Hi all,

I am weekly customer for mcdonald's. I had happy pocket card. Which has been expired on dec 2017. I had a word with the mcdonald's person, but they did not respond.

I am currently staying in pune, maharashtra, can you suggest me how can i get the happy pocket card. I would really be happy to get response.

Also i have attached my old card with this email.

I've visited mcdonalds dilsuknagar, hyderabad on friday[protected] at 4.46pm and ordered below items

Mckebabchicken burger,
Medium coke and
2 piece chicken wings,

* attached the bill for your reference.

To my surprise, i had something plastic in my mouth when i took the first bite. When i spilled the food out of my mouth i was shocked to see the cheese plastic...

The person who has called me to confirm the order of the choclate chip muffin abused me by saying # on the call. I will file a police complain against as i have call recording and the screenshot of my order. Deliver was never received plus received 15 calls just to confirm the address where in i have ordered more then 10 times with same number.. Highly upset will take strict action.....

I had ordered a veg italiano dish and had confirmed it twice about vegetarian thing. But later found out, i was served a non vegetarian variant of it. It was their fault that they made fault while billing. I'm a pure vegetarian. I need this issue to be solved soon. They employees are just calling me and telling sorry....

Hi,

I have ordered food from McDonald and have received completely burnt food instead.

I think they deliberately put burnt food and to cover it up applied extra coating on it but it is still visible and I feel completely cheated on this matter.

I request to take the action.

I am a regular visitor of mc donalds. I visited mg road gurgaon mc donalds, and ordered the meal with mc spicy paneer,. The agent who seem to be very unprofessional and uneducated and misbehaved, gave me only mc spicy paneer, when i told him that i ordered meal then he said you didn't and said now you have to order again, and i order the meal and again i was charged 221rs+, then i asked for the money (139.66rs) he said money is refund is...

The quality of the food was very bad... I made an order of veg italiano, i had paid for it.. But the quality of the bun was too bad.. It was not at all proper.. And the filling was also bad... The meal was too cold... I dint like the service.. I am a regular customer and from these 2-3 days i m getting all this bad service.. I am very disappointed...

We had online ordered McEgg Burger on 2nd Feb 2018 from Sakinaka, Mumbai store (Order number SAS-DL[protected].
While we were having McEgg burger we found something different (that was not chewable) & after checking we found it was plastic/Rubber coated around the Egg.
After we contact with concern store & they collected the sample for observation & they confirmed it was not...

Hi, i ordered a mc chicken spicy burger today at noida through drive-thru. When i got home and opened my burger, it wasn't a mc chicken spicy burger but a mc chicken burger. And i have been charged for a mc chicken spicy burger. This is very irresponsible of the staff and highly disappointing. I would like a refund for the excess money charged. I visited hardcastle mcdonalds kalamboli. When i swiped my axis card the transaction failed. The guy asked me for cash as he said the machine was having a problem. But i used my credit card and completed the tranaction.

I had visited the mcdonald's sector 61 noida on october 10.09.2017 and ordered a meal and payment has been made via debit card for rs 207.68 and after some time they have told the ordered meal is not available and they have made me to go for a another order with first being cancelled.
