This complaint is for your outlet located in bhandup, neptune mall, mumbai.
My name is jhilik and i am a frequent customer, almost 3times in a week i visit and was a huge fan o[censored]r mc-cafe menu until i discovered these broken wooden pieces of stirrer (The pieces weren't of my stirrer, i have rechecked) in my cappuccino when i was just having my last sip, i even spoke to manager but he was least concerned about it and dint even spoke to the respective person who made the cappuccino. Hope to get a positive reply.

    Refund not received for order not placed on 26th july 2018 and amount deducted twice from phonepe. When i called up customer care with std code 022, executives gave me the same answer om 26/07/2018 and same from 6/08/2018 to 14/08/2018. On 11/05/2018. I had written an email to [protected]@mcdonaldsindia.com, but no reply.

    I continuously requested them to transfer phone to senior official, phone was transferred to mr. Suraj. He said refund processed and contact phone pe for your refund money. I asked for transaction id and he answers that transaction id is not generated, i told him that i am a ca and when a monetary transaction is preocessed a no. Is generated, provide that no. Then he says accounts can provide, so he will escalate the matter.

    I requested for mc donals accounts dept email & phone, but he did not provise, i asked hm whether he will mark a cc on my registerd email id (Registered with this stupid mc donalds), he said no.

    Again on 13/08/2018 i requested and spoke to so called senior official priya. Shw also asked some quetions assured refiund but no email or phone provided.

    Is this a mc aloo tikki u serve or is dis vadapav... Only 1 aloo tikki n 1 tomato slice n 1 red chutney in dis... Too much disappointed...

      I went today to mac donald’s in mumbai in cst i ordered my meal at 8pm on 14/8/2018 my order is ready but the are on the counter giggling with each and not bordered to give the meal which was kept aside when i told her to give my order she is saying wait very rudely and giggling what type of staff i’ll keep more efficient thanks i hope i’ll see to the matter i’m a frequent customer of mcdonalds

        I have been wotking for this mnc there is nothing bad about this company.. Thing i hated is the behavious of managers of karnal mcdonald's. Most of the days of i couldn't get my break meal on time... You can also understand how can a person work for 8 hrs empty stomach what the heck is giving me break meal at the end of my shift isn't this bs goiong on under the nose of such a reputated well known brand! Tarini singhal was that shift manager!

          Cancelled order number - 3898886
          Order date - 28th july, 18
          Amount - rs. 405/-

          I have processed the above order from my registered mobile no and immediately received a message of cancellation. Payment is done through credit card and phone pay option.
          Since then i am waiting for refund in my phone pe account. So pl generate refund on immediate basis.
          Already 10 days are crossed.

          I am not getting any response from customer care side on this subject of refund.

            Sunil singh staff at the take away counter refused stating that cold drinks are not available; when i went inside and checked cold drinks were available n been served!!!
            If you cannot handle crowd within the store and take away better shut down your store instead of giving such a bad service of denying to customers!

            I've tried to place an order twice on the web page and both the times the money gets deducted and the order gets failed. It's the worst web app I've ever seen and this is not the first time I encounter this scenario.

              It was absolutely rediculas experience visiting mac Donald's today at tumkur road peenya (Bangalore). We visited at 2.25 pm on 10th August 18 and we were very hungry. After putting up our order the cashier started to deny taking cash of 20 Rs note just because it was cut on the top less than a half a inch. I told him to take it as they can always deposit in the bank. However his statement was the bank will not accept from them. When I asked, "what should i do with it? Shall I put it in bin?" Surprisingly his answer was "yes". This is what people think of Indian currency in india. Then another guy steps in and says don't argue. So I told him I have all rights to argue being an Indian and they have to accept this note. Finally they agreed to take but then why they had to do all this drama. But we decided to walk away without taking any food. They just lost their regular customer who was using them for more than a year. I will never walk in to this mac Donald again 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

                At the goregaon west branch, one o[censored]r servants came nd said us to leave macd. Is this ur behaviour towards cutomers??? Who the hell she's to tell us to go out frm there. Remember one thing, we r not going to visit ur place again.
                She said that one of the customers told her. Like what the hell??? Please see to it. Or else u wiil be in a huge trouble.

                  I have taken french fries and veg pottato tikkies from mehsana outlet. After 30 minutes when we have ate we observed that potatoes rotten smell is comming from food. Today again when i ordered these item, i complain them about my previous experience, beside any satisfactory reply they told that product will be detoriate after 20 minutes of preparation and they cancel my order. If so why you have a system of carry away. And you should clearly mentioned in display that food is consumable only upto 20 minutes.

                    Last week i visited McD store at mg road gurugram. i have ordered 2 burger meal. there are small insects on burger which are very unhygienic. It could be deadly. McD should take necessary action for quality checking at stores. i have some photos nd video too for the same incident. And even i talked McD staff also but they ignore the incident. i request a strict action had to be taken for this.

