I have order from mcdelivery on 4/7/2018 via foodpanda and payment was done by SBI netbanking but order was wrongly gone to MacDonald Centurion.
The order was canceled at the same date. But i have still not received any refund from mcdelivery i even tried calling them but they just have simple answer that we have initiated the payment you will get it in 5-6 working days.

    My name is Rajveer pol. Its not a complaint, its an inquiry for my pending PF. I dont know any other to contact so I am posting it here.
    i worked in Mcdonalds Colaba from June 2013 to June 2014 as an shift manager. later i went abroad to study and I came back last month, I had not my filled my PF form when i left. So is it possible for me to collect it now???

      I seriously never expected this from Mcdonalds...
      I did visit to CP, B block branch of you with my friends and order a pack of 3 on 8 July, 2018. Initially we tried to pay through card but due to your card machine issue, it didn't happen and after that we paid through cash. But later then we got a text of deduction from our card also. We have informed the person on the counter and he said that we will get refund within 24 hours but till then there is no refund. I am trying to call[protected]/ [protected] - mentioned on bill)that particular branch but no one from that branch picking calls. I tried them number of times.

      When I called in their head office so response was even worst. She said that we don't do that kind of resolution here and asked me to contact particular branch only. Even when I have informed her that they are not picking calls.
      I have sent mail also to them mentioning everything nut there also... no response

      I am attaching bill of that particular transaction and screenshot of the text that we receive for amount deduction for the order.

          Amount got deducted with following Transaction number is PAYU[protected].
          but order was not delivered.
          There is no provision to track the order for this order & confirmation of order also not got from Macdonald web site.
          I tried to call on customer care no but it is not active.

            It is very dismal to inform you that crewid 51849 pooja at saharaganj mall, shah najaf raod, service: restaurant services (Sas-996331) is very bad. She refused to take my order, in spite of having change money she refused to give me change then i called the supervisor then i was able to complete my order buy after that she behaved very badly that can't be tolerated.

              Orderd from mcdonald's aundh pune through swiggy. The #[protected] had 2 missing muffins & 1 peri peri mix. This is not the first time this happened. The outlet is a repeated offender. What do this extra money go. Do the staff share it?? Is this expected code of conduct from a big name like mcdonald's. Robbing customers. Today swiggy said they can't get a replacement because the oulet will not accept responsibility. So swiggy will repay the amount. Even though i get my money back do we customers have to put up with such unfair practice???

                I ordered from your Chennai- Tambaram store on Friday-22.06.2018 ;Order No.: IRC-DL[protected].

                The first time the order was not successfully placed but the amount of 461 was deducted.
                I tried again and it was successful and then also amount of 461 was deducted.(see attachment).

                I request you to crosscheck and refund the excess amount.

                The amount got deducted though .
                As the order was unsuccessful, they have told that the refund will be credited within 2-3days. But not received any money

                  I have visited your outlet today[protected] evening around 9:43 pm at mcdonald's, ground floor, mantri mall, malleshwaram, bengaluru.

                  I have order 1 large fries and after billing (Attached the bill for your reference), the cashier (Razaq) rudely said collect the product in other counter. I felt insulted. When i bring up this issue to concern manager (Rakshit. T) even after manager consult, his reply was very negligible with unprofessional which made me uncomfortable.

                  During the conversation between manager and myself the cashier (Razaq) arrived at place and started arguing in awful words even he was ready to fight physically. He (Razaq) humiliated me with his 3rd class behavior and rowdy type. Though it was a simple issue, manager could have handle it with a professional way with respectful. I am very disappointed with their worsts attitude.

                  If it continues we wont feel to visit your outlets.

                  My suggestion is to maintain some polite and kindness to the costumers will be appreciable. We love your foods so we can enjoy the fearless environment with family and friends.

                  I am expecting proper action to be taken against the cashier and the manager.

                    I was ordered for one mac egg but they served me one chicken burger in the egg wrapping.. This is seriously very disappointing to have wrong order in fast food outlet like mcdonald... I have been coming in mcdonald since ages. But now onwards i'll never visit to it and it's seriously violation of my right as per indian consumer court.. So i'll sue mcdonald for it for sure. It is related to my religious right as i have never eaten chicken and to protect this right i have been trusting mcdonald's but they have broken my trust on them. It's really heart breaking for me to have chicken as i have never thought of it but mcdonald's made me eat that and after showing them that chicken burger those guys tried to through that burger to destroy the evidence it's really humiliating and disturbing.

