The menu board reads all prices inclusive of taxes. Pay the price you see but the company charges cgst and sgst separately in the bill.
The bill and the display board read two different prices which most people do not read either the company should remove the tag inclusive or else not take cgst and sgst separately.in both the cases it becomes difficult for the consumers to understand exactly how much we are being charged for food.

I ordered these two products in drive through in nearby outlet, sama savli road, vadodara - n as usual quantity of sauces were insufficient as compared to dine in burgers.. This is not for the first time... Initially v ve ordered mc aloo tikkis... But same story... Whichever burger u order this is the same story... Too disappointed.. This is not done. Pls do something about this...

The worst experience from mc donald... The manager here is worst at customer service... Was not ready to change the order... The answer was since it is customer's mistake we cannot change the order and if it would have been our mistake then we would change the order... This is all done for the stars... Worst customer service... Where he is not ready to lose a star for the customer... By the way the stars are given for best customer service right???

I had ordered a medium american cheese veg meal and one med italiano veg meal on 08 october, 20417. Firsly i only got the bun for one of the burgers without the patty in it. I had to go again and get the patty. That burger was for my girlfriend who is a vegetarian and i was given a non veg patty. After eating two bites we realized its a non veg burger. Can u imagine the impact if a person who is a vegetarian by birth had eaten that. Later they refunded me half the amount of the total bill which i didn't asked for. A very dissatisfied customer.

Today we visited to your mc d (Thakur cinema mall outlet) invoice number : [protected].
We order our food at 14:41:17 as per your system invoice time. We received our order at 15:12: 00 as per my mobile time.
1. There was only one crew member who was serving food and one staff who was taking order. (Even though i found some of your staff were available in your pantry doing nothing.
As i asked one your one of your staff for delay reason he try to explain me it was not there mistake for delay service as your online server is running almost 20 min. Behind with at actual time.
2. At your serving counter i found humidity was high. With compare to seating part of your restaurant.

On 13th october, at 12.50 pm i had placed an order for mcdonalds online delivery in paldi, ahmedabad, gujarat. I decided to pay with my debit card. After the payment formalities were done and i pressed pay, the page got automatically refreshed. I received a mail from [protected]@payu.in that my transaction was a success but no mail arrived from mcdonalds acknowledging the payment or their receipt of my order. Basically, no order was placed. Thus i don't know which branch of mcdonalds to call up and enquire because my order usually is received by the ones that are relatively free and closer to paldi, ahmedabad. I am a student of national institute of design, ahmedabad. And i have attached the mail from the payment gateway and also the redirected page of mcdonalds online order. My name is shreya chatterjee. Hi i visited mcdonald's at phoenix mills lower parel mumbai on 7th october around 2pm with my family. We had ordered a burger and to a surprise we found a dead insect in the burger.in complaining to the manager all he said was sorry we will look into the same. They have not bothered to revert back and took the matter very lightly taking customer for granted. Request to take strict action against them. There are so many children who visit this place it's a big threat to them.

On 12th september i ordered from mcdonald’s but i had to cancel the order for adding another burger, i called up the store they canceled the first order and said i will get refund in 7-12 working days. Today its almost a month. I tried calling the customer care number but after ringing 3 times the call gets disconnected, this is happening from last 4 days. The amount got deducted was 292 ₹

The mcdonald's bhatinda serves veg burgers without any traces of veggies in them. Twice i have been there and ordered different types of veg burgers but never did any burger contain any kind of vegetable stuffing like onions, tomatoes, lettuce etc. I have had such burgers many times at various metropolitan cities of india like delhi, pune, mumbai etc. And they were very well stuffed with veggies. It seems mcdonald's bhatinda is cheating its customers providing such filthy quality of burgers which do not contain fresh tikkis as well and that too while charging the customers heavily

This is with regard to food that i had oredered from mac donald's which is located at deen dayal mall gwalior. I had ordered 5 mac veggie and one mac chicken. Every burger was not to the point as non of it was adequately filled. There was no veggies (Tomatoes/ onions) in either of the burgers as it was supposed to be. This was the second time when non of vegetables can be found in this burger.
Kindly look to the matter as it is degrading the quality of mac donald's burgers.

We had ordered mcaloo tikki on 5.10.17 for our office event. While eating my colleague found alive warm in mcaloo tikki this is very disgusting and terrible that we getting very bad quality. That warm could have resulted in stomach ache or food poisoning.. I fail to understand after taking so much money for food they are providing very unhygienic food... We had placed order from. Pune camp restaurant.... Now i dnt think so we will ever go...

