[Resolved]  Mobikwik — Wallet balance did not update

I have added Rs.1300 from my SBI CRED CARD to my MOBIKwik account. And Rs.1300 is credited from my SBI CREDIT CARD. But my MOBIKwik wallet balance showing Rs.0. Please refund my mony as soon s possible. My mobile no. is [protected]. My Email Id is [protected]@09gmail.com

For doing online shopping I have added Rs.5675.00 to my mobikwik wallet thru my SBI NatBanking on 01/10/2014, amount has been deducted from my bank, however my transaction has been flagged for verification and the amount was in hold with mobikwik, I even sent them scanned copy of my voter ID. Wallet Balance did not got updated with the money deposited.

I raised two complaints. There has been no response from Mobikwik.

Please, solve this issue as soon as possible. This money has been claimed by Mobikwik from the Credit card already.

Hi,

It is very unfortunate that I am using mobikwik for all my transaction, but I did not get the proper service.

I have added 150/- wallet balance and transactions was success on 24th Jan, 2015.

But in Wallet balance not updated.I have raised 2 tickets (2067730 and 2078224) and status is awaiting.

Transaction Type Credit to Wallet Transaction Id [protected] and Transaction Date 24th Jan 2015.

There is no proper customer service...

Recharge Not Done But Amount Deducted

I did a recharge of Rs 399, but then recharge was unsuccesful, but the amount has been charged.

Cashback not received for foodpanda transaction

I have made a transaction
of 704 INR
from Mobikwik
on 11 June 2016
to "foodpanda"
Order # 534fbad88f90e
and was supposed to get 15 % cashback.
But no cashback has been debited to my account.
Hi Mobikwik team,

This is regarding the balance missing from mobikwik wallet. I have raised the tickets several times through the application but no success. I receive very generic response and the last response which I received on missing balance is that the amount is credited back to your bank account, however; on checking the bank statements and following up with bank there is no credit from Mobikwik. To make the matters worse I see that two credit transactions on 5th June and 5th July of Rs. 4900 and 5405 respectively are not reflected in the transaction report on Mobikwik. I can see the transaction in the bank statement (SBI credit card statement) but not sure why the amount is not credited. I am not at all satisfied with the services and response I received so far. I would appreciate if you get back to me with details and refund the money else I would be taking the matter to the legal authorities. Thanks

Today is 19th Feb 2022, and I paid 5000, it was deducted from my bank account ( I have the statement) and my wallet balance didn't update. PLEASE HELP

I added 150 rs from my upi but its not reflecting in my mobivik wallet..my email id- abrar.[protected]@gmail.com