                          Please don’t visit to mcdonald’s. It is near thane station because the don’t serve you in new tray the use tray was given to ous.in that tray the used ketchup sachet was there. The order was fries in that there was a piece of wedge that to spoil one and they don’t even check the order before giving it.
                          They don’t have complain book n when i asked them they argued a lot n finally vikasnotebook they gave me to complain. They gave me notepad of mcdonals and when i started writing they snatched from me. This way they treat to their customer. They are not ready to give in writing that they have made mistake. There was no manager present at the place. When they call their manager he was at home.in this way a mcdonalds work.

                            I ordered a mac aloo tikki burger for take away. It took them years to make one burger. When i was going to eat it, then i found that the tikki was not fried properly and was uncooked. Moreover, the sauce and veges were really less. Even the service of the outlet wasn't good at all. Lastly, there was zero hygiene maintained there. Not the kind of stuff that we expect out of mcdonald's.

                              At mcdonald’s central mall bellandur, there is a cashier named padma. Her attitude is extremely disrespectful. When i gave a rs.500 note she mad a very bad face and screamed change. The way she treated me as a customer was horrible. No other staff member has ever been so bad. The other people at mc donald’s will kindly ask for change or say “sorry sir, we do not have change.”. I suggest action should be taken against this!

                                I have order from mcdelivery on 23 february and 23 may 2018 and payment was done by sedexo card online (This card has been provided by zeta). For both the instance i payment got deducted and i have still not received any refund from mcdelivery i even tried calling them but they just have simple answer that we have initiated the payment you will get it in 5-6 working days and they don't even provide any reference id.

                                For some instance i have even speakon with their team lead (Sanjay) from mumbai branch but he also was not able to resolved he gave me an excuse that our system is not able to refund the money to sedexo account technical team is working on it. Below are my traction details for which money deducted.

                                  After havining a bad day yesterday i planned on getting a mac meal with my friends but when we went there they had no coke available for our meal then we asked them what ellse can they offer us instead of it they said lemon zest. But when we asked for it they did not have that too. After which i ordered a frappee. Where after looking at the drink i tthought i just wasted money, the whipped cream was not whipped properly it was all like normal cream floating on my coffee, i let it go thinking it's okay then when i tasted the frappee it was only sweet and not bitter sweet as it's suppose to be. After which i was so upset that the drink slipped froom my hands and when my friends n i told someone to clean it they cleaned it after an hour almost we had to sit cramped up.

                                    I worked 1month and 9 days..
                                    First month sallary i got
                                    But after the sallary month i do the work for 9 days as wish manager... After one month i said to him i have exams.. So i want to resign. Then the manager said.. Ok u can get the doing work money.
                                    But now he said.. That 9days sallary will not give... He have not responsible for that

                                      As i have been ordered food from mcdonalds from prozone mall, coimbatore last week friday since this is the first time from swiggy but i have been having from mcdonalds for the past 8 years and never felt disappointed or dissatisfaction towards them like this much. These recent attitude from the employee or manager shows really very bad as he had been committed to give away the missed items from my last order but when i called him in next couple of days he is not even picking my call. I really feel like never going to mcdonald’s since we are from it campus and ordering from such huge branding foods like mcdonald with loyality but if this is what an attitude then we have to skip. Also it is not a single item missed in the order but there was more than few items were missed out. Request you to give me an explanation or otherwise sorry to say that me and my friends never going to visiting any mcdonalds restaurant again.. I had spent more than few lakhs with my friends and family in mcdonalds itself once i started having from mcdonalds. Swiggy just refunded 275 which is not even reliable and closed those conversation. I can pay this 275 but i need my missed items if you people really wanted to satisfy me.                                       I have purchased 3 burgers and a mcfloat from this Kalka Ji McDonoutlet. none of the product has any branding of mcdonald. i am attaching the images of what i got. Even the taste of the burgers is not the same.
                                      Seems desi version of mcdonalds.

                                      Should i complaint about it on consumer forum.

                                      please suggest.
