I ordered a medium fries and coke combo for 70rs, the first combo on the mcdonald's card, but instead she gave me a small fries mc saver without consulting me. The fries were not hot. I ordered a cold coffe and it tasted very bad, also the water content was very high, i could hardly even drink it.
When i tried talking to the crew there, they said i didn't mention medium fries and blamed me for the same.
Also the person, crew id[protected] neha singh, didn't provide me the 70rs combo because she said she requires the mcdonald's card and i didn't have it at that moment, i asked her to hand me over another free mcdonald's card but she declined and said it's out of stock.
Didn't seem like they were bothered about the customer and resolving the problem, they rather started blaming me.
The quality of cold coffe was soo bad that there was no proper blending of the ingredients, and plus the content and proportion of milk was not appropriate, i have had mcdonald's cold coffee alot of times, now i don't feel like drinking that thing in future. There was a wierd taste in it which wasn't just coffee taste.

    I order a burger from macdonald's through an online food ordering app and paid the complete amount online but even after waiting forever i did not receive anything. I contacted the customer care of macdonald's and they assured me that my order will be delivered within few minutes as the store by mistake closed my order. I trusted them and waited for hours but still did not receive anything not even a call confirming about the issue.
    I have lost all my confidence in your online services.
    I request you to please refund my amount as soon as possible.

      I left job for personel reason.
      But some amount of my salary of 12 hours which 500rs not received.

      I tried many times to call regarding my full salary.
      Asistant manager nagnath kamble not responding. He just saying i will give. I am suffering from last 2 months.
      Plz give my my full salary.

        I visited your restaurant last week, there i ordered ice tea. The ice tea given to me was not good the taste was not good so i asked to change that, usually they used to do that, there is problem in your machine for quite a long time now for around a year. Rather than changing ice tea manager misbehaved with me he was rude, and when i asked his name, he rudely told me his name and told me to do whatever you want to do. This was not the first instance i was complaining about it previously i did file a complaint against them, no action was taken against them. So this time i thought you guys will take action against them. Because when i asked sr. Manager to bring complaint book he was trying to avoid my request for complaint book, but eventually he gave me that. Than i got a call from restaurant manager after two days, i was busy so i asked her to give me call after half an hour but i never received a call back and when i tried calling her no one picked up my phone.

        This is not a expected behaviour from such a big brand like you, i was expecting a better service from you guys, so kindly do something to maintain service in yours restaurant.

          Our experience with Mc Donald's is goin worse day by day. Extremely rude, unpleasant staff members, unsatisfying food quality. Our this experience with mc donald's has made me cross Mc Donald's completely from my list for food. On 4th November 2018, me and my 5 yrs old son visited the counter for placing our order, since my son always insists on a happy meal toy. (let me tell you those are the most pathetic toys ever and the meal is not cost effective for that unusable, lame toy, still we take those happy meal toy for our kids), I though of buying me a happy meal, we were standing in a queue for about 20 mins(there were only 3 people ahead of me, still it took 20 mins to reach to the counter), so before my turn comes I asked the counter staff Cinderella to show me the toy, she was very rude and made faces while handling me the toy, when she gave me the toy the packet was already open, so I thought maybe it's open to show the kids how it looks, my son dint like the toy so he said he doesn't want it. The lady before me also ordered for a happy meal toy so I just happened to check the closed packet as I thought maybe it's a different one, while I was checking the other packet staff Cindrella took from my hand. Finally my turn came to place the order so I said one mc veggie meal, she said since I have opened the packet I have to buy the happy meal toy, I said it was already open, I dint open it, she looked at me made faces and said no, the other staff member named Vipul came and said the baby has opened it, I said no he dint open. Finally the lady ahead of me said it was opened then the staff looked stunned. My question is, it is not the duty of the staff member to be polite and believe the customer, is it only hi, namaste and the customer service is done, is it not that staff needs to be friendly, helpful, pleasent, polite. The lady at the counter was giving me a feeling of judging the customer with their looks. It's extreamly disappointing, disgracing, unpleasant, unapologetic behaviour of the staff. I feel Burger King is 100% better than Mc Donald's. Burger King is much better in taste, quality, quantity, cost and most of all customer service is much much better.

But due to some issue with your website my order did not get placed, however, the amount was deducted from my account. And when i called the customer support they are not ready to help.               I placed an order for two portions of french fries on 3/11/2018 at 7:45 pm, one was regular fries large and other one masala wedges large. The payment transaction was successfully done via debit card and the transaction was successfully done but i didn't receive any order id for which i called your mcdelivery helpline and i was informed that no order was shown placed from my number. The payment gets successfully done the money gets debited from my account and yet the order doesn't get placed. Kindly return the payment of the transaction done.

                I ordered a mc chicken meal.. The supply line of mc chicken was already slow. I was standing near counter and waiting for my burger another customer came and ordered a single mc chicken burger for takeaway. When a burger came in, your counter executive amit packed it and handed it over to other customer, despite of the fact the other jaskaran who took my order told him that this customer is first he didn't listened and made me to wait for another 5-10 mins for my food...

                  I placed a order in Mcdonald at cochin-682024, lulu mall, 50/2392, NH-17 and I paid the bill through my credit card. Transaction was completed and receipt came out and I also got mobile sms of transaction confirmation. But mcdonald crew said that drawer couldnt open because of network issue . He said that i have to pay cash for the order and the current transaction amount will be credited in your account with in 48 hours. But it is almost one week, i didnt get the refund.                     I placed an order but it got cancelled due to technical issues as per your call centre.
                    But the payment got deducted from my account (Transaction id: 4313661).
                    The call centre was not helpful in resolving the issue and just advised to mail on [protected]@mcdonaldsindia.com.
                    I mailed them as well as placed my complaint in feedback page of the website and messaged their facebook page, but no one has replied yet.

