Dear sir / madam

This to inform you that i have taken led from more mega store on 28/10/2016 and i'm facing problem with led from past 1 year 3 times your service team visit and attended but still compliant is pending.

Complaint number:ban[protected].

Now none of the number is working and we cannot connect to service team

Need your help to clear this asap.

This is chitikela. Praveen i have been to more mega store (Total mall) at madivala bangalore for shopping.

I have purchased some products along with
1. Fisher price babys first blocks
2. Chota bheem cp3006 combi
3. Hobby lobby chic n trendy je
These above three belongs to kids.
I went to the checkout to pay the bill, the staff are really not aware of what is the discount on the product, i had even had word with the staff saying that the discount of the products. But still he says he cannot help on this, so i had to reach to the customer service kiosk.
I was shocked the way the customer service desk as responded to the customers, i had to wait around 1:20 mins along with my family and kid. Staff and come and i have to go to the floor to show the hoardings that have been displayed to the staff, do you expect the customer to go to the floor to show where this hoardings are displayed and what is the discount on the product? I had gone three times on the floor to show once to the staff at floor and next 2 times with the manager of the store.
And there are everywhere big hoardings displayed near the products.
But what surprised i was asking the staff to check and bill but he is least bothered to check for the customers.
This is just cheating and fooling the customers, by placing the products in the bin on the floor where there would be promotional offer products.
And when i ask the staff about the price of the products and discounts they are not aware of them.

I went to customer service desk but i see there is only one person who is assisting the customers, how can only one person handle at evening.

I have asked the customer service desk staff to call up to the manager, it took overall they kept me waiting for more than 1 hr 20 mins.

I really do not understand how can you ask the customer to show the displayed hoardings on the floor and regarding the discount?

It’s not one item but it’s all the three items with no proper discount.

Is this the way you respond to customers?

This is really bad experience to me, and bad image on more mega store (Total mall).

Request higher officials to take and action and contact me.

I had went to your more store for purchase situated at sector 15, vasundhara, ghaziabad 201012. I had purchased a bottle of 650 ml. Pantene shampoo. When I saw the bill I astonished to see that over price charged on purchase of Pantene shampoo. While, 100 rs off is written on the cap of the bottle. So regarding the same when I inquired about the exjact price of the sampoo bottle staff at the store instead of telling the exjact price, he misbheived. please do the needful, this damaged the reputation of the store.

Hi as per your offer till 28th february 2019 paytm cashback 100.00 inr will be there on the bill of 299.00inr and above my today's bill amount is 373.45 inr still i am not get any money back please solve this or don't give fake offers

I am a regular customer of your store of Krishnagar, Ananta Hari Mitra Road situated at Krishnagar, Nadia, WB.On Saturday 2nd February 2019, i purchased worth Rs 61.92(sixty one and ninety two paise), but they debited Rs 6192(six thousand ninety two) from my card.After verification of their mistake they reverse the amount but still my prepaid card is not credited.I am suffering a lot.
please take the issue carefully and do the needful

Cashier muthuraj was rude and unprofessional when i went to make a purchase at more megastore, sarjapur road, bangalore. Even after entering the pin on the credit card machine, he didn’t press the green button and the transaction timed out. He started arguing rudely with me by first saying that i had entered the wrong pin and then said i had not entered any pin. I asked for the manager and had to wait a very long time before somebody showed up. The cashier lied to him about the whole incident and then had the audacity to tell me that i was supposed to press the green button after entering the pin, although he had taken the machine and kept it with him.

He also forced me to enter very satisfied feedback at the very beginning of the transaction, instead of at the end. I was not able to change this later.

The customer care number on the website [protected] does not work and my email sent to [protected]@morestore.com remains unaswered.

Dear team, i'm here to say the bad experience at your more store, nizampet hyderabad yesterday. We came for an exchange of a gyeser as it's a defective piece. The manager and staff surrounded us and not willing to replace it. Im a customer from past 3 years. No one will tolerate this. We complained to police as well if there no proper action on this will sue a case and even to consumer forum. I never seen such a rude behaviour anywhere.