Payment was debeted from our account to mcdonalds india and later they stated that the order has not been placed we will send a refund only when you give us a call in order to inquire the order status and confirmation.
I dont understand if these guys are just willing to eat the consumers money or something.
When we called the customer care and asked for a supervisor the executive hung up the telephone line stating we cannot assist on this.

I went to mcd, mahagun mall, vaishali on 10.9.17. I had placed an order and made a payment of rs 298.54 via my debit card. But since, the order was placed wrongly, that order was marked as void and the staff informed me that you place another order and this payment will be reversed soon.
Its been 16 days and i have not received any refund.
The transaction ids are vps/mcdonald s /[protected]/0 and vps/mcdonald s /[protected]/0. Please process my refund asap

Worst service in any of the mc donalds i have ever visited. They are not replying well to customer. Even they are providing false information or they don’t have proper information about there store itself. We asked for a chocolate softiee and they told as that chocklate is not available in cone, it is only available in cup and after that they gave chocklate cone to the very next customer. Every customer is paying the same money then everyone should be treated in same manner. Earlier the machine which delivers softiee was not working. They didn’t paid attention to the customers points and it took around a week to repair it. Please look into this matter and do accordingly. Thank you

The mc maharaja burger (Veg) made by 'chintalkunta' branch, hyderabad is the worst burger i ever had, today was my worst experience. The packs which are used in the burger are tasted out of date. The burgers the are making are almost cold and the packs are soo much dried. I think the packs inside the burger are out of date. Please make sure not to ruin our health as we are paying more than your making expenses.
And also i observed that the employees in this branch are some what slow and in hygenic

I place my order of Mexican aloo tikki meal carrying no.203.other staff make this meal ready in less than 5 min. I know cause I been coming here for 4-5 months. So I was shocked to see this short little guy(didn't caught his name) preparing orders who came after me.( I think he recognize those customers) he prepare order of 6 Mexican aloo meals for 10 min. And later my single order.I didn't complain then cause I chose to dine in cause I got to catch seat before lovebirds block them by leaving their belongings.after having my meal I approach for manager but ended up with team leader cause theres NO MANAGER PRESENT. and this team leader listen my complain in English but kept talking in Hindi.he did not take appropriate action. Kept saying sorry sir. So I had to place my issue here.McDonald's should look into this matter otherwise you lose me to burger king.get back at me at vijay.[protected]@gmail.com.

I had ordered from mcdonald's for delivery around 7.30 they gave me the parcel. Which was short of 2 peri peri french fries. The delivery boy had informed me that fries will be delivered soon in 10-15 min. It has 2 hours since.. The fries haven't been delivered yet.. It's 9.33 right now. As i called the store which is mcd ashram road they informed me that parcel is on the way since last hour.

Paneer wrap was tasting worst..French fries was served cold..paneer wrap already has cheese in it then why did your people charged 25 bugs extra for it..I had taken parcel or else I would have taken action..Overall bad service & taste..The branch was at Pune express highway..I have been eating here since 20yrs.. mixberry and strawberry shake was too watery..
I had ordered Maharaja combo & paneer wrap combo..it was worst worst worst..my life most worst experience..

I found very bad and rotten type food quality being served to us at the Mc Donalds outlet at Sama Road Branch, Vadodara, Gujarat - INDIA

The kitchen we inspected was even worst than expected... all green watery garbage on the floor and the sinks overflown... totally disgusting... what we get in return from the staff was consoling assurance here after and apologies from the managing staff...

Instead playing with health of peoples and putting the garbage rotten stuff purposely in our food, the staff must had denied us for not having the good stuff...

Very much upset with this episode... Expecting reply from the concerned authorities for playing with the health of people’s ...

I visited store and got my parcel through drive-through... There i interected with mr. Rohit bariya who was there at windaw.. I ordered
1 aloo tikki
1 pizza puff
2 large fries
2 peri peri spice mix
And i was billed for rs. 309.00.. I paid rs. 500 then mr. Rohit asked for another 50 rs as change and he returned me rs. 160 where he has to return me rs. 241 when i asked for rest he abused me then i called manager who introduce himself as azaz shaikh.. He gave me rest amount but that rohit did cheating with me.. Pls take strong action against him. My invoice no. Is [protected]

He entered wrong crew id too as on my bill it shows the name of nidhi limbachiya where person was mr. Rohit bariya you can go throuth cctv also.
