Mobikwik — mobile recharge not successful, but amount charged.

I made 6 attempts to recharge my mobile number [protected] one on 3rd, 2 attempts on 5th & 3 attempts on 13th august 2019. But all attempts ended in futile. Every time rs 319 has been deducted from my account. I received a message every time that the money would be returned to my account after one week. Sofar rs 1914 has been deducted from my account.
Even after 20 days of my first attempt, i have not received back any money. I request to kindly verify and arrange to send back the money to my account from which it was deducted.

Took my credit card details & made an unauthorized transaction of Amount Rs 37673/-


Here By Requesting for refund
1- Sir I do the DTH recharge and receive cash back offer but not add in mobikwik wallet. Please solve problem.
2- I do the recharge in the today morning but recharge not show in TV
I have made payment against electricity bill of Rs. 3812.00, it was
failed at the time of transaction, wallet amount of Rs.50, has been
not received, but bank amount Rs. 3762 has not received against order
no. MK[protected] dt. 13.08.2019, plz arrange to refund my amount.