                      Sir i have not received offers which were promised by you! First was a referral promise that i will get a mc chicken and a coke but i got only chicken burger and it was mention that i will get 25% off on amazon pay which i didn't got!                         On sunday evening (20/7/2018) at dlf mall, saket, i ordered two mc veggie with extra cheese and one coke. The total amount of the bill was 315. I swiped my atm but i didn't get the receipt so i did it once again but the machine didn't give me the print. The staff present their said that the card is not working, so i used another card for the transaction and at last the bill got printed from the machine. The problem is i have swiped 2 cards (1st card twice and the 2nd one once) and money got deducted each time. I showed the transaction sms to the staff and the head told me that i'll get the refund within 72 hours, but till the date i didn't get any refund money. My bill was 315 and the staff took it thrice (Total 945). That was not my mistake so i want my money back at any case. That place is very far from my place and i am unable to go there once again and i told the staff about it but he said that the i'll get the refund at any case.

                            This is regarding failed order at first attempt through mc delivery. On 27th july'18 13:41 pm. (Pfa)
                            I had ordered few things from mcd worth rs 298/-. But even after successful transaction i got some error and i was brought to mcd home page. No order was booked through this transaction. You can see successful trx in attachments on 13:41 pm 27 jul.

                            Later i ordered same and made another trx which was successful.
                            Kindly refund my 1st unsuccessful order amount which was deducted from my account. Pfa required transaction details.

                              I visited McDonald RT Nagar and I ordered super saver where I ordered coke float where they gave me coke when I complained they just put ice cream on the on the same and the say they argued they always put ice cubes in there coke float when I asked for a complaint book they gave me a small paper to write on which I bet they thought away there service is horrible

                                I had a great faith until this instance happened and i am shame full to being an indian and mcdonald’s is being handled by one of you guys.

                                I’ve ordered back on 2nd july (Not sure if it’s the correct date) with few burgers and french fries.

                                I’ve raised a complaint related to the worst quality of the burgers and the french fries at the same time. Your delivery boy came and confirmed that the quality of the burgers and french fries were pathetic. He took all the burgers and promised to replace it with a fresh order.

                                Till date i’ve not received anything and also no refund related to the same. I’ve called multiple team members in your call center. They promised me so many things nothing happened till today.

                                I just called today also to get the status. Your great call center guy disconnected my call.

                                I’ve paid my payment in full. No resolution yet. I never received any bill also.

                                They also stated that they are sending the oil for lab testing. I am concerning now that if they themselves accepted that the food is not good for health and while that oil report is still pending, how come you guys can start serving in the same oil. When you know that it is unhygienic.

                                  Cold coffee served without milk.

                                  Firstly the service at this outlet is pathetic. It's only when the staff feels like they should do some work will they take Ur order. Secondly any outsider is allowed to walk into the work area and touch the stuff there. I witnessed a delievery boy from GRAB come in and help himself packing what he had come to pick. He had his raincoat and the regular footwear on. Thirdly Mcdonalds charges an exorbitant amount of Rs 82 for their cold coffee. The coffee served to us had no milk and was just a watery sugar syrup with a dash of coffee powder. No milk what so ever.

                                    I have a complaint to raise regarding the theft of my mobile phone (Lenovo K6 note) from the premises of McDonald CBD Belapur Between 12AM - 1AM on 16th July 2018.

                                    The Facts

                                    1. The order number is 211 and was punched at 12:03 am (McDonald Time), but somehow the card transaction displayed at 12:10.

                                    2. The phone was placed at desk which is directly opposite to the see through glass adjacent to the entry and exit gate.

                                    3. The order took a bit more time than usual and we left after having our meal.

                                    4. Phone calls were made to my device but somehow it got switched off within the premises.

                                    5. We requested the manager present during that shift to show us the footage but somehow was trying to skip through the important parts after out first exit from the premises.

                                    6. The timeline is mismatched as different time stamps are there for billing, security footage and actual time. WHY?

                                    7. As mentioned initially by the at current manager of the shift the CCTV camera which captures the footage for the entry and exit point somehow missed a few inches of area of the adjacent sitting area exactly opposite to the see through glass where the phone was placed.

                                    8 The weird part, in that time frame how is it possible for the walk-in customer to take away the phone and switch it off, and that to in a window of 15 - 25 minutes. There is a high probability that the staff present at that time has definitely stolen the phone. Reason being that a working staff must know that the security cameras do not capture that region from where the phone was stolen.

                                    9. After my exit from the Mcdonalds premises, i straight away went to my vehicle and was on my way home. Within 10 minutes i got to know my phone was not there, i immediately went back to Mcdonalds CBD Belapur to recover my phone. As it turns out to be the phone was not there.

                                    10. Lastly the manager present for the shift was trying to manipulate us to overlook the security footage, assigning the wrong camera while confronting, and immediately after our exit locked the entrance and no one was seen at the counter from outside the premises during the 2nd visit.


                                    The given scenario has actually raised a doubt with regards to the service being offered by the McDonalds where a phone gets stolen within the premises especially from a part of the store where the CCTV cameras could not capture that particular area.

                                      I visited mcd near city pride satara road, and made the decision that would NVR visit the place again as it a fish market more than mcd .
                                      WE CAN SAY THAT THEIR IS ZERO MANAGEMENT AS WE COULDN'T HEAR EACH OTHER WHILE WE WHERE AT THE PLACE .

                                        I made a transaction on MC`D of INR. 245 and my amount got deducted but MC`d staff said that they did not receive my transaction amount.
                                        Further, I got a message from my bank that the amount paid to MC`D.

                                        I had words with my bank and they said that amount successfully paid to MC`d.

                                        I want my refund back otherwise I will take a legal action against this.
