When we buy coke they say us that it is their policy to fill half of the glass with ice cubes but when we visited mc d on the side of aksharchowk there were no ice cubes filled in it. So were we fooled earlier!?! And when we visited 7 seas mc d the mc flurry quality was of street level. The ice cream was actually crushed and mixed into 70% of ice while earlier we used to get pure ice cream with oreo crunch. If mc d is getting down to this kind of street level quality then i guess we should stop visiting here and rather prefer street food instead of wasting money here. Try to make your quality worth.

    I was the unfortunate customer who ended up in the hospital after consuming a lebanese and mexican tikki from a Mc donalds outlet at vytilla, kochi. Uneasiness set in soon after one hour of consumption and later spent a day in the hospital due to dehydration caused by loose motions. Trust in the brand was the reason to get in and snack at a trustworthy and reputable food chain. when breach of trust is encountered from food chains like this, we middle class people are left with less options to choose from. I would like to hear from you on this behalf and incidents like this will keep loyal customers at bay from indulging in eating sprees at Mc donald outlets.

      Well its regarding 3 weeks back i had visited the outlet at andheri east branch mahakali mumbai outlet with my 5 year old daughter while i was ordering the outlet manager came up to me asking to enroll my daughter for an upcoming event which would be held on 4th sep 2016 at 3.30 pm until 5.30 pm and as my daughter showed interest so i went ahead with his offer and enrolled now as schedule i took my daughter as i enquired i was directed to the asst manager of the outlet and he up frontly told me the event is cancelled my question to him was should int this information be passed on to me as all my details were taken in to account at the time of enrolment he said bluntly all details have been mis placed .Now my 5 year old daughter was looking up to the event as she is just 5 years old hope you guys understand as soon as i told he they have cancelled she started crying as she was all set in her mind for a week she is going and will have fun with all other kids, my issue is is this hospitality that you as a brand pass on and is this they way one speaks to the potential clients. Also i asked him to give me the outlet managers number which he did give me and i tried calling up 2 to 3 times but it just went unanswered now its 48 hrs past that i tried calling him up your outlet manager does int even have the courtesy to call back and enquire is this customer feed back that you guys train your staff i went a head and as i could not get through the restaurant manager i told the asst manager to give me higher authority contact details he does int know that too so i would like to know is this managers given any kind of international guidelines or no for me i guess you guys have goofed up your brand image or else you guys just give the franchise to others and these guys do not understand the brand image that they play with for me i will never visit your any outlet as its left a very bad scare on me and my daughter. also i have int received my refund back i want to know the outcome of my issue on a top priority or else i will keep following up my issue on your site and keep posting your as its past 48 hrs and no reply in any manner . for your information my name is Larry Paul my cell number is [protected].

          This is with regards to Mc Donald Brookfield, bangalore store. The management of the store has been irresponsible and has continue to being the same. After placing the order, I do not get any update from their end befor 1 hr, The order is never delivered before 1 and 1/2 hr. If the store cannot handle delivery system, please shut the store for delivery system, it would be a huge favour for all the customers. I hope respective action is taken and customers feedback is respected.

              I purchased happy meals from mc. Donalds at orion mall. This is for the 2nd time, i found that orion mall mc. Burger and french fries are of poor quality and quantity.

              Pictures shows the type of french fries bits/pieces i found in medium size. Also, mc. Chicken burger does not have salad leaves.

              Unhappy with quality and quantity compared to outside outlets.

              Need action to be taken to reach out to meet the expectations of customers.

                When placed order through mcdonalds app on 7th aug, 2016. Registered mobile number is [protected]. Money was deducted by their money portal pay u but there was no order that was generated and when called they informed that it was a technical issue and it will be refunded within 7 days. Even after calling and sending emails to [protected]@mcdonaldsindia.com there is yet no resolution. Request you to please investigate and provide refund for the money lost and compensation for the trouble caused.

                I have sent 11 mails in the last 8 days with screenshot of my bank statement showing the deduction of amount from Pay U. Also I have sent my last 10 transactions proving the debit. I have also sent the email confirmation I got from Mc donalds with reference number confirming that due to technical issue the order was not placed.

                I have spoken to TLs Ravi, Dipak and Krishan but none of them have been able to provide answer till now. Need to get this sorted asap.

                  I have ordered a regular McAloo Tikki meal for home delivery.
                  order no is : HIT[protected]
                  Price of item is Rs 91 only, but VAT deducted on this is Rs 18.16.
                  This is about 19% of the prce of the item.
                  As per my knowledge VAT should be 14.5%, but amount charged for me is more than 14.5%
                  The prices of the McDonald’s products are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) but exclusive of service taxes and delivery charges.
                  But my bill is charged 19% VAT.
                  Can you please send me a authentic mail to resolve my problem.

Its been 2 weeks almost and i am still waiting for a refund. I called in again today and he said their is no refund for me lol 😁
                    Are you guys sitting their just to cheat us.. Totally frustrated
                    I will never recommend McDonald to any one ever.

                      As per you policy terms if we don't get a bill the item is free for us. This is similar. I was billed for wrong item which means I did not get a correct bill for the item I ordered.

