Inspite of the decision of supreme court on 27-9-18 that proclaiming that no aadhaar card should be submitted by customers for verification of wallets in private companies and virtual aadhaar id provision should be made for authentication purposes in mobile apps since july 1, 2018, mobikwik is the only company which is working against public interests and government laws and promulgations.
I have been repeatedly complaining to the nodal officer of mobikwik but he says that it is company policy to take aadhaar details for kyc verification which i personally feel is unfair and the government and enforecement agencies alongwith uidai should stop mobikwik from such insistence. It is the duty of government to safeguard the interests of the public. I had also followed up a lot with the banking ombudsman, uidai (Phone calls they hardly received) but everybody pays a deaf ear to what we say or write to them. The ranchi uidai had earlier in may told me on phone that they were helpless to enforce virtual id before july 1 but even after that date they have done nothing-the e mails sent to them were never replied to. Due to the inefficiency of such agencies the company is having its own say at the cost of customer interest-it is simply concerned in reaping its own benefits by constantly changing its policies to suit its own ends.
It is my humble and ardent request to the government to intervene and stop such malpractices

I and my family have lost lots of money in November since mobikwik forfeited lots of our cashbacks by not allowing us to use more than Rs.100 (and that too in a very restricted manner)-we don’t have the time to plan how we should use our supercash on different activities -mostly we use it for bills payments and there is a restriction of 5% with a further restriction of maximum utilisation under postpaid, prepaid, electricity etc.-they are allowing very meagre use of supercash to serve their own ends -lost thousands this month-loss in one account is as per screenshot

Mobikwik still insisting on aadhaar-we lost lots of our money earned by way of supercash (over Rs.100 supercash in a month were forfeited by Mobikwik)-Mobikwik gave a false reply to cpec also
Taking more complaint cannot solve we have to provide call centre this not my money deducted any response, how can I solve my problem, who responsible my 500 money deducted as soon try solve my problem I hope you

    On 19.9.18, mr rahul tripathi, with cell no [protected], mail i'd [protected]@ gmail.com, collected the credit card details from me and collected rs 81171/ from my card account. Funds have moved to b2b mumbai, recharge mumbai, amazon pay, mobikwk, oxizen wallet and one97 communication. Total loss on credit card on 19.9.18 comes to 81173.00.
    On 20.09.18 he assuring me for total refund collected my debit card details and debited my ac for 19960.0).

    Could you help in recovery of my funds.

      Dear sir,
      I made a payment through mobikwik of jodhpur vidyut vitran nigam ltd. The payment was 1308. The amount is deducted from my account and transaction shows error. I called too many times in the customer care but they didn't pick the call.
      I also did the transaction before that the same was happend. Very bad service from the mobikwik.
      I want to know the status of my refund and how much time it will take to back my refund. Please take immediate action.

      If you notified the complaint then why I didn't get any response from MobiKwik team .I have called so many times in the customer care support but they are not picking the call .and also I have send many messages to MobiKwik team but also I didn't get any response .I don't think you are taking the complaint seriously .

        I have booked the tickets on mobikwik via justickets.in on 21st August 2018 and there is a cashback of 25% and I did not receive that supercash till now and in offer they did not mention offer starting date and mentioned only offer expiry date and did not receive supercash till now and responding too late.It is right way to give my supercash when you did not mention offer starting date and mentioned only expiry date.

          The worst ever digital wallet i ve used till now.
          I made a recharge to a phone number. Balance deducted from wallet but the recharge hasn't been done till now. Its almost 6 days since then.
          Submitted my complaint couple of times but no response.
          Submitted another query for my account deletion but still no response.
          I can see the company's future.

On 20.09.18 the same person again called fory debit card details and collected rs 19960/. My total loss comes above 1/ lac.

            On 21/8/18 I paid Rs 576 as water bill through Mobiwik gateway. Used Karnataka mobile one app. Amount debited from my SBI account. Not credited to BWSSB. Request for refund.

                I've transferred the amount of rs.10, 000 to the wrong account number ending with 6284 instead of 6281. I received a message while transferring in mobikwik stating account closed and the amount of 10, 000 is also debited from the wallet. While inquired in bank they stated the account 6284 doesn't exists and is closed.

