Today I ordered meal over the phone and I had 3 concern while doing so.
First I asked guy to ask delivery boy to get 2000 change which was not taken care.
Second I was not able to apply promo code which he helped me to do and me happy that he helped me for that.
Third thing I asked to convert regular coke into ice tea.
When order came first he got no change so I had to struggle a lot for it.
Then when I openEd to eat my meal I found to hey hv not sent ice tea. I called mc delivery number complained abt it they said they will replace it but at that time I made very clear that I dnt have microwave and I can't have cold burger or fries so they asoured me that they will replace entire order and also told me that I will get call frm store. I waited like 20 mins as per instructions and called again gave my complain no cpn232046 he said he will replace ice tea then I explain that while taking complain customer care excutuve assured me for new order replacemention and now ur saying just a ice tea.. after a 3 3 4 min hold he assured that ok everything will get replaced and assured a call frm store within 5 mins. Again I waited 10 mins and I myself called store... one guy pick up my call I gave my complain number and explain entire thing again he asked me to wait and the hand over to other person then that person said ya v r replacing ur coke to ice tea I said it was supposed to get entire order replaced he then handover to third person who's name was siddhrath and he started giving me excuse that he got wrong instructions frm mc delivery guy and wen I raised my voice he said he will replace it. Then guy come only with ice tea I again called store again asked for siddhrath who took time to come on call not even apologied once and asked me to wait so after 1 hour of struggle I go my order. I was suppose to eat my medicine after my meal which got delayed frm ur end.
Pathetic service me not happy at all.

    I have ordered online for 2 Alu tikki wraps and a Alu tikki Burger. I paid by card 188 rs called up the call center to ask abt the delivery they said that the order is not placed and the money has been deducted from my account they said that u will get Ur money back aft 7 to 10 days it's not our fault they say and that was the last money I had and I asked them to place the order they just denied so I said I would be hunger for this afternoon as that was the only money I had they said that's not our problem WHAT they just denied what should I do I will post this I all social media and the whole world will know how u guys deal with customers I was a fan of McDonald's but u guy with Ur pathetic service has changed my mind and I am going to tell this to everyone.

      I had ordered food worth rs.1380 on 11 dec 2016 through your mcdelivery app, where in the order wasn't confirmed but the amount was deducted from my account (Online payment using debit card) phone number xxxxx4384. I wonder how is this even possible, i spoke to the customer care[protected] with a person named sharukh and been told that my amount will be refunded in two days time where as i have not received any notice about anything yet.

        I had ordered a drink in kandiwali east Thakur village branch. I was to busy to notice the taste of the drink but when I noticed there was a taste of plastic in it. I went to the counter to talk to them about it but the manager itself was rude enough saying we had served it to many of them but there wasn't any complaint regarding this, i was like u haven't served them in the same glass which i was served in. I request you to take necessary action against them.

          On December 10 at 19:36 I have been to McDonald's for evening snacks for my family. I usually prefer online payment from card not because of cash crunch of these days, I swiped my card in drive in order and payment. Very soon on swipe of card and password, payment of Rs 181 deducted from my account but they insisted that it is declined. And said will be returned to me in 2 days. I know they are interested in cash payment now a days. It's more than 3 days, nothing returned to my account even I had to cancel the order because I didn't had the cash. I am going to sue them. I have all the proofs with me. It is mcd in Noida sector 142 advant tower

          Complain not solved by McD but instead my saving account bank ICICI. Thanks to ICICI. However, McD people still doing the practice to get cash inflow by making excuse that card machine not working. This type of practice should be stopped when we are heading towards cashless transactions

              This is a complaint about twice money deduction in McDonalds. Yesterday(11 Dec 2016) I visited McDonalds at Andheri west Mmubai. I Placed order of bill was Rs.421. I give my master card(534680******3852) of axis bank to my bill. The person at bill counter told me that there is some server issue and able to connect properly and after waiting for some time he comfirms me about the payment recieved and gives me bill of Rs.421. But the amount deducted form my account twice for the same. Now I am expecting that they should take a proper action towards it.

                I paid a bill amount of Rs. 384.76 through my AXIS debit card

                First time money got deducted but due to some error bill was not generated.
                They asked me to enter the PIN again for the transaction and it was successful, I got the receipt. I got a message on my phone too.

                Later, I got a message at 1:19 pm saying Rs 384.76 has been deducted again. I checked both the messages when i came back home later.
                I tried to register a complaint on their site, but their complaint site has no option to select Bangalore city, because it has only North & East Indian complaint service department, I guess.