                      Purchased Rose Flavoured Waffle Cone soft serve priced at 21/- and paid 21/- however received bill amounting 17/- where is difference of 4/- shown in bill. wrong bill issued

                      Hi All concerned,

                      I am visiting Rmall Ground floor Cafe or express counter of MCD since 14/15/16 Day Before Yesterday.. Yesterday and Today that is[protected] time 16:04:05 as per Bill's Order # 862 and Invoice # [protected] attached screenshot of the same for your reference. I don't have any other bills from past 2 time but this 3rd time It happen to be in my car dashboard. I had ordered Rose Flavored Waffle Cone on 14 and 16 and Raw Mango Waffle cone on 15 which was priced at 20/- on poster and 21/- while billing and when the bill was printed and handed over to me it was for 17/-. Without asking anything I paid at counter 30.. 10x3 notes and got 9/- change due back. Took it and enjoyed the Cone.

                      Later when I reached home It happened that I was going over my cars dashboard that I noticed properly that the bill shows soft serve costing just 17/- which is incorrect billing.

                      There was a tag or handout kept near billing machine stating that "IF YOU DO NOT GET A BILL THE ITEM IS FREE TO YOU" I haven't got the bill for the item I ordered or the price I payed for.. I haven't got correct bill for my item that I ordered consecutively 3 time in 3 days and got 17/- as bill amount however I paid 21/- as bill amount. I don't have any previous bills but I just have the bill dated[protected]. Attached screenshot.

                      I also was not given any Smiles Card which is mentioned to be given on purchase of any item. If you do not wish to promote sales than why do you print these smiles card and keep. If you keeping and mentioning that its supposed to be given on purchase of any items then do give. Dont just keep for show at counter. Why to waste paper printing them. Be ECO friendly.

                      My concern is regarding difference in billing of 4/- for 3 times which makes 12/- and then wrongly billed thrice which makes 21x3 = 63/-

                      Kindly do needful in compensating the above mentioned 12/- + 63/- at earliest.

                      If required I may approach Media for Help if not satisfied with the support from MCD.

                      The mc donalds outlet in science city, ahmedabad, gujarat, india
                      Wad visited by ke today and the coustermer service was really bad ..as well there was a huge delay in the delivery if my order and the staff was not up to the mark too.
                      Pleade look into tr matter

                        I visited andheri out let near station, which has saprate room even, which open by 10, i entered in it by 10.30 but there was no ac and dim ligths, i was having my meal, staff came and talk me with rude attitude thats it not allowed. I entered in the room becoz of the timeings written on the door, than the other guy came with the intention to change my place while having my meal, my mood was bad ruined by staff n manager

                          They called me after 40 mins to inform me that the store is closed and they would not be delivering my order. This is pathetic response as if the store is closed, the app should not take the order and if this has been taken by mistake, it shouldn't take about 30 mins for them to deliver. Very unprofessional and irritating.

                            On[protected] i placed an order with the macdelivery app, amount was deducted from my bank but i didn't receive any order. It was suppose to refunded within 5-7 working days from[protected]. Its been 16 days and 13 working days and didn't get anything so i called customer care almost 6 times in between, spending more than 80 rs. (Yes its not toll free). And all i got is stupid answers and assurances. I sent mail to [protected]@mcdonaldsindia.Com twice!, but no response. Major problem i faced with customer care
                            1. They told me send mail again even after knowing i did it twice
                            2. They put me on hold for 5-15 mins, so i asked them to shorten it as it was costing me too much. So the operator told me i will receive a call from their side, been a week n still waiting for that!
                            3. Last call they told me it will be refunded on the evening of[protected].
                            Great job, i might receive it on the evening[protected].

                                  It is a regular practice to not put onions and whatever pickles they have to put in the burger even after telling them .
                                  this always happens when it is a take away .
                                  like we are here to eat for free, if you are going to provide such a service for the most old branch in baroda that is in INOX racecourse, it bad on your part plus what you show in photos is no where near.
                                  i am not one of those people who is gonna keep all the bills and shoot a video of it but if not resolved that also will be done because you guys are not gonna change in a day.
                                  And this is the case with almost all the outlets and almost every 40 rupees burger, be it mc aloo tikki, mexican or lebanese or anything

                                    Mcdonalds has horrendously disappointed me. I am currently 20 years old and i have been coming to mcd since a child. My favourite drink at mcd was the chocolate milkshake. Today i visited an outlet in gopalan signature mall bangalore and ordered for one, they took an entire glass of ice, 15ml of milk, 2 squirts of a chocolate syrup, blended it up and served it to me. As i mentioned earlier, i have been coming here since my childhood and i know exactly how that milkshake tastes like. It used to taste thick, creamy, chocolatey and just plain delicious. This "thing", i can't even call it a milkshake because that would be a joke, tasted like complete gutter water. They charged me rs.130 for a glass of ice. Thankyou mcdonalds, for taking the one decent thing you had left on your menu. I will never visit you again.

                                      I have placed an online order(order no: BRO[protected]on 30jul2016 of 2 medium veg meal and one large containing 3 burgers, 3 French fries and 3 coke out of which Mac Donald's has delivered only three burgers and one coke. When I called them, they had accepted their mistake and promised to deliver remaining 5 items on next day. But i didn't receive any thing till date.I called them many times but they are not even responding to my complaint.
                                      Seems, Mac Donald's is fooling their online customers, even though we make full payment we receive half order.

                                        Hi this is regarding the order no 2309 which has been order through mobile app. I got a call from ms shivani after half an hour saying that my order will not be delivered due to some internal problems. I would as request you no to take any online orders when u are so incapable of delivering it. This being such a brand you are not able to deliver your own bad services.

                                        I love macd products but the services are really not up to the mark. Last time when i have ordered i had strictly written no tomatoes and they served me with tomatoes.

                                        I[censored] guys r so incapable of delivering your own services i would request you again to please terminate the online services.
