund, as the amount is deducted from my bank account and order didn't got placed.

I tried placing an order on 15th october from mc delivery app and tried to make the payment from google pay via upi. But somehow the amount of rs.2291 got deducted from my account and the order didn't get placed.

I tried reaching to mcd helpcenter for this issue and got reply that the mcd system is showing the transaction of rs.2291 is made on 16th oct which i've made on 15th oct. How is that possible? I've made the transaction on 15th, you can refer the attached screenshot of google pay transaction.

Let me know when can i expect the refund, as the amount is deducted from my bank account and order didn't got placed.

Today i thought to take away 2 mc veggie and 1 mexican burger and some fries. Only the mexican burger was worth or you can only this thing was good. I wannna tell you that mc veggie had nothing. Not even a slice of tomato it just had 2 stomach aching buns some sort of white mayo and 1 fourth of onion. They told that it would have crispy lettuce mayo and sesame buns. But it was just like a roadside vadapav. Without any spice or any veggie
