This is chitikela. Praveen i have been to more mega store (Total mall) at madivala bangalore for shopping.
I have purchased some products along with
1. Sonic1:20 four funcion r/c
2. Anjali aluminium toaster large
And some other items.
I went to the checkout to pay the bill, the staff are really not aware of what is the discount on the product,
I had even had word with the staff saying that the discount of the products. But still he says he cannot help on this,
So i had to reach to the customer service kiosk.
I was shocked the way the customer service desk as responded to the customers, i had to wait around 1:40 mins along with my family and kid.
Staff and come and i have to go to the floor to show the hoardings that have been displayed to the staff, do you expect the customer to go to the floor to show where this hoardings
Are displayed and what is the discount on the product? I had gone three times on the floor to show once to the staff at floor and next 2 times with the manager of the store.
And there are everywhere big hoardings displayed near the products.
"this is what i was not expecting from the staff how can the staff say to the customers saying you are lieing".
Do you think that customers had to lie for just discount, you should be very careful talking to customers, is this the way you treat customers?
Do you think you are monooly what ever you do it's fine, we as customers are seeing and listening to this.
But what surprised i was asking the staff to check and bill but he is least bothered to check for the customers.
This is just cheating and fooling the customers, by placing the products in the bin on the floor where there would be promotional offer products.
And when i ask the staff about the price of the products and discounts they are not aware of them.
I went to customer service desk but i see there is only one person who is assisting the customers, how can only one person handle at evening.
I really do not understand how can you ask the customer to show the displayed hoardings on the floor and regarding the discount?
It's not one item but it's all the three items with no proper discount.
Is this the way you respond to customers?
This is really bad experience to me, and bad image on more mega store (Total mall).
Request higher officials to take and action and contact me.