                  On 19.9.18, at 10.30 am one mr rahul tripathi, introduced himself as executive of bombay mobikwk unit. Putting good faith on his words i gave my credit card no with details. To my great shock he has been drawing amounts of rs 62380.00 within 2 hours. At the end of the day he promised to reverse. The total amount within 24 hours.
                  Next day at 10.30 am he again called me and assured to recredit the total amount at one stroke.. But mr tripathi wanted my debit card details. With much anxiety i gave the details. Again he took rs[protected]+9980) from my sb account.
                  Total loss to me swept to rs 82340.00.
                  When i requested him continuously to recredit the amounts he is telling me that it will take another. 4 days for reversal.

                  I am a senior citizen managing to make my both ends meet with my minimum pension.
                  Shall i request to take immediate steps for reversal of rs 82340/ to my sb account[protected]/ canara bank erode 638003. Ifsc code cnrb0001131

                        Hello, mobiqwik, i have done 02 transactions through mobiqwik today morning on 21/09/18. My already existing wallet balance on mobiqwik was around 2448. Something. (I also have a mail from mibiqwik & history to prove it).
                        -then, today morning (21/09/18), i recharged my tatasky with rs. 48/- & so the wallet balance got around 2440. Something. Plus i got supercash of rs.12/- for this recharge. - then, on same day today morning (21/09/18) i shopped on myntra with rs. 2441 through mobiqwik. Its only extra rs.1/- than my wallet balance on mobiqwik which was rs 2440. Sonwthing already. But to my surprise, this mobiqwik made me add extra rs.28.64/- from my hdfc bank. & even after the successful transaction with myntra, to my another surprise, my supercash balance of rs. 12/- was also gone making it zero. So where all these extra money paid by me gone? The amount may be small but i am right in reporting issue if wrong transaction. Check the history in my mobiqwik account. Its my birthday & when other apps are giving me discounts & gifts, this mobiqwik is wrongly calculating & costing me money falsely, outright looting me.
                        Mobiqwik seriously need to refund me following, rightfully.
                        1. Rs. 27 in my wallet balance
                        2. Previous rs 12/- supercash back to my account.
                        3.& rightfully 10% supercash as running under the current scheme for successful myntra transaction. I wish you look in to this issue & refund me above. Mibiqwik has never solved any of my past queries with my satisfaction but only same, repetitive, clichéd official reply. It also spoiled my birthday enthusiasm having to spend time to report this issue.
                        - you pl. Either call me ([protected]) or give me legible, working number of mobiqwik where i can talk to customer care of mobiqwik. I rightfully need this issue solved to my satisfaction this time atleast.

                          I have paid airtel post paid payment through 4 transactions of rs450, 450, 440 and 500 = total rs1840 on 14th sep. To my surprise only the first transaction rs450 been credited to airtel but the remaining 3 not paid to them despite charged from my wallet in mobikwik. I raised ticket on 15th and the system says with in 3 days this will get resolved but nothing happened even after 5 days.

                              I've booked a rail ticket bearing pnr no.[protected] for 04 persons in mobikwik wallet vide txn id: [protected] dated 24.08.2018. Payment is successfully done. On the date of journey (I. E. 15.09.2018) i've got an sms from indian railways informing the rac status of my travel tickets. As i'm not interested to travel with rac tickets and as there is no option in mobikwik wallet for cancellation of rail tickets, i've raised a request in mobikwik help desk vide ticket no.9180766 for cancellation of tickets, few hours before departure of the train. But there is no response or action from mobikwik. I've also tried many a times to contact mobikwik through their contact no.[protected] and[protected] but there is no response.

                                I transfer 2000 Rupees for My wallet to My Bank account at 10th September 2018 .It show the Wallet history Transaction Id :575810caa3109 credited. I click the invoice option, but No data found alert show . i don't receive the money in my account .Really i suffered this issue please solved the issue as soon as possible.

                                  My father received a call from [protected] yesterday i.e 12th Sept at 7:18 pm from SBI identifying himself as SBI Branch manager and saying that his debit card has been blocked and need to upgrade to new debit card, Coincidently he received a new debit card from SBI for security resons 2 days back so my father thought this might be regarding that only, and he shared the Debit card details and after 3 minutes he received a SMS from SBI for a transaction of Rs 25, 000 at MOBIKWIK POS with transaction details. I am attaching the screenshot for the same. Kindly help in tracing the transaction and provide the refund for the same.
                                  I have already made an complaint at the nearest police station.

                                  Hi, i transfer the amount 642.51 throw the wallet to bank account at Sep 18, 2018 11:13AM, but it show the paid to bank. it can not recive my account . My transaction number Transaction Id: 5761ec4f9cf4d Bank transfer to R Vijayakumar ([protected])
