I learned about the horrific cruelties hens are subjected to due to cages. They are crammed in cages so small that they can’t spread their wings. Because of lack of space, they trample each other. The dirty conditions and extreme confinement cause hens intense stress, resulting in skin diseases. I can’t believe this is where mcdonald’s eggs come from. I’m not lovin it anymore. Mcdonald’s go cage-free for the consumers and the hens.

      I ordered some food off the mcdelivery app and was prompted with "order failed" screen upon successful transaction of cash from payu. I've tried to order again and my order was failed again with amount being debited, total being 806 forcing me to use cash on delivery. I've attached screenshots of the email i've received from payu. I would like a refund as soon as possible for the above 2 failed order transactions.

        10rs worth water bottle is sold at more than 40rs. Even after repeated instructions form the supreme court that selling more than mrp is penalised. They cleverly printed the mrp as 40rs instead of 10rs.

        Kindly look into this issue.

        This is not at all acceptable. Charging more money leads to tax evasion and hurts government revenue. Under section 36 of metrology act this is crime.

          I had purchased a voucher from the Little App for McDonald's for a large McVeggie Meal. I had bought it for Rs. 179 on December 10th, 2017. When I showed it to the cashier at the McDonald's store, she told me that it wasn't redeemable and there was a problem even though she typed the correct items on the system.
          Could you please check through it and give me a reply.

            Dear team,

            I have placed an order worth inr 3555 on dated 01 nov 17 through a mobile app with registered mobile no [protected], though never received any confirmation of the order and payment, had to contact customer care and found that the order stands canceled and the refund would be initiated in next 5 days time.

            Further, i was informed to place the order after 30 mins and the same was done however again after making the payment the order was not confirmed.

            I was debited twice for the value of inr 3555, however, i have received the refund for only one transaction.

            Request to initiate the refund for the 2nd transaction.

                Hi team,

                I feel so bad to actually write complaint about my favorite place.
                I visited mc donalds in cyber hub yesterday and this is the 2nd time in row that quality of food is so poor. I ordered mc spicy chicken burger with fries and coke. Well earlier this burger used to come in a box packing and now you serve it in a common wraping paper seems like a road side burger. For once you try and ignore because they say we have changes the packing. When you open it the size of burger is so small, it does not even taste good. Chicken feels like rubber. Very hard to chew. Totally waste of money and then fries are under cooked as if they are serving in hurry. Let me tell you there were only 2 people at that time who ordered their food. May it is a cost cutting but let me tell you that you have raised the price. Please do not change the image of people favorite place. This is literally disgusting.

                  I bought a mc chicken meal at noida sector 63 outlet.

                  There was a big dead fly in the fries. It was inside the layers of friend and could only be seen after i ate almost half of the fries.

                  Got the refund for only the fries and not the whole meal even after talking to the manager.
                  They did not even provide me with an under taking even after being asked that this shouldn't happen again.

                        I mr. Sunjeet shirodkar residence of calangute had to face a very experience with the dirtyness on table.. When i told two of the staff to kindly clean the table and waited for 20 minutes, but they just neglected and we had to eat there on same dirty table by cleaning the things such as tissue papers and leaking of souces and so on by our self in order to eat there.
                        We did not even here a word of sorry from the manager mr. Maan for his service.. But got his carelessness and arrogant behaviour.
                        If yourll keep such stuff here than we should recommend everyone not to visit this calangute mc donald’s inorder to keep some self respect of customers.
                        Please keep some polite and helpful stuff so that the customers does not need to do self service of cleaning over there.

                        I hope you will take some necessary action against this case..

                          On 14th of nov. At 10.45 hours i had been to the newly opened mcdonald's outlet at cst road vidyanagari kalina mumbai 400098 to pick up 10 aloo tiki burgers. It was a parcel order which was packed in 2 brown paper packets. I did not check the quantity taking the standards of mcdonald's overseas into consideration. But on reaching home found only 9. 1 burger was short. Is this the standard of honesty with mcdonald's. Being a non resident indian i will bring this up with your headquarters to make them aware of the cheating that takes place in india

                          The GST benefits are not being passed on to the customers. When GST was 18% (9+9) the final price of 1 Reg Latte was Rs.142. Now with GST at 5% (2.50+2.50) the final price is still 142. Base price increased. Why? Govt will catch you.

                            I had ordered for 38 burgers, but during the billing time they have billed it for 88 burgers and i have paid for that, and again they billed for 38 burger and asked me to pay, i payed for it also, when i had a word with the store they said it will be reimbersed within 2-3 business days, and the store was closed for a month, after that they asked me to come after 2 days, after a week and so on.. But its been almost two and a half months now still i have not received the amount.

                            So please look into this and help me further to get the amount which was deducted of rs. 3432/- to be refunded.

                            I have placed the order from jayanagar 9th block central mall branch store and they have taken back the invoice so please check and help me further.

                            Now the store team is informing that they have missed the invoice. So please check and help me further.

                              I had order parcel for happy meal with american cheese pure veg and paneer wrap you can find in attached bill copy which i have attached herewith but your staff given me american chicken burger my son *8 years old) was eaten a bite and he told me i don't like the test then i had checked and it's found chicken burger immediately i rush to your outlet and meet mr. Nilesh gamit and told him to give me in written that your staff had made a mistake so, he said i have no authority to write then he had asked to his superior mr. Prabhu but he also not given proper response then i called him and i requested to him to meet at his convenient time and place so, he denied and said tomorrow i am on leave so i said no problem when ever you find day after tomorrow i waited for his call 3 days gone but nobody contacted me and on phone he said you can complaint on email i have no problem, is this your company's brand name doing business?

