The size of the small walnut brownie ordered was so small it literally made me question where we were headed with the standards that MacDonald's sets
If the menu says u r serving us a walnut brownie swirl there should be a visible piece of brownie please do not make a mockery of customers by selling anything just because people trust the brand and are willing to pay whatever is displayed

I bought veg junior Mac Maharaja burger from Central mall branch, bellandur, Bangalore - 560103 but when I started eating at home the tikki inside was non veg...I throwed all my order. Waste of money...I order veg how can they give me non veg. . Very disappointed and would never eat from McDonald's again...I was my favorite but now o won't eat.

      Sir,
      I was on my way to delhi. I have purchased sharing pack of 2 and cold coffee (Bill attached) at mc donald on nh58. I want to register complain they have not provided 2 mc pizza puff. The manager was not even accepting the store mistake. The manager was not friendly and not registering my complain. I even requested manager to cross check at cctv footage but he ignored. I am not greedy for small extra items. I am very unfortunate and shocked for such behavior. I request you to log a complain against manager for misbehavior.

        It was 5th june.2017 time 20:00 pm appx.
        I have entered into mac donald's located in 3rd floor, great india place, sector - 38 a. Noida - 201301, noida, uttar pradesh 201301. I have given a certain listed order but due to miss communication from your employee, he entered the extra burgers into it and make bill of inr 580. So, then your head of that branch will suggest me to do another card swipe with new order and you have refund your money back after 5-7 days. After his assurance i did it same but today is 26th june 2017 and currently i have not refunded any money from their side

          Bangalore mcdonald's in koramangala next to empire -
          Breakfast not served till 10.00 am. As per the information board they serve it from 9 to 11 but it's an hour past 9 and the cleaning is still going on. When asked how long it would take... They say 20 mins and have dragged us till 10.00 am

          This seems like a regular problem where they never start their restaurant on time. Either change the board or take action on it

            I am simran kaur from ahmedabad (Gujarat)... I ordered mc spicy chicken for home delivery from my nearest store i. E., near panchvati on 21st may and the chicken in burger was raw for the first time and that spoiled my whole mood for my favotite food, i had bad experience for my favourite mcd food for the first time.. I hope you take step against this issue. Waiting for a positive reply. Thank you...!!!

              Hi my name is jaykishan. I'm from vadodara (Gujarat) india. I'm a daily customer of mcdonald's. I love mcdonald's. But now i'm going to the store and order for the desert or food so manager says not available. This is the main branch of the vadodara and it's located at o. P road. It's about 1 month ago. Now manager says machine is not working. I understand it but it's 1 month time so he didn't repair it. Food it's not tasteful right now. There are many counters but still only 1 is working. All day there is long line so our time is waste. Service is very bad and food also. This is my 1st complain for the mcdonald's. I feel very bad for mcdonald's. Please mcdonald's work on my complaint. Thankyou...

              It's third time McDonald is not providing bill to the customer. I visited McDonald banaswadi and RT nagar Bangalore on 5/6/2017. At both places bill paper was not there. Don't know the logic behind not giving bill to any customer. When I asked multiple times they were objecting to give the same.

                I was being insulted by your employe. When i asked her how to use the peeripeeri spice mixture she said are you coming for the first time. Is it the way you respond to the customer instead of telling them. The name of the employee is lakshmi how's working in your mcdonald's marimala nagar branch tamilnadu. She is studying m. Tech in srm university. I don't want this kind of insults to me and she told this in front of my friends and they laughed at me. Is this the way you treat your customers. What kind of service your providing and why do you charge service tax. Is it to insult the customer in front of everyone.

                Hi I placed a delivery order on 02/06/2017 with a bill amount of Rs 402 through my debit card(ICICI).
                The amount got deducted but the order was not successful.
                I placed the order again and paid by cash.
                When will my money be refunded?

                  My name is vinu iyer a regular customer of your firm. I ordered a large chicken wrap yesterday night which delivered the worst wrap i ever had in my entire life, which had lead me to suffer from food poison. I didn't feel like it was fresh, so that I ordered (CHD[protected] and CHD[protected] an another wrap in next five minutes. The second one also was the same Anyhow i payed 500 rupees for nothing . I[censored] don't wanna give fresh food to online customers then why an app like this ?. Whatever my doctor told me that the physical problem what I am facing now it's because of the stupid dinner you served me last night. For your information I'm going to file a suit with the medical report against your company or store whatever it is...

                    Subject - Security footage at McDonald's outlet in Manisquare mall, Kolkata

                    I had visited the McDonald's outlet in Mani Square Kolkata on 28/05/2017 between 5:50 pm to 6:50pm.

                    At 6:55 pm I left the outlet but I may have left a shopping bag at one of the tables. When I realised the same, I immediately went back to the outlet only to find that there was no shopping bag at that place.

                    I contacted the store manager requesting him to please check the lost and found section. At first he denied to do so saying that it was rush hour. But then I repeatedly said that the bag contains garments worth Rs 5, 500. So he went inside the room . Came out in 2 minutes and said that there is no such baggage here. Then my colleague requested to check the CCTV footage, to which they said they cannot show us the footage. But on repeated requests they said that they will check and let us know. Again they went to the same room and came out in like 1 minute and said that their CCTV does not cover the table we were sitting on and then they said that u should take care of your belongings. I accept my fault here.
                    All I want to know is where did the shopping bag go.
                    I am a loyal customer of McDonald's, and that is like my go to place everytime I go to a mall.
                    Please assist me in someway. And let me solve the riddle that if there is a CCTV survelliance how is it possible that it CANNOT COVER A TABLE WHICH IS A PART OF THE RESTAURANT.

