I stay at borivali west, mumbai and placed an order today through the mcd ios app and because of technical issues (As also accepted by mcd customer care department) the order went to the dahisar store and i got a call saying that they will have to cancle my order and i have to reorder the same at the boriivali branch.
I had paid via paytm and there was an rs. 50 cashback offer (For one time use) that i already availed. Hence i told them i cannot place the order again as i will not get that offer again. I also requested them to understand the situation and just transfer the order which they said is not possible.
They said do a cod now not understanding my explainantion that i will have to pay rs. 50 extra for the same order for no fault of mine.
They keep saying sorry for the inconvenience and kept telling me maam you will get a refund for the previous order which was not at all the concern raised by me.
Ialso want to raise a complaint against one miss priya jadhav who spoke to me. Please note that she had a callous attitude and told me to write a feedback on the website and she said that she cannot answer my query if i will get the paytm offer again. I dont know why is it called customer care and why did the voice mail said press 3 if you want to check your order status and leave a feedback when the lady does not want to hear my feedback anf i have to take the pain to type such a long message
Kindly tellme what is her job then? Is this why they are employed to tell us they do not have information? Is it customer care or customer scare department? Kindly educate your customer care executives with some knowledge or hire some sensible staff who have the manners to address a situation and not increase the pain for a customer. If it was my mistake i undersand.. I spent literally 1 hr in this and skipped my lunch because of such an attitude. You lost an order from one customer today and god knows how many more if this continues.

    The money got deducted but due to some error bill and order number was not generated.

      Dear mcdonald team,

      Just to start with you have the worst customer care service available just to put across in word its "pathetic"

      U never respond to any mail sent about any issue, your helpline number is nowhere available and ppl who speak are damn rude. Just to share my issue below lets see how soon this simple issue would be solved

      There was a transaction which was made on 2nd march and you have introduced the socalled mcgold (Which ppl cant use) i tried using the same and made my payment with my debit card and as always at the last stage it said transaction failed and mentioned "please check the card details" but the irony is my amount got debited from my account..
      However i tried again assuming it was my mistake and did the payment again and got the same error and later as i wanted the order i did the payment removing the mcgold thing and the payment was accepted that was interesting.

      However my amount was debited twice and i have received the refund only once i am still waiting for the refund hope to get it soon..

      I made an order, through McDelivery APP, for around Rs 1700.The order got cancelled but amount got debited.Money still not refunded to my account.

        I ordered the one veg maha mc burger in banaswadi store on 4th mar-18. They have billed as veg maha mac and served me non veg maha mac burger. It is totally the team's negligent service. They are not concern about the customer feeling and beliefs.
        I am pure vegetarian and they made me to eat non-veg. I had to visit the store to complaint it.
        Though they have refunded the amount, it is not about the money. It is about the service they are providing and the carelessness.

            Hello,

            I've visited mcdonalds dilsuknagar, hyderabad on friday[protected] at 4.46pm and ordered below items

            Mckebabchicken burger,
            Medium coke and
            2 piece chicken wings,

            * attached the bill for your reference.

            To my surprise, i had something plastic in my mouth when i took the first bite. When i spilled the food out of my mouth i was shocked to see the cheese plastic cover.

            The cheese plastic cover was not removed and it appears it was heated like that only and served to me.

            I went to the counter and showed them the same. Immediately they took it inside and provided me replacement.

            The supervisor or manager came to me and started apologizing continuously. I politely asked them to leave me alone and finished my replacement burger.

            They offered me free fries, refund to which i again politely denied.

            I posted the review the same in zomato on the same night.

            But no response from the management.

            My questions to mcdonald and cosumer forums are

            1) what would have happened if i swallowed that plastic cover?? The plastic would have melted when you microwave it and is this the way you treat your customers?

            2) this could have choked me i would have fell unconscious on the way back.

            3) we hear so many similar incidents about mcdonalds carelessness towards provided quality food to customer.

            Please take strict action against the mcdonalds.

            And

            I would like to know what would they like to say about plastic in food? Do they really care about customers health?

              The person who has called me to confirm the order of the choclate chip muffin abused me by saying # on the call. I will file a police complain against as i have call recording and the screenshot of my order. Deliver was never received plus received 15 calls just to confirm the address where in i have ordered more then 10 times with same number.. Highly upset will take strict action..

