I have visited ur stall at phoenix mall, pune, viman nagar, maharashtra on[protected].

I ordered 2 mc egg and some shake. Gave my card for payment however the bill generation took time and hence order dint place. So i left at that point. Ur shopkeeper also dint say anything.

Surprisingly after half an hour, i got a message that my card has got debited for rs.248.02

My card number ends with *7315

Please refund my money asap.

Its the ever worst experience with mcdonald's

      Ice berg lettuce was served deteriorated in both the orders in mcspciy chicken as well as chicken maharaja.

      When asked for a feedback / complaint book, outlet manger rahul white stated that they don't have one.

      Overall they are left with no knowledge of food preservation and catering science.

      I beleive they must be given haccp training atleast so they won't play with anyone 's life.

        I had ordered from my nearest mcdonald's through the online order from mcdonald's but they dint respond back and i dint receive my order. I waited for almost an hour. This seems disappointing and i dint even get an option to cancel my order. Its worse ever customer service. The store where i ordered from mcdonald's kundanahalli brookfield bangalore did not receive my call when i called them for query. Hoping to text back my amount and better service.

        There is misleading advertisement at your outlet, I had observed it at Sama savali road. It is objectively mentioned that it is at INR 99. And I was charged for 169.

        I had ordered via McDonald's app and payed an amount of 185 rs via BHIM. The amount got deducted but my order was not placed. The respective person told me to wait for 7 days for the refund. I didnt get any refund .

          This is regarding mc donald's outlet park square mall bangalore. I went to have breakfast at mc d @9am as my office is near by. The outlet opens at 9 am according to what's written outside the outlet. But the gates were closed and there was a staff inside the restaurant who refused to open it. The guards said it opens at 10 am. They should remove the notice outside the outlet or they should do exactly what is written. This has never happened in any outlet so far. I am a regular customer and this was really dissapointing. As it was a break from office which got completely wasted.

            I had placed an order of rs. 400 to mcdonalds on 14th september online at oberoi mall, goregaon store. While making the payment though paytm gateway my order amount got deducted but the order was not placed.
            I call mcdonalds to understand about the same but they mentioned that they did not receive any order nor any money and told to contact paytm regarding the same.
            I communicated with paytm as well but they mentioned that the order was successful and to co-ordinate with mcdonalds regarding the same. Also if mcdonalds has not received the order and the money then they require the same on mail from their end through which further action would be taken.
            Please help me in this regard.

              Order for Rs 1231 was cancelled on 16th Aug 2018. Confirmation msg regarding cancellation rec'd on same with a msg that amount will be refunded within 08 working days. Till the typing of this message the refund has not yet bewn received in spite of providing details to their representative Ms Gauri Karnik on 12th Sep 2018. I think McDonald's is not bothered about it's customers as per the data itself reflects the same i.e out of 571 complaints only 10 resolved. So what else can be expected from such a franchise. So now I have been left with no option but to take help of a media help line no and then highlight the matter so that atleast they take a note of customer complaints and do not ignore. The question is not about Rs 1231 but it is the attitude of Mcdonalds. Worst experience will not order from McDonald's henceforth.

                I have placed an order few days back on your application. My order was accepted initially, later on i got a msg that my order has been rejected stating out of service area.

                Firstly, if my pin code (421306) was accepted then why it was rejected later on. Question arises here then if my area is not serviceable then it should have been rejected in the app itself, why it was rejected later on with incorrect reaaon.

                Secondly, if you have rejected then why i have to chase for a refund. It is something should be automatically get credited. I want my refund to be credited asap. I want a compensation for the disappointment as well. Registered no. Through which order was placed is [protected].

                      My order was cancelled on aug 24, as the nearby store couldnt provide delivery service at that point of time. I was said money will be refunded within 7-10 working days. I also dropped an email to [protected]@mcdonaldsindia.com but still neither there is a reply or money refund process initiation.

                      Can't even imagine the service would be so horrible of my all time favourite mcdonalds. Really sad.

                        I cancelled a order on the 27th aug. Im still awaiting cash to return in my paytm wallet. Getting in touch with your team is so annoying.. Cust service no. Has a hold time of more than a hour. Some how i found your head office no. The lady that i spoke to was pathetic. She as me write feedback later the will get back. Still waiting for that reply as it has been more than a week after i summited the feeback. It has been such a bad experience.