                      In Mumbai the city name ville parle near local station around 10 pm I went mcd to eat dinner. I order mc spicy burger and I waited for 15 min then They serve me raw chicken when I order mc spicy..after complaining they told
                      Me it happen sometime and refund the only thing they did. I will definitely file case in consumer court. Please help me getting justice against this unorganized big organization.

                        Hello,
                        I had ordered my menu online at your site. My orders where placed in 4 items. I wanted to order an0ther item of Happy meal which not accepted as system stated that the order is already placed in store, which was not understood by me.
                        When I received the parcel. There was another blunder, where there was no burger bun on one side.
                        When any one goes to Mcdonalds, one finds fillet o fish burger. But when you try to put order online the same burger gets disappeared.
                        Can any body explain me this blunders and complications in delivery site?

                          This is the complaint regarding an order no. (Mentioned above) & a copy of bill is also attached along with this email. This order has taken 2 hours 15 minutes to get delivered. We have called 3 times to the customer care and every time we have been informed that your order is in transit. According to our first complaint, if the order was in transit, does it takes one & a half hour transit time to cover a distance of 2.5 km only??

                          When we called & complaint the 3rd time, your executive again started giving silly excuses. When we asked him to connect to the manager or somebody senior, he kept us on hold for 10 minutes & then disconnected the call. Three times we were given an assurance that you will be called by the rajendra place new delhi outlet and will be given the current status but nobody called up.

                          Finally we got the order delivered, which was all cold, soggy & incomplete as well. - 1 burger & 1 mc puff was missing in the order. Two mcflurrys were all melted.

                          Now the point is, what do you think, customers are fools, sitting & waiting for 2 hours 15 minutes, calling your customer care again & again and getting fake & false commitments? And on the top, your executive, better to be addressed as a shameless loser, kept us waiting for 10 minutes & then disconnected the call when asked to connect to his senior.

                          Are you operating a road side dhaba or it’s a multi-national chain? Shame on you all.

                          Even a road side dhaba would have delivered in half an hour. Mcdonalds is not even worth that. You are not even at a level to be compared with a road side vendor. This is what you have proved yourself.

                          There are no sorry, no apologies, no compensations from your side. Why don’t you people write on your tshirts this punch line “ we are shameless & useless, still going good “

                            I ordered one mcveggie happy meal with coke with cheese, addon were 2 mcveggie and 2 mcpuff.
                            I ordered @ 8:20 pm. My order for 2 mc puff still not delieverd.
                            While placing oder i was told i will 2 mc veggie in mc veggie happy meal, which i asked to add cheese. So, only 2 burgers with cheese n one w/o was orderd with one coke. My mc puff n one burger goes missing. No food item was delievered for past one and half hour.
                            The rider misbehaved and was rude. The person from the store misbehaved. And i got a call from gurgaon ofc.

                            Highly disappointed. Very unprofessional and rude. I m not responsible for this diligence of duty on your staff part. I have ordered many times. Perhaps this time it was bizzare! Disaster!

                              The order was placed at McDonalds Amanora part Town Pune store. I order was made at 8:55; we received a call at 9:30 stating that the order would be late. The delivery boy came and we asked for the term and conditions regarding the delivery stipulated time which is 30 mins, I asked for the remedy he was like - " humne aapko inform kiya tha", I asked him to call his manager, manager was like "Haan bolo" there was no courtesy from his side and on the other hand he said- "order waapis bhej do". Such kind of service is not expected. I'm highly disappointed.

                                I had ordered a meal at their outlet on 02/05/2017 at 18:29:52 making payment via debit card. They made the ordered void because it was not available and told that the refund will be transferred in my bank account. My account was credited with the order amount on 03/05/2017 at 08:05:28. But it again got debited by the same amount on 06/05/2017 at 12:59:35 by the company. After that I had not received the refund back.

                                  I went to the gopalan arcade mall rajarajeshwari nagar outlet of mcd on mysore road. I was accompanied by 3 kids, and 3 adults. We ordered 7 aloo meals. After waiting for a good 15 to 20 minutes the food was ready. Date 30th april 2017, order 128.

                                  The kids were too excited about the burger and immediately pounced on food. We were half way through with the burger when we found a fly in the fries. Fries being in an open box we could see the fly there. God knows how many would have been there in the burger we had. It was so disappointing that we stopped eating there and went to the manager who was very casual with the response. Didn't even bother to apologize for the mistake. On being asked for it, he somehow agreed to write it down on the bill.

                                  Cleanliness and hygiene is a basic expectation from any restaurant especially a brand like mcd and for a type of food which kids eat the most.

                                    Executive didn't hav any other mode of payment options available win him its a shameful job dey were doin even il use the word cheap my concern is if suppose we dont hav cash den wat dey cant take the thru cards or sumthing as i hav ordered it via phone call n at last dey said we dont hav any other option... I am very much disappointed with der bulllshit job dey were doin excellent...

                                      I ordered 1 chicken kebab wrap n chicken kebab burger meal sharing pack for 2 today on 28th of April 2017, at 6.32 online The amount of rs.495 is deducted from my bank account but my order is not been placed.
                                      Kindly return my money back as soon as possible in my bank account. And henceforth I will not order because my trust on mcdelivery is been breaked

                                        I ordered online and then paid through debit card the bill was of rs544 and then the amount was deducted from my account. After that i didn't got the order number half hour passed then tried to call on 66000666 but i showed the number you are trying to reach is temporarily disconnected. I called from another number and then they said that cant give u the order delivered now place the order again and pay again for the same order spoke to pratik and then again i spoke to suhas he sai within 10days money will be refunded i spoke to him i ask him to deliver the order i don't need cash but they dint helped out so now there's no order and even cash is gone