                        I am a regular visitor of mc donalds. I visited mg road gurgaon mc donalds, and ordered the meal with mc spicy paneer,. The agent who seem to be very unprofessional and uneducated and misbehaved, gave me only mc spicy paneer, when i told him that i ordered meal then he said you didn't and said now you have to order again, and i order the meal and again i was charged 221rs+, then i asked for the money (139.66rs) he said money is refund is initiated by manager and you will get money in 3-4 months and its very possible you will not get it and now forget the money. I felt very bad this the first time i had the worst agent and the experience.

                        As usually refund is initiated within 7 days. I once again went to mc donalds to have some thing and asked for the refund status to the same agent, he said forget the money now and go to your bank and behaved very rudely. I asked for manger he comes and said it's not our responsibility, go to bank. Really i am very disappointed. I emailed to my bank and they said no refund initiated from mc donalds and contact them to initiate the refund of 139.66rs. Now what to do? Is this the way you treat your customers? And you keep such educated and insane people as an employee?
                        I need my money, back and strict action should be taken against such educated and insane employees.

                          The quality of the food was very bad... I made an order of veg italiano, i had paid for it.. But the quality of the bun was too bad.. It was not at all proper.. And the filling was also bad... The meal was too cold... I dint like the service.. I am a regular customer and from these 2-3 days i m getting all this bad service.. I am very disappointed

                            While we were having McEgg burger we found something different (that was not chewable) & after checking we found it was plastic/Rubber coated around the Egg.

                              We got wrong extra 4 non veg burgers which we haven't ordered and did not got 2 Peri Peri which we ordered. When we called up at the near by store of McDonald's the guy whose name was akhilesh as per true caller at adajan store of surat city was very rude, impolite and misbehaved with us. We wanted an extra burger for which we were ready to pay but he was not concerned for providing a customer service and talked very very rudely with us...we expect some strong actions to be taken

                                Hi, i ordered a mc chicken spicy burger today at noida through drive-thru. When i got home and opened my burger, it wasn't a mc chicken spicy burger but a mc chicken burger. And i have been charged for a mc chicken spicy burger. This is very irresponsible of the staff and highly disappointing. I would like a refund for the excess money charged. I shall email the picture of the bill right away on the required email.

                                  I went into the restaurant with my friend today in the evening. I ordered one aloo tikki burger and one aloo wrap along with other things. I instructed not to put onion in both the items. When I received the order, It had both the items with the chits labelled 'without onion'. I ate the aloo wrap and then I picked up the burger. When I looked into it, there was onion in it. I took it to the counter and expressed my resent. The floor manager looked at it and apologized and offered to change it and I agreed. She then came with a new burger, when I opened it, It also had pieces of onion in it. I showed it to them and called for the store manager. He came up to me, apologized and offered replacement and complementary dessert to me. I refused and asked for complaint book. I wrote down my grievance in the complaint book. Both the managers, the floor manager and the store manager were not wearing their name badge. I was not supposed to eat onion-garlic due to some personal reason. But I think that was broken as the wrap might also had onion in it. It hurt my religious sentiments. This was very negligent behaviour by the staff at McDonald's.

                                    An order for two chicken mcspicy meals (Medium) and one chicken maharaja (Medium) meal was placed with the nearest mcdonalds outlet. The delivery was on time, however the lower buns of both the mcspicy burgers were missing! This negligence in the delivery of "food" from such a big brand comes as shocking and unexpected! Does the quality reduce with quantity? Has the increase in the number of outlets led to a decrease in customer service and quality of food? Such matters no matter how silly they seem, will affect the popularity of the brand.

                                      An order was placed on january 17th in mcdonalds. The order was not placed due to some technical defaults from the company's side but the money was deducted. (Online card payment) and when enquired about it, they had informed that the money would be refunded in 5-7 days. When asked on the 6 th day they said it would take 2 more days and provided me with a reference number. I still haven't received the amount from mcdonalds india. And the solution i had received from them was vague apologies. I am taking it to the consumer court as well since mcdonalds fails to provide me with the money they had taken from me even without providing me a service.
