On 25th i ordered from Mcdelivery online then order got cancelled and my money is supposed to be refunded so far i have submitted my complaint on feedback format still i did'nt get apology from your side and my refund is still pending.Thanks for cheating me and robbing me it seems you just take money and don't follow up an order was cancelled i have complained about this earlier on phone as well and not received my money back.

I had ordered 3 v cheese burgers on friday 03/06/2016, my order number is gro[protected], i just received 1 burger, i spoke to cust care executive rahul and he said you should launch complaint on the same day, i told him when i called back the customer care was shut, i spoke to jaspreet singh later who claims to be the manager who said do whatever you want but its not possible. If this is the issue with such a big chain of restaurant, then its pathetic. Need some response here, i don't care for the burgers but i want an explanation for the ignorance of mcdelivery services. It was my dinner time and this was all i had for food at 12 midnight, and they don't fulfill our orders.

My name is Kaushik Tripathy.I am writing this email with regards to a complaint against Mcdonald's, HSR Layout Store in Bengaluru.I had visited the store on 05/06/2016 with my friend in evening.

The following are the points:

1)The air conditioning of the store was below par.
2)I had ordered-a) Mchicken meal with large fries &large fanta.
b) Pizza puff
c)Big Spicy chicken wrap
3)The burger was of horrible quality.It was cold, damp & bad in taste.
4)The chicken patty was stale.
5)The fries were not served in large quantity even though they were served in the large quantity packet.
6)The pizza puff was also hard.

7)5) Is this the standard level of mcdonalds in bengaluru?As a customer, if i am paying a certain amount of money, i have the right to get that food quality.

I want an immediate explaination from the highest authority of the outlet

This is to bring into your notice that i had ordered mc maharaja burger, mc chicken grill and mc pizza puf. Out of these 3 delivered mc maharaja had burnt chiken tikki due to which it was tasting pethatic and ultimately i thrown that.
I am continuously obsering mc d's quality is degrading day by day and now its limit.
I will never order from mc d now. You people have spoiled mc d name.

I have placed my order 8:30pm on 02/06/16 order number 66869. I have tried to reach the number mentioned in your website which is[protected].

I called up 4 times and constantly got a response saying there is some system problem and the order is getting delayed..

The team had no courtesy to even inform me plus when i called they had no clue about what to say and they didn;t even bother to apologise as if they didn;t even care. I am really disappointed.

Everytime i order i have the same problem i have to followup several times to get my order and i get cold cold food.. Your service is pathetic and horrible. Extremely disappointed. I will take it to next level.

This is regarding casual and improper conduct of store manager mahendra in connection with instructions given by me at the time of ordering the food from mc delivery over phone.Inspite of repeated request to deliver the food in proper mc delivery bag, the riders of valentine mall, surat are in a habit of serving the food in polythene bags right from store to destination which is approx. 1 kms from valentine mall. This time also instructions were given and inspite of that, the delivery came in a poly bag, as if the same was ordered from a dhaba. These days even dhabas do not supply the food in a poly bag and use containers. This was told to store manager, who did not even bothered for order and told the rider that if customer is taking the delivery it is fine or come back. He did'nt even bothered to call on my mobile no. [protected]. As such i want to complaint about the careless and irrational attitude of the store manager and presenting the brand like mcdonald in a incorrect manner. I would like to know the action taken by your complaint division, so kindly let me know over phone as above or email at [protected]@gmail.com. An early action is solicited on the matter please.

I am ajay kumar i buy bargar regular on inder loc metro station mc donald's restaurants for home delivery but all time including services tax on total bill but not services tax applicable at on home delivery,, as per section above detail as per india taxes rules
Thus all ac restaurants having license to serve liquor were exigible to service tax.
Subsequently w. E. F april 1, 2013, entry no. 19 of the mega exemption notification was amended by notification no. 3/2013-st dated march 1, 2013 which deleted the point (Ii) thereof. Accordingly, after such amendment, service tax is levied even on the restaurants which do not have a license to serve alcoholic beverages. This was a major change for the industry as thousands of restaurants and eating joints including small and medium came within the ambit of service tax by such amendment.

However, questions were raised whether take-away or home delivery of food from restaurants, such as mcdonald’s, domino’s, pizza hut etc., would also attract service tax, as most of these have air-conditioned dining space and some of these outlets have dedicated counters outside air-conditioned halls for take-away orders.

A view was entertained that take-away or home-delivery orders should not be taxed since no services, amenities etc. Of the restaurants were being offered to the customers in case of take-away or home delivery of food. But, in the absence of any clarification, the restaurants continue to levy service tax on the same.

