This is to inform you. Me and my friends were treated extremely bad by mulund west station branch mc donalds employee by mr sagar.

Me and my friends visited mc. Donalds today on 29th october evening. We finished our order and were waiting for a friend who was using the washroom.

Mr. Sagar employee of the branch came to me and my friend and spoke in a very bad body language if we were done. We said yes and that we are waiting for our friend. He then said in a very harsh way 'place the order then sit'. I responded him again saying 'we just got done waiting for a friend who is using washroom'

The later was most miserable. He told me and my friend in the most disrespectful and on high pitch saying "leave the place"

How can someone speak to their customer like that? When we said this is not the way he speaks to anyone and can't talk to girls in such pathectic tone he still went on and started talking rude.

When i told him who your manager is?
He said "do what you want.. I don't care.. He is there go speak to him" (Again in disgusting way)

When asked him to apologies he denied to do it

When his manger asked him, he still in a bad manner said sorry pouncing his eyes on us in rude way.

This brings me to questions :
Isn't mc donalds employee taught to respect customers? Isn't that the basic thing?

Isn't a problem training done?

How can someone be rude and talk down on girls in some reputated company like mcd?

Y wasn't the manager strict?

This is disgraceful.

We celebrated our daughter bday in outlet on 24th oct mcd employees were very rude and spoiled entire party ny guest had to wait for long to be srved on teling them this employee kuldeep who was incharge was very rude and was just shedding of his responsibility all concern was on nextvparty scheduled after us they was lot of problem in billing also they billed each item on actual and didnt provide any benefit of converting it into meal our all entire party was spoiled and so was our mood

I along with my daughter visited your outlet at urban plaza (mmrda food court), bandra kurla complex, bandra (e), mumbai 400051. our order no. 145 and we had ordered for just 2 ice creams. first there was a long queue at your billing counter. the staff at the counter were chit chatting and not paying attention to fast disposal of the long queue. thereafter once finally the order was placed, there was no one at the counter to service the ice cream. even there a lot of customers were waiting for a long time. finally one of the staff came and she was taking her own sweet time to fulfill the order requests. finally when our turn came, we were told that the ice cream machine was not filled with ice cream and that we have to wait for another indefinite period. ofcourse i was left with no choice but to seek a refund of the monies paid, cancel the order and come back unhappy and disgusted with your this particular retail outlet.in the past as well we had a very bad experience wherein we had asked for a french fries with peri peri and inspite of my repeated asking if the peri peri was there in the packet (as the order was take away), upon reaching home we realized the peri peri was not there. this outlet of yours and a manager by the name of archana need proper training. trust that mc donalds will take suitable action.

We have buy two mcaloo tikki from your inderlok branch but the items gives very bad taste and during chewing feeling that they are not fresh andit is peel off from its upper portion are very dry gives very bad taste and impure.so it is requested to take a necessary action about this complain for maintain the quality of your food products and customer satisfaction.

Today we visited mcdonalds store located in mall of mysore, mysore, karnataka. The display showed rs 354 (Excluding tax) for combo of 3 burgers but once billed the same was rs 470 (Excluding tax). This was inappropriate and when asked to the store person he just gave a blunt answer that's how it is. When requested to speak to the store manager, the manager was not available even after 30 min of wait. While trying to contact mcdonalds customer care they just washed their hands off stating that mysore is not a metro and cannot be addressed by them. Please help and stop these mnc food chain from looting people.. We have the relevant bill and the photographs of the display.

I have ordered 2 Mexican Aloo Tikki and 2 McChicken from TNW Vadodara. While eating Mexican Aloo Tikki My Son said that its taste is like Burnt Oil. When I ate it I also realized the same and it tasted like kerosin oil or burnt oil. This happens when you dont change oil after too much frying and top up oil and keep frying which makes oil very poisonous.

Me and my son faced food poisoning same day. My son was admitted for 1 day. It took 3 days for complete recovery for both o[censored]s.

I frequently order from McDonald and my purchase is minimum 5000 monthly. I would say that quality has very much degraded. Reason could be an employee or store itself, no matter what it costed me 4800/- plus physical and mental stress.

I trust McDonalds for 11 years, but not any more.

Following are the list of your extremely horrible services received:
- incomplete order
- stale food (super chilled fries)
- coke dropped over the entire order
- landline number made unavailable for us to get back to you
- order made at approx 8.30 pm was delivered at 10.15 pm
- due to server issues, the order was delivered to the wrong outlet

2 of the 4 orders were returned back as they were not complete and the food was stale which was brought to notice to the delivery guy.

We seek complete reimbursement or re-delivery of the order for wasting our time and efforts behind this order. also we need to see disciplinary actions been taken against the concerned people who are responsible for this.

This complaint is regarding your outlet at andheri east, near the station. If the outlet isn't pathetic enough with poor air conditioning, the staff is very rude. The staff has special preference for frequent college customers to the extent of inconveniencing other customers. This standard isn't expected from an outlet like mcd. Request you to please ensure your staff is courteous to all customers irrespective of frequency

I visited mc donald restuarant on commercial street bangalore on 9/10/2016.
I ordered for a happy meal. chicken mcgill. instead of coke i asked for bottled water and the person billing at that time agreed upon it. when the order came. the guy next to her refused for water. so i told i paid for it, if you want i will pay. but he was so rude he kept the bottled water and didn't keep french fries. when i asked he plainly refused that there's no french fries with happy meal. as per my knowledge we do get a toy with that. but forget about it. i did not even get that.
The total bill came up to 147.99
I am being cheated here.

The ordered item was of poor quality, the mcdonald store which i am complaining about is in spencer plaza, chennai.
I am working as software engineer in a company that is located in phase ii, spencer plaza. I visited the above mentioned mcdonald family restaurant more than three times. The food quality is really worst. I faced several health problems because of it. Then i stopped visiting it.