                          I ordered a large mc aloo tikki meal from the mc donald's located in navrangpura area in ahmedabad in gujarat.
                          The quantity of fries i got was hilarious.
                          The amount i f fries was less than half the size of the pack in which you people give fries.
                          Really pissed off with the fact and would think a 100 times again before ordering something.

                          Hope you reply me back with this and come up with a solution.

                            I had placed an order from mcd on 26 aug 18, 3:54:28 pm order number: air-dl[protected], which was cancelled by since i chose different delivery address. Later when i enquired with their call center for refund they said, you may received within 7 to 8 working days. I had called to check my refund status, the response was not satisfying "you have to wait till 7 to 8 working days. We wont consider saturday and sunday" executive was lacking politeness and customer experience. Today[protected], when i called the customer care on [protected] person named suraj, floor supervisor asking me to write an email to their email support for refund. This was not informed to me at the time of raising my request for refund. Also, people work on stores never respect their customer's need. I placed an order which i received after 2 hours. Manager of the store is not willing to understand that customer order food for their hunger.

                              I have ordered a meal which had french fries, coke, and a chicken burger. They took rs 33 packaging charges but they didn't provide straw with the coke. Even the coke was tapped tightly. So the time when i opened it, it fell over the floor. What kind of nonsense logic is this. Your are not even providing the basic stuff with the meal. And the most funny thing is whenever i got delivery from mc di. I have to always assemble burger before eating. Improve your packaging quality and teach your staff what need to be provided with the meal as a part of basic stuff

                                I was order 1 large nonveg meal. When I received order I told order taker to give some extra ketchup. But she rejected my request and tell me to pay more money for ketchup. I paid for ketchup but she was not giving me any bill of ketchup and we are regular customer of mcd. We're visitig lots of branches of mcd and anywhere we visit nothing need any time pay more for ketchup. That was disappointing. I was facing problem at Kumar Pacific mall store of mcd when I complained about that to manager Asif but he was also not able to take any action about that. Staff was not good but burger was delicious ice tea also good, but fries was not crispy and it was not hot. Bad experience. Disappointin.                                   Today evening I went to the McDonald's Drive Thru. First of all it took almost 10 minutes to order because there was no available on the order counter. After my order was taken, I moved forward and collected my order. While reaching home when I unpacked the order and started to eat the there were no lettuce in the burger as it was a Mcveggie burger, after 2-3 bites there was a long hair in the burger.

                                  If an MNC like McDonald does not work upon there quality, than whats the fun of availability of such organization.

                                      I would like to lodge a complain for my order # sis-do[protected] placed on 25th evening. All the order was wrong, lettuce was extremely rotten - brown n soggy. Inspire of paying extra money for cheese n jalapeño, the same was added. Also 2 burger n one drink was missing from the order.
                                      I would suggest strong action or shut the operations.

                                        I am extremely dissatisfied with my order no btm-dl[protected] from mc d btm branch bangalore.
                                        1. With my order i was receiving free mc veggie burger but the branch instead send me a mc aloo tikki burger and cheated me. I am a regular buyer of mc aloo tikki and hence i can easily differenciate between that 2 burgers. When i complaint them regarding this, the behaviour of the mc d exec was not right and he refused to deliver the new burger order 2 kms away his branch for makjng an excuse to give this order free for the wrong order parcel given to me. Also he was asking me an additional rs 50 delivery charge for the free burger 2nd time, see sir i am not fool to pay for rs 90 burger rs 50 delivery charge. Whn i said i would make a complaint he said ohk u can make. I mean look at the kind of behaviour feom ur executives sir/ madam.

                                        2. I purchased 2 rice bowls 1 veg and 1 non veg for trying first time, usually go for kfc rice bowls, but due to mcdonald's personal biasness for burgers that too at good price, i was swayed that how good these rice will be as mc d is always known for value to money.
                                        But this time mc d disappointed me as both the quantity of the rice as well as quality of rice were poor and today i felt first time i wasted my rs 350 on mcd. Due to this i might think our bond will end soon and i will never go for rice bowls again as it it waste of money acc to me.

                                        Single person handling multiple counters when today is festival and no staff is bothered to handle other counters. Manger Tirath Ram is least concerned after talking to him as orders were served in random order. Kept waiting for nearly an hour.

                                        Looks like this is not McDonalds but some local unorganized chain of Jammu, India