I'm highly distaisfied with the services provided by mcd in surat, high waiting time due too not working of order taking machines from 3 machines only 1 machine works in every mcdonald's in surat. And the manpower recquired is also not sufficient i guess your service checking superviser is not effecient for his/her job i want too file this complain from last 1 years and this haven't changed from last one year when we compare mcdonald's services of surat with other city's like mumbai delhi etc they are way much better

A stale, stinky, rotten, and practically inedible burger was sold to me by a branch of McDonald's, recently opened. I had one of my friends to exchange and inquire about the same, as it was a take-out order and noticed the bad burger after approximately 25 mins after it was made. The patty was developing moulds with stale and stinking cabbage/lettuce. After replacing the burger when my friend got back, after mere 15 mins the new one was just as bad. When I personally arrived at the branch at around 10:30pm, I was treated an overall unapologetic and disclaiming attitude. Mr. Anurag, the manager was claiming this to be a natural and non harmful incident. Also with a condescending tone he argued about this not being any of his fault. We were not given any kind of refund nor was there an apology. This is unacceptable costumer/consumer recognition as well as a health violation.

Food wasn't delivered despite taking an advance payment against order number (KEM[protected]. The customer has to sleep on an empty stomach. There is no way to reach them on phone after 12. I had been waiting for my food to be delivered all this while and when I tried to reach them, their phone doesn't get through and says no way to connect past this time.

inspite of calling 11 times nobody answered the call to resolve my query
i made a payment twice and due to some error from your vendor- cc avenue
mc donalds did not receive the payment, i called the bank to refund my amount, and asked mc donalds to give me a status on the order
the representative never called back
i then placed one more order immediately and it showed the same error
the amount got deducted from my account twice, amounting to Rs 167 x 2
i am a regular user, I literally place an order everyday, this is the second time i am facing such inconvenience, multiple times ive noticed that ive been sent the wrong order as well, this is not acceptable.
I would rather switch to another eating joint that having to face such inconvenience!

Wat happen wat kind of service your are provideing from your side and I m waiting for resolveing my complaint last two days and no body response from your side, wat is dis and without information u r mark complaint in resolved means such a pathetic and harassed your customer like this.
I suggest to all my relative and frnds never choose mcdonald because they never solve customer issue and they happy to see customer in trouble.

McDonald's was one of my favourite fast food joints but the past few experiences have been absolutely terrible. I am forced to bring to your notice the very last incident that took place last evening at Forum Mall, Bangalore. I have listed out the problems and my concerns:

1. Card payments - If you're not accepting card payments, please put up a sign where it is easily visible, probably near the entry. It's very annoying to stand in a long queue, place an order and then get to know you accept only cash. It's an absolute waste of time.

2. Remove products you're not offering - If there's a particular product you're not offering, make a mark in red or cross it out temporarily from the menu. It looks as though you've got a very elaborate menu but you don't offer half the things written on it. Just a simple sticker can do the job.

3. Last evening's experience - This was the most disgusting and irritating experience I have ever had. While placing my order, I asked your staff to give me Coke Zero instead of the regular Coke. He said it wasn't available. So I asked him to give me a cold Sprite instead but without ice. When I sat down and had a sip of the Sprite, it was bland. It turned out to be water. I went back to the service counter and told the staff it was water and not Sprite. Embarrassed, he decided to change it. But this was when he realized that there was no Sprite either. So I asked for regular Coke without ice. Then, he said that the Coke they had was warm and I would need to add ice to make it cold, it was very annoying but still bearable. When I took a sip from that glass of Coke, it was flat and had no fizz at all. I was in no frame of mind to go back and get it changed again. In the meanwhile, my meal had gotten cold and I had to eat cold food with warm fizz-less Coca Cola.

4. Ambiance - The songs were being played on repeat. I must have heard the same song thrice before the next repeat song began. If you cannot play music properly, rather not play it at all.

A pathetic service and it’s my big mistake to choice mcd and my trust break and did not think standard of mcd would go this way. There is nothing than a satisfying meal when a person is hungry. But instead of satisfaction, all had was feeling disappoint. I m takeaway my order burger and mc puff from your outlet tilak nagar, delhi. And i start eat my burger and then in fifth and sixth bit i feel that there is something in burger and then i will check it there is paper in burger. Omg what is this and surprised and other hand this is not hygiene.
This was not the first time that am eating the burger and i m your old and continues person and i m waking in your tilak nagar outlet twice a week.
I do not think that kind of service you provide and not take care of every single person what is this..

While i raised this as a concern and this is serious matter and i wish you solve this issue and reimburse provide me and contact me as soon as possible.

I have taken MC egg and burger with bill no 99 on 5th May at A.S.Rao Nagar outlet in Hyderabad. After eating half of MC egg my son started vomiting... When I asked your staff for wash room ..they have directed to me to go outside petrol bunk which is for labourers and very UN Hygenic. After that I have seen inside MC egg and found that lot of Egg Shells . I have shown to your staff which they attended after 20 minutes . I requested for Complaint form and to our surprise it is not there ...your staff has given one register in which I have logged complaint. Mr.Varun told that his senior will call and on 7th May I got a number of vikram and he is very cooly saying that he forget to call.
However, I have 3 issues 1) served MC egg with egg shells because of which my 3.5years old son is not well and we suffered a lot of mental tension.2) MC Donald is international food chain and should maintain minimum standards by providing wash rooms.3) very lathergic attitude of staff.
Above all they misguided me by giving wron mail ID for logging complaint. I want immediate action and compensation for it.