                              Just can you imagine if it happened to any jain family what was the scene happened at your outlet? Or if some people make a scene at your outlet at that time what happened?

                                Hi. I visited mcdonalds at vr mall bangalore today 3rd nov 2017 at 7:10 and order completed at 7:15 pm of 682 rs as take away. Although there were very few customers, the guy who was serving was not at all interesting in getting my order done. I waited for 20 mins and when i checked he told me that order was ready n he is waiting for carry bag. Even when carry bag was there they ate not preparing my wrap even after 30 mins n delivering others order. When i asked for refund he was laughing at me and just casually said sorry
                                I called the manager n took the refund and left. The delivery staff was still laughing. Really sad to see that mcdonalds employees indulge in racial behaviour as i am from northeast india.

                                McDonalds at VR Mall are consistent with their racist behavior. After McDonalds commented above, I thought the issue was resolved so I visited again(13th November 2017). And they again did the same with me. They took 25 mins to deliver my order which was incomplete. I completed my order at 19:49 pm (order no 234) and waited patiently in front of their counter (You can check your CC TV). As there was no rush, so they were successful in completing order 245 but only my order was not prepared. After 25 mins, they delivered my order at 8:15 pm with piri piri spice and two large fires missing. When I asked for the Manager Ravi, they said he denied to come out. So I asked them to write the delivery time and sign there . They delivered my complete order by 8:22pm (nearly 32 mins after order was generated).

                                I have lived in Bangalore for past 7 years but never faced such issue in any other McDonalds store. Being an International brand, I request McDonalds to take action again Manager Ravi, and Joseph for such behavior both the time.

                                If the store owner or McDonalds want to continue such racist behavior, please can let our customer know.
                                On oct 31 2017 i used my debit card in mcdonalds rajivgandhi airport hyderabad bill no 137 but card is declined and they used two times it shows declined and i paid by cash but amount debited from mya ccount two times . please refund my money . my mail id [protected]@gmail.com

                                McDonalds at VR Mall are consistent with their racist behavior. After McDonalds commented above, I thought the issue was resolved so I visited again(13th November 2017). And they again did the same with me. They took 25 mins to deliver my order which was incomplete. I completed my order at 19:49 pm (order no 234) and waited patiently in front of their counter (You can check your CC TV). As there was no rush, so they were successful in completing order 245 but only my order was not prepared. After 25 mins, they delivered my order at 8:15 pm with piri piri spice and two large fires missing. When I asked for the Manager Ravi, they said he denied to come out. So I asked them to write the delivery time and sign there . They delivered my complete order by 8:22pm (nearly 32 mins after order was generated).

                                I have lived in Bangalore for past 7 years but never faced such issue in any other McDonalds store. Being an International brand, I request McDonalds to take action again Manager Ravi, and Joseph for such behavior both the time.

                                I have attached the screenshot of my order today (13th November 2017)

                                If the store owner or McDonalds want to continue such racist behavior, please can let our customer know.

                                  I ordered in mc donalds as i was hungry around 11:40 am. The app showed that my order has been dispatched at 12:10pm. The store called me and updated that order has been dispatched. Again at 12.40 pm, i got a call saying one of the product is not ready and hence order would get delayed by 20 minutes more.
                                  Again i raised a customer care and asked to cancel my order. But i didnot get any response. I have been waiting for the past 70 minutes but still i donot have any update on my order.
                                  This made me really upset and i wish my issue would be resolved as such kind is not expected from mc donalds

                                    Yesterday dtd 29/10/2017 evening 10.30 p. M. I visit ur lp savani road branch surat and order italian mocha with aloo tikki burger and french fries. My bill no. Was 335. I have seen ur mocha maker chefs was not using hand gloves to pick any thing and use direct his hand to pick every thing and made everything openly without any hygiene or proper care so why we need to pay higher amount when we received this category food from international brand. Pl. Suggest what to do. U can check ur camera.

                                    Very poor service of mcdonalds sector 35c Chandigarh...I ordered 6 mcspicy paneer it was tasteless nd was seriously bad smelling...I literally threw those all...even it was nt packed in propoer mcdonalds packing...m very much disappointed nd request to act accordingly...it was too bad

                                      I'm writing from motera, ahmedabad, gujarat!
                                      I placed an order for mcpuff, mcaloo tikki and peri-peri french fries!
                                      Mcpuff wasn't consumed by me so i can't comment on that
                                      But being a regular customer at mcdonald's the mcaloo tikki was super dry i didn't appreciate it and moved for my french fries, i'm a fan of them but they turned out to be horrible
                                      It seemed so processed that didn't give a feel of a good food quality
                                      Felt like i was acting something filled with mere air and no potato! So empty and so he'll chewy my gums started aching
                                      Sorry but i am fan for mcdonald's french fries but this was really disappointing
                                      Last time as well i ordered for the same peri peri fries, they provided me with everything except for the peri peri shaking bag itself

                                      Hope you take it in consideration and upgrade the food standard as well the service of the motera store

                                      Also having so many outlets in ahmedabad you have no option of ahmedabad in your checklist to select the city?

                                        Today i visit mcd in thakur village kandiwali, i ordered chocolate milkshake the staff member received my order bt even if she didn't had any work to do still she was gossiping with other customers who were her friends and she then serve my order after 20 minutes then instead of disclosing my order number she kept my order on her kitchen table nd went again to gossips then when i ask about my order she ignore like we should only give attention to our order... This is not fair...