I have ordered food through online with the following order id -HMA[protected].., the patty in the punner burger was not crisp.., and the fries were not at all fresh.., u are charging rs 25 as delivery charge but still deliver stale food and the delivery boy doesnt even carry change .. and he stands there still as if it is not his job..., wats the point of charging rs 25/- when i get stale food and roam around for change

I ordered food from mcdonalds hinjewadi (Pune) store on 01/10/16.
My order no was 63322 and the amount of bill was 264 rs.
I palced the order at 09:09 pm . Cash on Delivery

In aloo tikki there was no sauce and no tomato and no onion too.
Plus I order 2 McAloo Tikki meal and there was no coke in the parcel.
I am highlighting this issue because it is not only affecting the customers it is also hamering the brand value of mcdonalds.
I am regular customer of mcdonalds and i want the complete refund amount of rs 264 within 24 hours for the inconvenience caused to me and assurance that i will not happen again and the quality will also be improved.
If not, atleast refund the amount of cokes.
If not done so i will stop visiting mcdonalds and you will your customer if such service is provided.

I am a regular customer of macdonald and order almost every time but Most of the time I got some problem but I ignored but this time my food delivery was delivered in which one item was missing and I was very hungry since I haven't ate anything since morning and I was also a bit not well and in a condition to walk properly so I ordered but one item was missing and it was delivered after again 45 minutes. I am a regular customer and is highly disappointed by this matter which happened today and no compensation was provided by the macdonald. If this is the condition of the daily customers like me then you should take this thing into account. Reply me as soon as possible.

Mani square mcdonalds. They first called me twice about the ice cream i wanted, since anything i asked for was unavailable and had to settle with whatever was there. Then, 30 minutes later they call me to tell me that my order will take another 30 minutes. Following this, they call me 20 minutes after that to tell me that they have no ice cream at all. I ordered my food at 8:30 pm, and finally got it post 10:15 pm. It's the worst delivery i've ever experienced.

I am Somya Mishra.I visited mcdonalds outlet in kamanhalli Bangalore. I ordered two mcveggie burgers with cheese what i got was burgers without cheese. I got this changed because i asked for it. Also I saw staff adding water to my beverage right in front of me. Upon confronting and complaining with manager no action was taken. This is cheating and practices like these should not be encouraged and strict action must be taken against this outlet.

I am regular customer of mcdonald vasai east and west both i always have mexican burger, or even plain aloo tiki, they don't take the initiative to put proper jalapenos, onion, tomatoes they will just insert aloo patty in the burger and some cheesy souse and all the time they are just out of stock stop fooling customers customer is a king and mcdonald have a such a brand name, i had stopped going to mcdonald now because of this behavior.
I hope you will solve my complaint as early as possible.

I’m Rahul Khismatrao from Mumbai and this to inform you about the traces of non-veg & toxic ingredients found in Mc Aloo Tikki burger. I am a pure
vegetarian person. I tested the burger in one of the food testing laboratory
and found traces of non-veg inside the food. Also we found some toxic
ingredients in it.
India is a very cultural country and McDonald’s is responsible for destroying our culture and religion. I will find out best available lawyer in Mumbai and file a complaint against you. I am also filing a complaint to FSSAI and consumer forums so that India should know how you are destroying our religion. I’m writing this just to tell you stop serving wrong food to Indians. We really respect our religion. I will be taking this issue to media along with all necessary evidences.
Guys, please don't eat McDonald's food. They also contain toxic ingredients. Support us in banning McDonald's in India. We have got best lawyer from India and a case against them will be filed. Already faxed the same matter to McDonald's India.

In last 1 week, i had one aloo tikki burger (mexican) and mexican cheesy fries.

When i ordered aloo tikki burger, the staff said that there are no jalapenos with which i was okay. However, when i was served i found out that there is no mexican sauce as well in the burger. The staff charged the same amount and the burger was as same as regular aloo tikki burger.

Next time, i ordered cheesy fries(mexican), he charged me the listed amount for it. but when i was srved, there was no mexican sauce in it.i really got pissed.

Both of the above incidents happened in mumbai - r city mall(food court), ghatkopar.
I want a proper redressal of this grievance. I want a gift card in compensation for the same or some great discount. I am a regular customer of mc donalds after all.

I was celebrating my sons birthday on 13th Sep'16 and for which I ordered 25 McAloo tikki regular one without cheese. They took the order over the phone and also confirmed with me about the per burger price of plain McAloo tikki burger.
After the delivery boy delivered the burgers, we were totally busy with the birthday party and after when we opened it after he left, we see that it was McAloo tikki with cheese and that is not what we ordered. One of my family member had already paid for it and the delivery boy left. We called customer care and they were clearly rude and made fun of the conversation. My question is why they do put wrong orders inspite of me repeating many times. Also the customer centricity was missing from the phone conversation which we had made requesting for clarification for the wrong order. I am requesting you to pls improve the quality of customer care agents and refund me for the extra money which I had to pay.

Today I visited to the McDonald's India, Branch located in AlphaOne(Alpha Mall) at Ahmedabad, Gujarat(India).There is no Wash basin for was our hand.Then I visited to the Manager's desk and talked to managers (Mr. Hashmukh Vaghela(Cell-[protected]) and Akshay Rai(Cell-[protected]) and I asked them for provide at least sanitizer for clean our hands because I was with family and two kids. Without clean their hand by water or sanitizer or I can not feed them(As doctor suggested).
Manager replied me as they don't have the sanitizer and Wash area in café, if you want go to common malls wash area and clean hand.

I was very disappointed with the response because we are believe on McDonald's commitment toward the customer and healthy environment.
