1. Transaction id: 566a615af69a3 for rs.2500. 2.. Transaction id: 566a64af92877 for rs.2500. I have paid a merchant through mobikwik with the above mentioned transaction reference numbers. My card account has been debited on 05.03.2018 itself but the amount not credited to the merchant. Now as on 09.03.2018 the amount is neither credited to the merchant nor credited back to my card account. When tried to contact mobikwik they have a mobile number which gets disconnected after the ivrs. So being a service provider they don't have a dedicated helpline number. I could not reach them over phone so i sent a mail for which i have not got any reply. Please help me to get back my money.

    I have booked tatkal ticket in 2nd class on 6th march, but my ticket cancelled by irtc on 7th march, with refunded amount 705 on mobikwik wallet m my refund id is [protected] but my refund amount did credit on my wallet account, please look into my matter as soon as possible and please solve my problem.

      Last 2 months add cash to wallet but not added. Error shown credit limit exceed and i am update adhaar card details till now my problem not solved.
      I am contact to many times to but mobikwik customer care executive s very worst resoponse. Please solve my problem at the earliest..

      And also 2 days before i am recharge my jio. Promoco jiofull correctly used but rs 300 supercase not received please solve my problem at the earliest..

        On[protected] i have added 500 rs from my bank account [protected] to my mobikwik account. The money is debited from my bank account but not credited to mobikwik account. Please solve my issue. And return back my money. It's about 45 days and you are not solving my issue. I am very unsatisfied with your service. Please solve my complaint as early as possible

            I added rs 910 from my bank account to mobikwik wallet to make a payment of rs 910 towards mseb. While going ahead with the payment initially i got a message that the payment was successful but then immediately i got a message that the payment was declined. The money was deducted but hasnt been refunded to either my wallet balance or my bank account.
            I have raised a complaint in your help section but to no use. There is no contact no and no email id to even connect. Pathetic customer service.
            Pls look into the matter and resolve it.

                I had recharge of mahavitaran electric bill! Firstly it shows your recharge get successful but later it showed your recharge get unsuccessful and refund is done! But whem i check my bank balance it is showing that their is no refund done! Please done this as soon as possible! Its huge money 2040 rs. I did recharge with credit card of bank of maharashtra

                  I tried to do a mobile recharge(Airtel no [protected], plan 448) using mobikwik application onl 1.3.18 and recharge got failed but money deducted from my account. Then I filled a complaint in mobikwik customer service but they demanded my bank statement but after that I am unable to reply them as I am not getting any reply option in my mobikwik application. I updated my app but problem remains same, I am not getting any options to reply or attachments. I don't know what should I do. Customer helpline numbers are also not working, they are not helping via Facebook page too. I want my money back but I have no idea how can I do that.
                  So please help me to get my money back.

                  I am using this app since 1 year ago for recharge.Good and nice app.I want to transfer money to bank for first time.I added money to mobiwik wallet Successfully.but i cant transfer money to bank aacount from mobiwik wallet.Money transfer failed on screen.why? Please help me urgent

                    Today i have sent for services of two mobiquick users nos. [protected] and [protected] and they are found fake and they are scamers. As soon as i pay the money to their accounts they have blocked my cel no. Without service and response and i have lost below amounts:
                    Rs. 100 sent yesterday night to [protected] ;
                    Rs. 550 sent today to [protected] ;
                    Rs. 650 sent today to [protected] ;
                    Rs. 350 sent today to [protected] ;
                    Total rs. 1650
                    Pl. Block those accounts and see that such scammers do not cheat any more customers.

                    This is not a joke, I recharge my mobile number through mobikwik app at amount Rps 399 . Amount deducted from my bank account but not still not received any message from recharge was successful. Make transaction on 3/2/2018

                    Please immediately transfer my amount asap.

                      Hi. I got message to update kyc and get supercash of rs 250 using promocode. When i updated my kyc there was no promocode option was coming and as a result i didnt recd supercash of 250. Now company is not crediting it as it is fault of there system. Kindly take strict action against such website who is fooling customer by providing attaractive offer and not crediting in real.

