I visited hardcastle mcdonalds kalamboli. When i swiped my axis card the transaction failed. The guy asked me for cash as he said the machine was having a problem. But i used my credit card and completed the tranaction.
Now i find that for the failed transaction amount has been deducted twice. That means i have paid thrice the bill. My bill no is t[protected] dt[protected] time about 22:04:35

I had visited the mcdonald's sector 61 noida on october 10.09.2017 and ordered a meal and payment has been made via debit card for rs 207.68 and after some time they have told the ordered meal is not available and they have made me to go for a another order with first being cancelled. They have informed me the payment will be refunded and given me a void sale bill, but till now no payment has been made its been 3.5 month now.

Damn upset with the kind of service delivered at mcdonald's bkc on 28th dec'17. I ordered for 2 regular cappuccino and a medium fries. Firstly the order was delivered late and cappuccino is meant to be hot but it was slightly luke warm. The order for small fries was taken inspite of asking for medium fries. Was amazed to find that the box consist of only broken potatoes sticks & poor quality potatoes. The sitting area was dirty, floor was sticky. I have to inform the staff on urgency of cleaning the floor. Pfa the invoice and images.

Would think twice on visiting the bkc mcdonald premise. Same experience with mcdonanld's hub mall, goregaon east - more than 40 minutes i waited for my parcel on 1st oct.

I had ordered my food from McDonald's, Linking Road, Bandra on 31st of December 2021 through Zomato. The runner delivered the wrong parcel and when I called McDonalds, Bandra and informed them, the guy there told me that he is sending me my food with the right order and no one came with the food. I kept calling and they just would not answer. Me and my family had to stay without food. Is this the way MCdonalds treats customers??? I am really shocked. I need a refund of my money as I paid a huge sum for it. I would never again order from Mcdonalds nor recommend anyone to order from them.

Manager was very rude
She was throwing the receipt when i asked ber to change the order and was very rude in many ways

Manager should not insult their customers infront of other customers its rude and unprofessional.

I found a cockroach at McDonald's jaynagar 4th block. The supervisor dear asks to take something else where v were not feeling like having Wat ever v ordered. Who can eat after seeing something like that. Am I not supposed to be refunded??
