I ordered 5 items today 18th april, 2018- paner wrap, 2 allo wrap, 2 veg pufs, 2 alu wages and 2 alu tikki - [protected]. But swigy guy missed on 3 products - 1 alu wages, 2 alu tikki, and 2 veg puffs. But, added one chicken burger which i didn't order.
Kunal, from mc de ordered an replacement nd was very helpful - [protected] wit 2 alu tikki and 1 alu wages. Wen i saw alu pufs was again missing.
So, chated wit arivind who was not even ready to listen wats the issue or gave empathy or at least gave option of refund. Just said sorry since order was been replaced cant help. Very poor customer service from arivind.
After the food got delivered allu wages was supposed to be large - but i hardly got 6 to 8 pieces. Is tat really a large? Very bad experience.
Is this the way to react for customers loss. Money food is not an issue, wen all relatives are together nd some ting happens like this - it's so embarrassing. Hope people who chat, think from customers point of view.
