I have been the Account holder of yes bank for the last almost 2 years but this is the first time when I came across such pathetic condition.
I had a CMS Cheque named as sunny Kumar which i submitted into yes bank exhibition road branch, Patna (Bihar) on 19-may-2018 for transferring the cheque amount into my yes bank account after waiting till 6 days eventually I had to be present phisically to the branch and i approached to Mr chandan as conversation with him he assured me that the cheque amount will be transferred by today (24-may-2018) itself evening but still the condition is remain the same.please help me.

    I ordered for about ₹1447 on 17 may 2018 on mcdelivery website and paid through debit card, but i didn't receive order confirmation. I have the data of the transaction that i made. I was promised by an attendant from mcdonald's costumer care that i will receive refund but not received yet. Please look forward to make the refund, because it has been almost a week.

      According to the phonepe offer on buying 99 rupees mc vaggie and regular coke we got a discount of 50 rupees but when i have visited mcdonald's it rejected the offer and denied to provide it. You may check on phonepe app and also see attached screenshot of the offer. If you have mentioned it then provide it to the customer. I have to register a complaint in this matter

        The money got deducted but due to some error bill and order number was not generated.

        But till now the money has not been credited to my account.

          Hi,
          I went to mcd at thane west gokhale road naupada on wednesday (I. E. 25/04/2018). I was in the queue and the girl ahead of me ordered food online, but the delivery boy has lack of knowledge for online orders so he took almost 10 mins to resolve that issue so i had to wait longer to only gave order and after that i have got my food late just because of delivery boy's lack of knowledge. Even though i ordered many things he just gave me 4 sachet of ketchup. After that we went upstairs and we requested for ketchup then the other boy told me that you need to go down to take a sachet. So only for one sachet i need to go down? So the place wasn't organized and we found out that the place was totally unhygienic as there were flies.
          So please look into this matter asap.

            I had and old happy pockets card which expired in march 2018 west and south zone. Which was used many times as i stay in a bachelor pad near mc donald but when i visited the restaurant and showed the cashier was so rude to me did not help me with updates as even had the audacity to ask me to leave the que. We so often order for this place as we dont have cooking facility with us. So far this is the worst experience i had with shop.

              I ordered 5 items today 18th april, 2018- paner wrap, 2 allo wrap, 2 veg pufs, 2 alu wages and 2 alu tikki - [protected]. But swigy guy missed on 3 products - 1 alu wages, 2 alu tikki, and 2 veg puffs. But, added one chicken burger which i didn't order.
              Kunal, from mc de ordered an replacement nd was very helpful - [protected] wit 2 alu tikki and 1 alu wages. Wen i saw alu pufs was again missing.
              So, chated wit arivind who was not even ready to listen wats the issue or gave empathy or at least gave option of refund. Just said sorry since order was been replaced cant help. Very poor customer service from arivind.
              After the food got delivered allu wages was supposed to be large - but i hardly got 6 to 8 pieces. Is tat really a large? Very bad experience.
              Is this the way to react for customers loss. Money food is not an issue, wen all relatives are together nd some ting happens like this - it's so embarrassing. Hope people who chat, think from customers point of view.

              Let me know if you guys need photos for the same, since below attachment is not taking more than 2mb. I can send through email, if required.

              I visited McDonalds jabli, Teh- kasauli, distt. Solan HP on 16-5-18 arnd 2:01 pm and ordered 2 mcspicy chicken wraps. When I had a bite I saw a big hair in the wrap. Very disappointing to see McDonald compromising with its food quality. Bill and wrap pics attached.

                We ordered the a small potato wedge and the small french fries from the order counter. The price was supposed to be rs. 89.02 but they charged for 2 small potato wedge and 2 small french fries. Even if they had charged for 2 then it would have been 89 x 2 = 178. But they charged rs. 193.23. I want to know what has happened..
                I need this to be taken care of very seriously. We have been charged 103 rupees more 😤

                  One of the worst mc donald's i have come acrossed from past 8 years.
                  1. No quality of food is maintained.
                  2. Flies and mosquitoes all around, can't even sit peacefully inside. As if they are specially maintained flies for kitchen.
                  3. After order, no place for to sit inside, if so than why they are accepting futher orders and making us fool. If no place to sit inside than they should have maintained the crowd.
                  4. No proper service, the product also not satisfied. French fries didn't even cooked properly. After yesterday's visit in anand mc donald's i fill yuck for the food the serve.
                  5. Overall rating will be minus, i will not give 0 also. I am shocked to see mc donald's to maintained such a poor service. I have visited twice and the situation is pathetic.

                    Ordered 3 chatpata naam kebab, the attendant ask for single cheese or double cheese, without informing that it is chargeable. After i replied single cheese, i got the bill, i asked to remove the add on cheese, the attendant told that she can not do this for me. Later spoke to the outlet manager, he was also not too much responsive. How can an add on cheese be of 171 rs. Please look into the attachment of the bill provided and revert me back asap.