                  I asked for a sharing pack of meal for two :-it includes two burgers two cokes, a french fries and two ice creams for 234/-rs
                  The order taker without acknowleding the customer that the coke vending machine is temporarily out of service they converted it to two choclate shakes adding rs 98 in the bill. Even if the customer dont want to drink shake they mis guide and mis lead and chage extra spoiling the mood of the customer. There were more other customer complaing about the same thing at mcdonalds branch of adajan pal area, surat.
                  They donot deliver the order completly and make the customer wait more and leave the premises without consuming the food for which they have already paid. They have a new section of mc cafe for shakes and beverages.                     Mac D 27/11/2016 ahmedabad ashram road outlet around 12:45 pm takeaway order.
                    Some problem was faced by personnel by my debit card during payment. Hence my payment was done using my friend's debit card.
                    After a while when I reached home found out that Money is deducted from both account I.e. my friend's account as well as my account. Please do the needful.

                        I ordered 1 mc aloo tikki burger and 2 masala grilled chicken burgers. Instead of that i received 1 mc aloo tikki and 2 chicken mcgrill burgers. I complained on the phone that i ordered masala grilled chicken not chicken mcgrill, and i called them several times but they said that they have listened to the recording and i said chicken mcgrill which is absolutely incorrect. I requested them to send me a copy of the recording which they refused to and i paid money for an item that i never ordered. I had the worst ordering experience ever. Please take strict actions against Mc donalds Saket branch in the community centre and get me justice.

                          On 16th November 2016, Wednesday at 10:30pm,
                          My children had a Softy McSwirl ₹27 at MacDonalds Dadar (W.).
                          Near Shivsena Bhavan, Shivaji Park, Mumbai.
                          Due to demonetization effect,
                          I had last bill of ₹100 denomination with me.
                          The counter boy, Vikas Gawade blamed me that my note was counterfeit.
                          I was surprised and argued with this guy and asked him to come with me to the Shivaji Park Police Station which is few feet away, to prove his statement.
                          He started abusing me and told me that he is calling his Senior.
                          Another staff named Neeraj Yadav intervened and handled the situation.
                          I asked the first guy that I will post this on Social Media and he shamelessly gave me a pose to click.
                          I am attaching his Photo and also the image of that ₹100 bill.

                          In Soft Serve Brownie ice cream. The executive put very less choclate. After a lot of discussion, he has refused to provide choclate in the cup. His behavior is also not good at all. The restaurant details is Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. Infact the supervisor of the restaurant behavior is not good. No courtesy to the customer.

                            This incident happend tonight at 8 PM. My registered number with Mcdonals hyderabad is [protected].
                            Two delivery boys came to my house saying that there is a order which they want to deliver. At that time only my Mom and my wife was available at my place and they confirmed that they have not ordered anything. Still they were trying to open the door and rigid in saying that the food was ordered. My wife had to shout at them to make them understand.
                            I would like to complain against the boys as it was very inappropriate behaviour
                            They were saying that the order is in the name of Ärshia.

                                I had ordered One mexican cheesy Fries and One Black Forest shake amounting to Rs 235 through Mobile application app on 13th November 4:51 pm. My Number is [protected] registered under name of Richaa on the app.
                                Received order confirmation 92234. Snapshot attached.
                                After half an hour called[protected] who said that this order is under someone else's name and they would check and make sure my order is delivered on priority.
                                Called again after one hour and they said that there is no order on my name. Nobody was able to help. No number to escalate.

                                    Dear Team,
                                    This is pertaining to the order no. 228717 placed online on 16th Oct 2016, which was to be refunded as the center this was ordered from could not deliver it to our address (hence it was transferred to another branch (Fun Cinemas – Andheri W) with order number 121010 to which I paid cash on delivery. Order placed from mobile number ending with xxxxx24698
                                    I was told that the refund would take place in a week from the 16th of October. Even of the 4th of November when I called the number[protected] on 4th November (Friday) to check on the status I was told it would take another 7 days to which I got agitated and spoke to a supervisor (don’t remember the name) who said he has forwarded the request to the concerned department and that it will be reversed by Monday (7th Nov).
                                    Now, I called this morning and Spoke to Jasbir who kept me hold for almost 9-10mins at the same number and was once again told that she had to forward this request to the concerned department to process the refund. She promised a call back from a supervisor in 10mins, this was around 12:15hrs. I haven’t heard from them yet.
                                    I do not understand what is taking this long for the refund.

                                      I tried placing an order on their website and it did not work. Downloaded their app and that kept showing an error. Called their central number and placed the order.

                                      The delivery was made after over an hour when their outlet is 500 meters from my apartment.

                                      The delivery boy had zero cash to provide any change!

                                      And the order was delivered incomplete.
                                      The delivery guy then went back to get the rest of the order.
                                      And then I realised that the order taken on the phone was also not complete
                                      Total time taken for the order was two hours.

                                      Just shocking service...don't understand why don't they tie with Swiggy instead!!

                                        While eating the wrap from McDonald's delivery, I found something unchewable in my mouth and taking it out, I noticed it's a plastic piece. I even washed the piece in the another photo so it's clear that it is plastic and one can see through it. I'm worried about any infections or medical problem that I might get from it.
                                        This is unacceptable, what should be my course of action against McDonald's, so they are careful for everyone?
