Pathetic APP and WORST SERVICE

MERUCABS is a fraud company, we have used the coupun which was provided by merucabs, the app accepted the coupun code, no error message, the customer call people told me that i will get a discount of Rs.250 after my journey gets over, but after our travel we were schocked to see the actual meter fare and there was no discount nor not even a single rupee was reduced. The strategy they have taken up from business is definitely hurting customer and in way customers are loosing confidence and trust on Meru .