                        I ordered a meal while i was travelling on the old delhi station in mcdonalds'
                        I was very tried needed a cold drink with ice but what i found was, there was no ice there. And i had no other option but buying that as i was very tried.

                        This experience was very pathetic and unacceptable. If in summers i am not getting the cold drink with ice then please mention it in your advertisement that we cannot provide ice.

                          I ordered 2 mc chicken and a 9 piece chicken nuggets to be home delivered. But the order came after more than 50 mins and by the time i received it, the food was soggy and not hot anymore. The worst part is i live 5 mins away from the store and yet they were late. Reason stating that there was too much traffic. This is just bizarre and absolutely unexpected. Very bad experience.

                            Hello,

                            I visited mcdonald's on 30th march 2018 and ordered 2 hot mocha. The cashier made an error in the order and placed it. I saw the receipt and i told him that he made a mistake and enter wrong details in the order. Then the cashier first placed a refund and then enter the new correct order. I was charged for both the orders and i was expecting a refund for the earlier wrong one.

                            Today its 2nd april 2018 but still no refund but they did charge my card for the correct and wrong order.

                              I ordered cheesy italiano, mc aloo tikki and american cheese supreme meal for take away. Instead of cheesy italiano they gave me mcveggie. As i live 6 kms from the outlet and was too hungry, i didn't go there for replacement. It was my first try for cheesy italiano and this happened. I am very disappointed and angry from this kind of service. You should atleast check atleast once before giving to customer. You owe me an offer now.😠

                                I bought a mcspicy paneer burger few days before and literally was worst at taste and quality.
                                I literally vomited after eating the burger.
                                Also, i am out of town so didn't get time to complain. I went to the mcdonalds in r-mall, thane west, mumbai. Want some justice anyway.

                                    On 17 mar 18 me n my sister's went to mc d south ex2 delhi n we face humiliation from a staff (Photos attached here) n or order as not taken n we were thrown out with no food. He made us wait infront of the counter for half an hour n he kept on serving others whoever comes. So finally i asked to take our order, he replied dis counter is not workin go to the next. We moved to the next, he also told the same thing. So we moved back to him n asked him wats happening, he didn't tell a single word nor the other staffs n be giggled n jst gave a #. So i clicked his pic n i had to move out silently coz the other customers started laughing at us. Is it because we belong to north east india dat he took us for granted but we r all educated doctors n taking off few min jst to meet my sister in delhi i flew from nagpur the same day, how do u feel wen u r treated like dis in a standard place like mc d. This is human rights violation against food n may be communalism even that we r the north easternes dat we r not treated equally even in a restaurant. So please understand how much this behaviour hurt me or any other public coz of these baseless uneducated people u employed in a n authentic place like mc d. It's high time to open eyes, wake up india. Law of constitution, equality.. Take up some steps then only our country wil grow. Shame on u to employ des parasites of d society.

                                      I ordered a veg cheesy italiano, but what i got is just two slices of bread with a cutlet inside it and no cheese and no onions which they show in their menu or display. They gave me in a paper wrap instead of a box. The burger was looking so ugly. I have had cheesy italiano before too but this time it was just unworthy. They are fooling the people.

                                        I stay at borivali west, mumbai and placed an order today through the mcd ios app and because of technical issues (As also accepted by mcd customer care department) the order went to the dahisar store and i got a call saying that they will have to cancle my order and i have to reorder the same at the boriivali branch.
                                        I had paid via paytm and there was an rs. 50 cashback offer (For one time use) that i already availed. Hence i told them i cannot place the order again as i will not get that offer again. I also requested them to understand the situation and just transfer the order which they said is not possible.
                                        They said do a cod now not understanding my explainantion that i will have to pay rs. 50 extra for the same order for no fault of mine.
                                        They keep saying sorry for the inconvenience and kept telling me maam you will get a refund for the previous order which was not at all the concern raised by me.
                                        Ialso want to raise a complaint against one miss priya jadhav who spoke to me. Please note that she had a callous attitude and told me to write a feedback on the website and she said that she cannot answer my query if i will get the paytm offer again. I dont know why is it called customer care and why did the voice mail said press 3 if you want to check your order status and leave a feedback when the lady does not want to hear my feedback anf i have to take the pain to type such a long message
                                        Kindly tellme what is her job then? Is this why they are employed to tell us they do not have information? Is it customer care or customer scare department? Kindly educate your customer care executives with some knowledge or hire some sensible staff who have the manners to address a situation and not increase the pain for a customer. If it was my mistake i undersand.. I spent literally 1 hr in this and skipped my lunch because of such an attitude. You lost an order from one customer today and god knows how many more if this continues.
