Refund not received for order not placed on 26th july 2018 and amount deducted twice from phonepe. When i called up customer care with std code 022, executives gave me the same answer om 26/07/2018 and same from 6/08/2018 to 14/08/2018. On 11/05/2018. I had written an email to [protected]@mcdonaldsindia.com, but no reply.
I continuously requested them to transfer phone to senior official, phone was transferred to mr. Suraj. He said refund processed and contact phone pe for your refund money. I asked for transaction id and he answers that transaction id is not generated, i told him that i am a ca and when a monetary transaction is preocessed a no. Is generated, provide that no. Then he says accounts can provide, so he will escalate the matter.
I requested for mc donals accounts dept email & phone, but he did not provise, i asked hm whether he will mark a cc on my registerd email id (Registered with this stupid mc donalds), he said no.
Again on 13/08/2018 i requested and spoke to so called senior official priya. Shw also asked some quetions assured refiund but no email or phone provided.
McDonald's India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
