Mobikwik — refund not initiated after failure of transaction after 7 days | |||
Transaction for charging mobile number initiated from vodafone app and payment done from mobiwik. But transaction failed at mobieik end and refund not initiated in account while 7 days already completed. I already raised complain to mobiel but no update and refund initiated from their end. And they never respond on any complain. I am still waiting for their response but no response from their end. Was this information helpful? | |||
