8th may 2024, my mobikwik wallet balance deduct of rupees 9521 for ixigo. Some fraud linked my account and made this transaction please help me to get back my money please.

Please unlink him from my account.

      I had booked a tatkal e-ticket on IRCTC via Mobiquik wallet on 5th may 2024. Since that ticket didn't get confirmed, I had to cancel that. According to IRCTC, they have sent the refund to original source of payment, but still I am not seeing this reflected on my Mobiquik wallet.

        Clear trip is clearly saying they didn't recieve the money so you all are cheating on my money.I will sue mobikwik in court.In 2 transactions I lost almost 11000 money.

        My name is Sulagno Banerjee and my mobile no is [protected].I made 2 transactions through mobikwik to clear trips to buy air tickets.2 times money got deducted but clear trip is saying that they didn't recieve the money and mobikwik is saying that payment is success.So when I can expect my refund???Almost 11000 rupees gone. My both successful order I'd in mobikwik are [protected] and [protected]. Please tell where my money is gone???

            My email linked to other peoples mobile number but company not helping to unlink it. I fear it may be misused by other parties, I'm open to provide all necessary documentation but please help unlink with other person number and link with my number.

              Payment status pending

              I paid a rent from my credit card. The amount from it got deducted but the receiver didn't get the amount which I paid. The mobikwik is showing the status of transaction as pending . Kindly complete my transaction as I need to pay me rent to the Landlord...

              I made credit card bill on April 1st rs.40000, that amount didn't credited to my credit card and when I checked the app its showing failed. I sent multiple mail to mobiwik support team and grievance team I didn't get any single response from their end even I called several times from there also I didn't get any respond, they will say 48hrs to wait and now it's been 11days till now they can't solve my Complient, so requesting you to please refund my amount to my account.

I tried to pay my house rent using my HDFC credit card ending with 5202 today for an amount of Rs. 22000 from MobiKwik. I was charged an additional convenience fee of Rs. 387.20.                   harassing and threatening

                  I'm using Mobikwik wallet since approximately 3 years and I'm paying their dues on time but due to some financial uncertainties i wasn't able repay last month and I've told them that I'll pay but I need few more days time but they are threating me and calling all my contacts and disturbing them when they are busy with their works. and texted me by stating he is a lawyer and a legal notice in whatsapp.

                  Dear sir/ Madam,

                  I'm finding fraudulent activity on my CIBIL report in the name of TRANSACTREE TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD

                  They have shown an amount of Rs 6000/- in which they have entered my PAN card details, name and phone no.

                  I have also submit a another complaint against this on cosumer complaint portal and also followup by mail regular to mobikwik helpline but not get any proper resolution regardig this.
                  the finance companies share data anythng to CIBIL institute without checking and confirming.
                  they misguide to consumer about their loan and their datas.