I went to MC Donald's with cash and meal card . I asked the counter guy to take ₹100 which I had and rest 14 from my meal card because as I ordered the product was 114 rupees, I was short of 14 rupees so I asked him to take from my meal but he took 114 from my meals instead of 14 . this is pure negligence of staff working at MC Donald's. I want my ₹100 back .

A Big Mistake Made.. Did not think the Standards of Mcd would go down this way. There is nothing than a satisfying meal when a person is hungry.. But instead of Satisfaction, all i had was feeling disappointed. First bite would just take a person to heaven, but here at Adayar, CHENNAI. the first bite felt that i had done a big mistake. This was not the first time that am eating the burger.. The Burger Bun was so dry and the patty was not cooked well. thought it was a week old.
I do not think that this chain treats customer well as well.
While i raised this as a concern, just asked if i wanted another one.. When i said i did not want one.. He was not apologetic at all..

I was not sure if i was the only one who felt this, or if any one else had the same experience

On 19th april 2016 i visited mcdonalds bkc bandra outlet to purchase four hm veggie and four hm chicken. I have worst, unprofessional and unhygienic experience.

I ordered four hm veggie and four hm chicken on take away counter to mr. Amit ( order number 1442 ) but he billed me only one hm veggie and four hm chicken when ask for toy he say kindly go upstairs to collect your order and toy then why you open take away counter at entrance of building. When i go upstairs to collect order they give me only five toys i told them i ordered eight meal they say no sir you ordered only five meal why proper order not take why order not repeat before billed. Again i ordered three hm veggie ( order number 193 ) for bill payment they didn’t give me option to pay by card there statement is they don’t have card machine printer role in stock they only have one and it is used at take away counter then why they have three card transaction machines at first floor. Why they didn’t mention minimum stock inventory when i am discussed same with shazia madam on counter and ready to pay by cash she put me on hold and start to attended another customer i think this is the reason your staff didn’t take proper orders when i arguing with her she run away and chatting with other staff. When i received my order i request branch manager for help to take my order at take away counter he say he will and i wait for him but no revert from him then i request one guy at counter he say he is overloaded he can’t help me i have to request again other person to help me then manger arrange mr. Azmat to help me out he pick cold drink and i pick up burger and toy bag at stairs coke can fall over on stairs by him and he pick up the same and put in carry bag and say sir app ka order with improper packing which i show to mr. Rizwan (Manger)
Is this way of service and food.
When i discussed with mr. Rizwan & mr. Adnan they replace my order with fresh burger and coke i have to take it because my family waiting for same.
Mr. Adnan commented me he will revert me next day i also inform his maybe i didn’t received your call but he haven’t email, , sms or call me till date.

I am totally fed up with this food chain... U[censored] They made silly mistakes even the consumer like me got angry with that... Even though i am a regular customer, but i decided not to go at that food chain...I would probably accept starvation than purchasing burgers from macdonalds...

When i was traveling punjab, i stopped my car at a macdonalds chain in rajpura... Even after telling 10 times that please give me fresh french fries they handed over me some pre cooked fries and reheat them... But after 10 minutes of arguments they handed me fresh fries... Similarly at karnal haryana i stopped my car at savoy greens and ordered a mac veggie and its awfull rhat when i saw that burger it had a very less sauce in it... It was disgusting for me to eat that burger so i take a pic of that burger... When u complain about it they say "ye aisa hi hota h kha lo ise doosre customers ko aane do" i through that burger and returned home... Similarly 2 weeks before i bought 4 burgers frm drive thru which have a few sauce in it... And few days later while traveling to delhi i purchase an another burger which have that awfull bun that i can't imagine... It was not for humans i think... So, that burger went straight into the dustbin... I think that every rejected burger of macdonalds goes to the drive thru section... Because consumers can't complain them face to face because they eat burgers at a distance... So, i suggest not to eat burgers from macdonalds to all... And determined that i myself will not go to macdonalds again... We have another food chains were we can eat lots of tastier and atleast proper burgers...

Myself deep javia. I went to macdonald's at crystal palm, jaipur, rajasthan, india. On april 15, 2016 (Friday). I ordered some food items. But the person on counter added 1 extra item and made the bill and then i paid the bill (Bill number: [protected], batch number: 000598, amount: 888 inr). After payment when i saw the bill, there was 1 extra item. So he cancelled the whole order and made a new order as well as bill. I paid new bill (Bill number: [protected], batch number: 000598, amount: 708 inr). Then person on counter told me that refund amount (888 inr) of void sale will refunded to your bank account within 2 days or 7 days. But till today, i did not get any refund from macdonald's.
