I took a ZIP loan (Account ID: 8330715, Account Number: 6502554) and have consistently made my payments on time. On October 11, 2024, I successfully foreclosed my loan through the Mobikwik app. However, I am currently unable to download the NOC due to an error in the app.

they closed my ticket by sending 2 files which are not opening and now i and not able to raise ticket and no help is provided

I had invested my money in Mobikwik flexi option where company provide flexi option to deposite & withdraw invested amount any time where as company also offering plus option where investment gets invested for locking period on higher rate of interest.

But my money is blocked by mobikwik without my consent and confirmation and only trench amount is its getting released 12th of every month which was neither anywhere communicated...

I ordered a product from Myntra on July 10, 2024, worth ₹930, which I paid for using MobiKwik Zip Pay Later wallet. When I returned the order, I received a refund of ₹911.74 on October 1, 2024, at 08:24 PM back into my MobiKwik Zip wallet. However, when I try to withdraw this amount and link my bank account, the transaction remains pending and fails.
Yesterday, when I contacted MobiKwik customer care, they asked me to raise a complaint and assured me that my refund would be processed within 24 hours. However, when I called them again today, they informed me that due to technical issues, the refund is not being processed. Additionally, they have blocked my Zip wallet for quite some time and mentioned that the refund will only be processed after the wallet is unblocked. I have no outstanding dues on my Zip Pay Later account.
I have been requesting a resolution, but they are unable to provide a specific timeline. I am extremely frustrated with this situation and request your assistance.

    Dear Team,

    I haven't done anything wrong with my mobikwik account but unfortunately my account got disabled, I requested to enable my account 5 days back to validation team but still it was not enabled nor not received any response I submitted required documents also with my mail [protected]@gmail.com, please re enable my account as soon as possible.

        I have done a withdrawal of Rs105000/- from mobikwik xtra and its been more than 3 days now still the amount not credited to my bank account and the status of withdrawal is showing as Pending.

          I reported the txn but my mobikwik account was freezed and it has been more than 10 days but no response.

            I have used mobikwik before 1 year for testing recharge.
            After 2 months i got calls from company mobikwick person says me to pay 253 rs after that your account is closed. I have paid alredty 253 ammount with penelty. But agents call mi and showing 2000 amount with penalty's. I have used only 100 rs for zip testing alredy paid amouunt is 253 rs with penalty. They are making huge fraud with many peoples.

              It's been 10 days my rent payment has not been credited to beneficiary account yet. I've transferred rent payment of 13000 rupees to my landlord account on 12 th July it's showing successful on 15th July, but not credited on landlord account yet. I've raised ticket on same issue on 17th July with landlord account transaction details but no resolution provided by your customer care team yet .I've called mobikwik customer customer care so many times but they also donot resolve my issue. I am afraid about my money. I've attached all required things for your reference. Please credit money on landlord account or refund my money.

                The duplicate loan account was erroneously created and has been cleared of all dues, yet it remains active on my credit report.
                I request your immediate intervention to:

                Correct the status of the original loan account to reflect the full repayment and clearance, as it currently inaccurately reflects overdue status.
                Remove the duplicate loan account entirely from my credit report, as it no longer holds any outstanding dues.
                I have attached copies of relevant documents, including repayment confirmations and my credit report highlighting these discrepancies, for your review and reference.

                  Hello, On 31th May'24 night at 19:55, i recieved a call from [protected] and this call was automated ivr call which said "someone is trying to transaction of Rs.1499/- to your mobikwik account, press 1 to reject the transaction", then i pressed 1. After this ivr asked to enter the pin which i had received in sms to confirm my identity. I entered otp on ivr and within 3 minutes 2 txn from my mobikwik zip balance happened worth Rs. 1499/- at Myntra & another also Rs.1499/- at JK Mobile Both transaction disputed which are not made by me & also complaint rised with reference no. Ticket #18112703, Ticket #18112662, Ticket #18112532 at yr mobikwik Help & support section today i got ZIP bill generate on 1st Jun Rs.2998/- for paying till 5th june, otherwise late fees charged WHAT CAN I DO ????

                    The incident was happened on 26th June 2024.
                    My amount was debited from my card to Mobikwik, through unfortunate wrong call.
                    Take action immediately and resolve my problem as soon as possible.
                    1499/- was debited twice from my account totally 2998/- was debited, return the ammount.

                      I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing situation I have encountered with Mobikwik regarding an instant loan I availed in August 2023.
                      Despite maintaining regular payments, I faced challenges with my bank account in May 2024, resulting in a delay of 10-12 days for that month's EMI. Unfortunately, during this period, I was subjected to severe harassment by Mobikwik agents via WhatsApp and phone calls. These agents not only threatened me regarding repayment but also resorted to intimidating tactics by contacting my family and coworkers, making false claims about revealing my financial situation to them. They even threatened to come to my home and office, which caused significant distress to me and my associates.
                      In response to this harassment, I uninstalled the Mobikwik application, only to find that their agents continued to call my contacts persistently, breaching my privacy and causing further anxiety.
                      My attempts to reach out to Mobikwik through calls and emails to address these issues have been futile, with no response from their concerned officers. This lack of response, combined with the unprofessional behavior of their agents, has exacerbated the situation.
                      Furthermore, I have observed several alarming issues with the Mobikwik application:
                      • It does not uphold customer privacy, as evidenced by the unauthorized access and misuse of personal information.
                      • The customer care executives demonstrated unprofessional and harassing behavior, which is unacceptable.
                      • There are apparent violations of NBFC RBI guidelines, raising concerns about the legality and ethics of Mobikwik's operations.
                      In light of these experiences, I caution others against using the Mobikwik application due to its safety issues and the unprofessional conduct of its agents. It is clear that Mobikwik has failed to adhere to basic customer service standards and regulatory guidelines, which is deeply concerning for any user.

                            I had booked a tatkal e-ticket on IRCTC via Mobiquik wallet on 5th may 2024. Since that ticket didn't get confirmed, I had to cancel that. According to IRCTC, they have sent the refund to original source of payment, but still I am not seeing this reflected on my Mobiquik wallet.

                              Clear trip is clearly saying they didn't recieve the money so you all are cheating on my money.I will sue mobikwik in court.In 2 transactions I lost almost 11000 money.