Today i bought corentto mini dick at pragathi nagar branch hyderabad. I called to your manger ms. Vijayalakshimi regarding fungus concern. I request her company mail id she haven't share the id. Even she didn't respond. My family had the 20 percent of ice-cream. I don't know my child may get health issue. Kindly convey my message to quality ice-cream team and may i know your team is maintained the proper temperature or not.

I have made milk card from more store by paying 1100 cash. It was valid for 3 months after 2 months accidentally it was lost
When i contacted he more store in chandigarh they showed their helplessness in making a duplicate card as it was not possible without card number they refused to locate the card with the phone number my card is expiring by tomorrow and it was having a balance of more than rupees 100 i am really feeling very helpless and suffering a loss of my balance kindly issue me a new card on make a duplicate card

During billing, customer is forced to reveal his mobile no: this number is sold to telemarketers without customer's knowledge and consent, resulting in untimely nuisance calls from any scum, even if you are registered in dnd.

Such business establishments have no culture, ethics, decency or any values and will do anything for money.

Such a shame!

I recieved LG fridge 284 ltrs steel color in evening dated 4 January 2019.
When fridge is delievered at home .I saw a dent on fridger part door. And when I called at megamore store indore they are not responding properly. I have purchased new fridge and will not accept with big dent on it which is clearly visible.
Please look into this matter and solve our problem by changing the fridge.
Nobody will accept the new fridge with big dent .

I have purchased 2 Jersey paneer on 29th Dec from more super market in p&t colony dilsukhnagar Hyderabad...when we open one pocket on the same day we found it was not good and getting bad smell..when I went back next day to the store to return the remaining item..they have not accepted it and did not returned the amount through its their fault in doing quality check and selling unhealthy food to customers..pls take action on them.

Extra money of rs. 50/- was billed and taken from me on 30th december 2018 at bhadrakali more s m of hooghly for purchase of loreal paris shampoo. The print price was 265/- and after discount it was rs. 215/-.
I tried to contact the seller but the phone number is invalid.
The ph no given in the bill is also invalid. So there is a question of good management.

1101 aashirvaad shudh chakki atta to day price on batala more store display rs. 109/- but charged today rs. 220/-. This is cheating the customer and also said you can complaint us. Please see the matter and inform us. I am sending the pict of display price today 28.12.18 at 11:27 am and bill.

Sir i have purchased 40 inches led tv of kodak company and i just checked the screen of the tv while purchasing but after taking home which is 200 km away from morestore gurgaon sec 48 but when i reached home i saw the wifi was not working and within 1 hr the screen stopped working told same to the store keeper and the costumer care kodak but till the date from[protected] the tv is not working no action in taken either by the store keeper or the customer really very poor service by your company please help me for this

I had been to your more store mangalore (Kambla) on 15.12.18 evening. After collecting all the required provisions i went to the weighing and pricing tag section to do the needful. When my turn came up, instead of taking up my goods for weighing he attended two other customers who were behind me in the q. When i objected to this he told me that i can complain about this to the
Stores manager or whomever i want. He also told me that he is least bothered about complaints. I informed about this to the stores supervisor and he pleaded helplessness and asked me to contact the stores managerm/s sunitha reshma over her mobile no.[protected], however her response was poor. The intention of giving this complaint is that in future the customers should not be harrassed in this manner. Another doubt i have is whether you are not paying the salary to this particular person because he has told me that he is least bothered about complaints against him. Finally i

Purchased on 7th nov 2018 from more mega store sohna road, gurgaon haryana.
On that day a promotional bank offer was there that is 10% cash back offer on hdfc bank debit/credit card. Paid all the bills with hdfc bank credit card. But still i am not getting any cash back and one month is now completed when i will get the cash back in that case what should i do please do the needful asap

Yesterday i went to more mega store for buying groceries and other things. After reaching home when i cross checked the bill i found some dissimilarities, one being mrp given on the product is quiet less then what i have been charged with. (Actual price of product is 99 rupee but i was billed with 157 rs). There are 1 more product with same issue. I have attached pictures related to this.