                      I want to complaint about the totally unacceptable behaviour of the manager of macdonalds at vijay char rasta ahmedabad when i asked for the parking for people who come macdonalds. The reply i got was we have kept a notice of park at your own risk.. These are the words of that macdonalds manager. And because of which we parked our vehicle not to eat just to take the delivery of our meal.. And in that time our our vehicle was towed.. So taking a meal of rs. 100 and additionally paying 350rs for your issues of not having a proper parking place.. And this is not the first time i was stopped to park at the parking place many times before also watchman stopped us from parking inside giving the reason that there is no parking area for people who come to macdonalds and we provide parking space only from 7.00pm so why are you open before that??. Is this the level of service from such a famous and preferred food place acceptable?? This is today's incident only and the manager of that area said that macdonalds are not paying the rent for that area.. For this we are not responsible to pay indirectly.. There were 7-8 people who at the same time came for their vehicle which was towed.. We come to your place to have a happy experience not to have bad memories.. I want my complaint to be seriously heard and actions to be taken

                        Hi,

                        I tried placing an order on 15th october from mc delivery app and tried to make the payment from google pay via upi. But somehow the amount of rs.2291 got deducted from my account and the order didn't get placed.

                        I tried reaching to mcd helpcenter for this issue and got reply that the mcd system is showing the transaction of rs.2291 is made on 16th oct which i've made on 15th oct. How is that possible? I've made the transaction on 15th, you can refer the attached screenshot of google pay transaction.

                        Let me know when can i expect the refund, as the amount is deducted from my bank account and order didn't got placed.

                          I have ordered food from macdonalds, nerul navimumbai through your application. For payment i selected phone pay and i paid the amount but order was not confirmed from your end but amount was deducted. Second time again i did and then was successful. When i asked phone pay about my first transaction they told me my amount has being transferred to macd. Once i had word with your executive she told me refund amount has been initiated. But till date no update has been received from your end.

                            I has been visited mcdonald's at nh-8 highway, opposite l&t company, baroda, gujarat, india. I did payment through my debit card but 4 times it was cancelled after that payment of rs.518/- was debited 4times from my account and 2 times it has been returned, but another two times it is not returned yet.. And that day i did payment in cash. Now what is solution for this complaint??

                              This has happened on 9th of October . I ordered food on Mc Donald’s website and completed the payment through paytm. But soon even though the amount was deducted, my order got canceled without any prior notice . I got a message saying the amount will be refunded within 7days . I waited for some days and tried to call coustmer care . I spoke to them and gave the detailed information, they said they would resolve it and to post an complaint through email . I did that too, but then they haven’t refunded amount until now . Very disappointed, costumers shouldn’t be treated this way .

                                Hello.

                                I had ordered a dilevery from mcd sion, mumbai maharashtra. I had made this order on 02 oct 2018. I did not got any order no or anything, and my order was cancelled. I immediately got an sms on my registered no. - [protected]. Stating that amount if deducted will be refunded in 7-10 days. Its been 12 days and i still have not got any refund.

                                I had also called customer care and they were also not that helpful.

                                Kindly look into it.

                                  Here in delhi railway station mcdonald's is charging for ketchup so i think this not fair so please take serious action i have visited many mcdonald's all over india but i didn't face this type of situation so i'm really feeling bad so please take some action on this and even the food provided is also not the original mcdonald's products that u can see in the pic uploaded the burger box is the different one generally the burger box contains mcdonald's logo on it but there is no logo

                                  The coating of chocolate was very thin. It is not consistent. Every time it is different. Depending on the person dipping. No quality control. Please check. This was at Xperia mall palava dombivali mumbei.
                                  Though the staff gave us replacement and were very courteous. Still some standard needs to be maintained.

                                    I tried to pay via debit card and it showed that the transaction can't happen and my mcgold points were deducted without my knowledge and this incidence has happened thrice.. So if you don't want to give a discount or have such a scheme like mcgold points please refrain from showing it everywhere.
                                    Neither has the quality been up to the mark and also such scams that you do by way of showing discounts

                                    This managers are not even responding correctly.
                                    i working since three months but this people gave me the first month salary only 800 rupees for 15 days and say that 1500 cut for dress.they only gave me a shirt and a cap.they didn't even given me pant.please look after me.

                                      Sir,
                                      I came to your noida sector 16 branch on 28th september 2018 (Friday) and i am highly dissapointed after having payment issue. I ordered my food and gave my card to swipe for the payment. Once my card was swiped but the person who took my order told me that the payment has not be done, no money has been out. So he asked me to do it again and i did. But after a few minutes later only i got a message from the bank related to the transaction and there were deduction of the money twice. I went back there and asked that if at first only, after swiping the card first time only, money was deducted from my account so why your person asked me to swipe my card again. Your staff had no answer to it. Today also on 4th october 2018 i went to your that branch only and again they had no answer to this.
                                      I request you to please solve this problem as soon as possible because i am very much concerned that how all this happened and want it's solution soon.
                                      I request you to refund my money as i was not who was responsible for all this still i am suffering. My card has a minimum limit and i don't want my money to be wasted like this. My amount deducted twice was rs.173.28

                                        Im name is tejas. I had ordered food of ₹ 235 at kalamboli mcd on 25/9, where firstly i had tried to pay my bill by my card, it taken some time n then she returned it to me, we tried it again, again same!! Then i give her cash for my order!! After some time sms comes saying that ₹235 has been debited to my account to the mcd!
                                        I paid thrice for the same bill!!
                                        Please refurn my money as soon as possible!