                        I have added inr 3200 in my mobikwik wallet yesterday but it doesn't reflect in my wallet however deducted from my bank account. I have complaint mobikwik about this through their help section but they didn't reply even after 24 hours of filing a query. Neither they provide any confirmation that they are working on this issue. I didn't find any contact number for their customer service, the one which i found isn't working.

                          adding money to wallet is not added to the amount debit from card

                          On 23 january 2018 i added a money (Rs 400/=) to mobikwik wallet ([protected]) by credit card. But transaction is failed and payment is debited from my credit card
                          After few days on 12 feb 2018 i recognized that the money not added to my wallet & i registered a complaint (Ticket#7847687) on mobikwik help.
                          They replied that "unsuccessful, the transaction is failed if any amount debited from your wallet will be refunded in 2 days"br...

                          I recharged my wallet with rs. 2000 and shopped at myntra.com. However while paying, my transaction failed and the status of the webpage shows invalid but money was still deducted from my wallet.
                          My email address is [protected]@gmail.com and my registered mobile number is [protected].
                          Please look into the matter and refund my money.
                          The amount deducted was rs. 1764.

                            I used mobikwik offers in january 2018 to buy oneplus 5t from shopclues and mi max2 from mi india website... Thereby i earned rs 4000 and rs 3900 as supercash respectively. However now that i wanted to use this supercash, mobikwik fraudulently changed usage policy and said this supercash i earned wud expire by may 2018 (So i get less than 4 months to use it) and they also kept a new condition that i can use only 1000 supercash a month. Now how will i use this 7900 supercash in 4 months with 1000 max limit per month???
                            This is clear cheating they did afteri earned supercash... So tehy changed rules after giving me supercash so i cant benefit while they benefitted! Screenshot attached

                              Kindly check the 'supercash' promo offers run by mobikwik. They are simply fooling customers with their deceiving offers.
                              Just keep on adding supercashes into customers ac by duping them with diff misleading promo campaigns. But they do not allow to use these accumulated cash in any of the transactions later.
                              If the earned cash is never used, then why are they giving it to the users!!
                              This is clear cheating in actual terms.
                              They never bother to respond also to the queries on this issue.
                              Kindly look into this & customers be aware of such online fraudstars.

                                After complaining to you earlier mobikwik has allowed only rs.100 use of supercash against recharges and bill payments whereas earlier it allowed indiscriminately - customers were happy till then but now everywhere customers are unhappy since cashbacks are going waste-the company is allowing usage of supercash maximum against food and that too only in a very few outlets which are also reluctant in allowing its use.
                                Kindly prohibit mobikwik from using such unfair trade practices-cashback earned is the customers money and no company can put restrictions on it - it should be as good as ready cash.
                                I am sure mobikwik must have lost many of its customers or they must have restricted their transactions through mobikwik.
                                Hope the action is taken instantly from your end in public interest.
                                Many a times mobikwik doesn't reply to tickets raised by us - this is not a fair policy again-they say that the tickets have expired whereas they never replied to our earlier tickets at all.

                                Still only Rs.100 recharge is allowed out of supercash monthly and customer is no longer free to utilize supercash for bills payments and recharges as before

                                There is expiry date for supercash after 3months of earning and since they have laid restrictions on usage of supercash to only Rs.100 per month for minimum KYC users most of the supercash earned by us earlier is being eaten up by Mobikwik itself and we lose our money-this is not fair at all-please intervene

                                However since 1st February I am not able to locate my account.I got last transaction updates on 31st january but since then there is no trace of my account.

                                  Firstly please provide on call service, so that we receive the inputs there and then itself. Tried calling the toll free number but its not ivr type as its just tells your services provided and does not take input to register any concern against mobikwik. I had done a transaction on 6th feb 11:30pm via mobikwik and the amount was deducted from my bank account for this but still the recipient has not received the amount.                                     Electricity bills not paid
                                    I paid my electricity bills on 12 and 15 of Feb. 20018 through this app.app is showing bills are paid.but there is no reply from bescom bangalore that the bills being paid.and sms from bescom showing I have not paid the bills yet.if I call mobiwik customercare they disconnecting my call..and there no reply from them yet.
