I have went to more retail shop from 143 & 144, sonathammanahalli, t c palya, anandapura, k. R. Puram, bangalore. One of store manager is name rathankara is mobile no [protected]. While i shoping one of the old man making bill some problem with billing counter saddenly he came talking very arangantly to that old man please see this will not happen with customer's so one the regular customers

Iam dr. Ravi from chittoor. On 19 the september, i purchased products worth 2700. Again on 20th september around 11 am i went to billing counter with some products. A billing girl and a fat lady sweeper were looking and laughing at me. I asked, there was no response. Is this the way to behave with the customers. I was very very embarrassed. So please don't make fun of the customers. Respect the customers....

I have been cheated on 6th sept 2019 by mote store situated at apcar garden, asansol, west bengal.

They have announced a scheme for marketing purposes and put a big flex in front of the store stating that "buy for rs 2500/- and get a steel handi with cover for rs. 15/-"
After purchasing for rs. 2555.80, when i asked for the same, they denied to give the handi and told me that there no such scheme....

I have visited more megha store, sahakarnagar, today at around 13:30 hours small purchase. As i have bought only 2 items i was approached express counter for speedy clearance, as other normal counters were busy with lot of customers due to wednesday sales. Unfortunately threexpress counter was closed and for more than 30 minutes i was trying to contact store manager for the remedy. Somebody told that he has gone for lunch and i even tried...

Today 25/08/2019 i have purchased 3 products from more stores. Krushnagar, nadia. West bengal. Pin 741101. Out of the above three products one is orbit spearmint 66 gm bottle. I just want to return the above said product immediately to the store. But the thd person who was dealing the bill refused to take the product. His logic wsa that he had to go through lots of paper works for that....

E on[protected] morning i visited the more super market near kothapet saroornagar, there was a problem in the billing machine, none of them intimated us on that issue till my shopping was completed and when i visited the billing counter no one was ther to bill my product and i asked the sales girl there like could you please ask any one to come and make a bill for my products at that time she responded like...

On 4/8/2019 i purchased goods worth rs 677.69 from more retail ltd, hesarghatta main road, bangalore. I paid the billed amount by credit card. I only checked billed invoice but did not check the credit card bill. Also, i did not get any message immediately on my mobile regarding the amount spent on my credit card.
It was only today (7/8/19) i got a message in my mobile that an amount of rs 6777.79 has been spent on my credit card....

One of the female staff accused me of stealing a heritage ghee packet worth 99 rupees after check out. I was co-operative and let them check my grocery bag, as i do understand that it is part of their job. After checking my bag with my bill and not finding any extra product instead of letting us go.

I & one of the customer were sitting next to each other & we noticed a lady carrying a infant was mercilessly called by the security near the corner room of the stores for a enquiry & this security guy started questioning the lady the reason not...

I took a pack of maganlal chikki from the store and found a worm in that.

When i bought this to supervisors attention as manager was not in store. He confirmed the manufacturing date as 9.12.2018 and expiry is after 1 year.

Kindly take immediate action on this.

He bought grocery from more and after billing he got a gift coupon. after two weeks of getting the coupon, he got one call to his registered mobile no ([protected]) that he got selected for a gift and he need to visit more store to collect the gift.

He went the store to collect the gift just next day .

But the staff said that someone already collected...

I spent 6500 in march 2019 in raja bazar paschim midnapore outlet as it was said that there was a dinner set gift on spending the same. But till now i didn't get the gift. I asked so many times but they are saying it is not available. If you don't want to keep your promises, then don't make your customer fool. They will spend once but not again and again. I am very much disappointed with this....

I want to give complaint against more store (Supermarket) which is located at street no 8 habsiguda uppal road in hyderabad. They are still charging for plastic bags to customers however as per consumer court's they should not charge for that and when i confirmed to store manager he sd that it's a policy as per management so he can't help on it.
Please take action against them as they are increasing plastic uses...
