my account was blocked suddenly i wanted to get my money

I have more than 900 in my mobile wallet on mobikwik. I am not able to login to my account from months. I have trying to login from long time. I filed ticket and tried calling customer care, but no use. Please help me login to the account and use my wallet.

I have a mobikwick account having 400 rupees of amount. for past 4 days im unable to log into my account i have raised 4 tickets and not even they responded for one ticket. They dont even have a toll free number and any kind of contact numbers.

I have recharge of Rs.110/- on 18.05.2014 in my mobile no. [protected]. The amount is detected from mobikwik balance. But the amount is unsuccessfully recharge. Pse kindly consider the case.
