Today i was at mc donals take away booth around 11:10 a. M. With my wife to take some food (Burgers) but there is no staff to attend us and to take order we were waiting outside 8-10minutes.
I also blow my car's horn staff saw us from inside the window but they gave no response at last we left.
Therefore i request you please train your staff properly. Is this is the culture of mc donals and its service?

The whole food court was empty only macdonald's counter had a long queue waiting time 10-20min. The reason only one billing counter working... And the person on the billing counter was also slow. We then went to the top floor to have our food. Surprise to see, some customers started making noise and playing games with your glasses. I order around 25 mc aloo tikki meal on 12th aug 2017 it was daughter's bday who turned 5 years. Invited kids were also of the same age. I specially made this point during ordering that cold drink to be made without ice. But it was served full of ice because of which many kids fell ill had bad throat.

The delivery boy came to deliver yet again without change despite knowing the order required change. This has happened unpeeth amount of times and now i think your delivery boys are taking customers for granted. My name is minu mariya pauly. I had ordered a big spicy chicken meal from mcdonald's near thane railway station. I paid the bill amount of ₹298 using my visa card but the payment didn't go through because of some referral issue. I then paid the bill in cash. Almost an hour later i got a message saying that the bill amount was deducted from my account. So now i've paid the bill twice. This is the first time something like this has happened...

Today at morning i went to mcdonald's (Andheri, mumbai), there i ordered an hash brown and pan cakes. When i was having hash brown i found a dead insect inside it. Mcdonald's staff was not at all cooperative, at first they threw it when i started to argue they took it seriously. It looks so disturbing to find a global chain like mcdonald's don't take people's health and hygiene seriously...

I was charged twice for one order. I was told by the employees that i will get the refund in my account soon but till now there hasn't been any credit in my account. So look into this issue asap and refund me the extra amount deducted.

This is in regards to the bill amount charged at the lokhandwala andheri west branch.
It's very clearly displayed on the screen that the prices are inclusive of gst taxes... Then also when you receive the bill 18 % gst is charged extra on the total amount... Kindly explain... As the management of the restaurant didn't have any answer.

Today i had visited mcdonald's goregaon east near the station.. V ordered for one milkshake and hot fudge ice cream (V eat it just for the fudge) we asked them to put less ice in the shake insipte of that i got a shake with tons of ice in it and hot fudge with just 2 drops of fudge. Employees here are really rude and misbehaving.. The burgers made here are too dry and chicken used is stale.....

At McDonalds near ansal royal Sushant city ajmer road on NH-8 we ordered burger meal suddenly a staff member started misbehaving with us when we asked about the broken window and later on he started abusing us then we captured the snap of that window with that staff member plz take a legal action otherwise we are filing a case at consumer court I am attached the snap which I taken of that staff member so hopefully u take the action otherwise...

The size of the small walnut brownie ordered was so small it literally made me question where we were headed with the standards that MacDonald's sets
If the menu says u r serving us a walnut brownie swirl there should be a visible piece of brownie please do not make a mockery of customers by selling anything just because people trust the brand and are willing to pay whatever is displayed...
