Damn upset with the kind of service delivered at mcdonald's bkc on 28th dec'17. I ordered for 2 regular cappuccino and a medium fries. Firstly the order was delivered late and cappuccino is meant to be hot but it was slightly luke warm. The order for small fries was taken inspite of asking for medium fries. I ordered some food off the mcdelivery app and was prompted with "order failed" screen upon successful transaction of cash from payu. I've tried to order again and my order was failed again with amount being debited, total being 806 forcing me to use cash on delivery. I've attached screenshots of the email i've received from payu. I would like a refund as soon as possible for the above 2 failed order transactions....
