I have booked Meru cab service from Kukas to Jaipur air port on 26th morning 2:50 am, i got confirmation and Driver details by SMS CB no was RJ14TB6700 Chauffer : Rajendra Kumar Mobile no: [protected], Ref. No was 34530880, confirmed booking and no body called me up till 3 o clock then i called up the driver he is not ready to respond, taking call and disconnecting after hearing me., then i called up meru customer service and complained about this he confirmed that the driver is 1 kms near by our hotel location, will reach you with in any moment and asked me to be patient, so i waited till 3: 30 am then i called up and asked were is the cab your c.s team put me on hold and disconnected after a long hold then i called driver again he told he took some body from the Place KUKAS were our hotel situated and took other customer for Jaipur airport.he already left from there at 3 am itself, and we still waiting for him to come, This driver have no courtesy to call the customer or while calling not giving answer and took some other for higher fair may be.But our flight was at 5:40 from here 35 to 45 minutes distance so we higher your taxi in advance, If our flight got missed who will bare the cost and your service is worse than ever in any of the Taxi service i experienced. One thing i come to know Meru have no control over drivers they can do as they want.
If you will not compensate it or didnt give proper answer for it, I have all the proof and SMS each and every conversation with me, i will go to consumer court as well as publish it through Social media Facebook, youtube and mainly in Whatsapp, make sure every week it will published, and am in service industry from past 15 years, will cover in all meadia and travel partners and make sure no body will use MERUTAXI in jaipur at least in future

actual meter fare and there was no discount nor not even a single rupee was reduced.
Their app is a crap and their customer service is pathetic, no response to customer emails. whenever we call to get their help, they say their team will get back to you shortly, but none called us so far.
Also their drivers are unprofessional, the driver called me to get the address, i told the address atleast 6 times and he was unable to find my address inspite of repeated times telling him the way, we had a tough time managing the driver as well.
DON'T GO FOR MERUCABS, WORST SERVICE AND FALSE COMMITMENTS
