My account has been disabled since last 1 year
Whenever i try to login from my registered mobile no. It says 'user is disabled' .. mailed movikwik many times bt they dont reply ... i want mobikwik to unblock the account as its also affecting my bajaj emi card transactions ...

I have done one transaction of 20th april 2019 by upi there transaction is failed but amount deducted in my bank account not received return & not received recipient account . I will continue follow up to mobikwik but no any answer me 50 days complete but no resolved my query so please help me.
