Hi,

I want to give complaint against more store (Supermarket) which is located at street no 8 habsiguda uppal road in hyderabad. They are still charging for plastic bags to customers however as per consumer court's they should not charge for that and when i confirmed to store manager he sd that it's a policy as per management so he can't help on it.
Please take action against them as they are increasing plastic uses by selling and doing publicity for their brand.

I have purchased 2 ifb washing machine and 43 inches philips led with 2 years warranty.
However, led having problem, with lot of difficulties reached customer care number, technician visited told the problem and taken 1300 /- money for ordering the product also he has told us it takes 30 days time and waited.

After that we tried reaching technician, not responding.

Finally we have contacted more mega stores electronic person no one is ready to respond properly.
Very pathetic situation and worst experience.

Cheating in weighing. If you buy something of .95 kg weight, then they take charge for almost 1.2 kg. Such cheaters. I bought mangoes worth 69 per kg. When I weighed them, it was .95 kg. Then the billing girl unnecessarily put a basket with mangoes on the weighing machine, then the weight became 1.2 kg. It increased 8 rupees in price unnecessarily. And the billing girl was so arrogant, I had to give the full money.

I am a regular shopper at your store on Wind Tunnel Road, Bangalore for more than a decade and I am a senior citizen. I shopped on 2nd June for over rs 2, 000 which is my usual monthly shopping. I asked for delivery before 6 pm as it was a Sunday and I had to go to church. Your delivery guy called me at 6:40. I asked him if he could wait as I had to get home, but he declined. He wakes me up after 10 pm which is ridiculous. Is this the kind of service your store provides for us senior citizens. I know that I will never shop at your store in the future. I'm making this complaint in the hope that another shopper doesn't face this careless, callous, DON'T CARE ATTITUDE. I hope this will be looked into.

Visite More store in the evening on 16.06.2019 st Sir hind Road Patoala. Purchased 5 items. Billing person after receiving money and billing refused to give paper bag to pack the goods purchased. When asked the Maager Mr
Pawan deep Chauhan about complaint book he asked to lodge complaint on line and has no complaint book.
Service is very poor. Always asked to give feedback before billing.

I have been purchased the item on on 2nd of this month for Rs463/-vide cash receipt noOTHPOS9153110 FOR 463 /- and another receipt no OTHPOS[protected] for rs463/- .In this context I went to the more for enquire the problem which i had they the matter to be discuss with the manager but the manager will come after one o clock .I am a employee where i will get the holiday on sunday .So kindly help me in this matter.

Soft drinks such as thumsup coca cola Pepsi are of cheap quality... Even though they are sealed there are not having enough gas.. I think duplicate drinks are sold.. This is happening may be because lack of proper supervision. Necessary action to be taken for rectification. Customers are coming to more for quality only. Don't let their trust spoiled

MORE supermarket continues to charge for carry bags even though there is a verdict against such retailers charging for bags if the bags have the company logo advertised on them

The counter staff seem immune to requests and are deficient in their knowledge, further I suspect the Company makes them toe the line even if they don't want to

Such behavior is not tolerated and should be firmly dealt with to prevent abuse of customer rights

Shameless sales executives.. Des guys don't have common sense n such a rude behaviour with customers.. I taught of smashing those ppl but i din do it.. Next tym if dis attitude repeats i will talk to dem legally n c to it dat d store will b closed.. Very very arrogant executives.. Today, purchased eggs from store in Kharadi, however after sometime i noticed that those where expired with packing date of 9 May and best best before 15 days i.e. 23 May.

When i returned to store and enquired to my surprise more 5 boxes were expired and kept for selling at entrance

I visited more store, malleshpalya, bangalore on 27th may, 2019, at 9:30 am. I requested a shop assistant to help me to find pudhina as i was unable to see any in the leafy veg section. I was 2 aisles away when i asked him for assistance. Without so much as batting an eyelid, he tells me all the pudhina is over. I urge him to check and then tell me. At first he refuses to, saying he is certain. On further urging he checks and comes back and tells me there is none, just as he had claimed earlier. It is just 9:30 am. I challenge him that he is not doing his job of helping me, and that i am sure there is pudina in available. I go and ask a few other shop assistants and they find 10 bunches! Ganesh, the errant shop assistant is unapologetic to say the least. To my shock, other shop assistants pipe in speaking in favour of ganesh! That gave me an idea of the sorry state of more store! I complain to the shop supervisor, srikanth, who is least helpful. He does not reprimand the ganesh in any way, neither does he apologize to me. When i ask for the manager's number, he writes down a wrong number on a piece of paper! In addition, several bins of the loose items were empty and so was the aata, which i needed to buy. He made me wait for 15 mins while the bin was refilled. This is the state of the shop during the peak hours! The price tags are not up on any of the fresh produce. No one is doing their job! Fortunately, i took the numbers of the manager (John thomas) and cluster manager (Sanju chengappa) from the shop signboard and called them after reaching home. Both apologised (Easiest thing to do) and mr. Chengappa said he will update me by the same evening as to the action he took. No call from him. Today when i called him at 2 pm, he says he is in a meeting and will call after 6 pm. I wonder what they are discussing at meetings that goes on for 4 hours, especially when the state of the stores is so pathetic! I wonder who the top management is, as no one makes themselves known or is trackable. So, whether a customer is dissatisfied with the service, they could not be bothered. They don't care that the cluster manager is not doing his job properly or that the manager of the store is useless, as they will never know, since the customer cannot contact them! I hope samara capital-amazon is listening to us and reading the complaints. Samara capital-amazon are you okay with the rotten service being provided by your joint venture — more retail?? Will you please make sure customer complaints don't just keep bouncing between customer care centers and the inefficient store managers. Most ineffective arrangement!

Was waiting for 20 minutes only for weight even there was no more customers that time. It's bad experience... It's gets repeated more times... And all employees in more shows that they are so busy... And in actual it's not will never visit more market again in future. There are more options for sodexo card so will go there cause of bad service from more...

As we have purchased ice creams on 26.05.2019 @ ashok nagar branch vijayawada wide cm no 1963-[protected], trans : 292421, pos no : j2652. They have charged for carry bags. According to consumer rules when we purchase ice creams you have to give in ice packs but not giving like that nor giving the carry bags without taking any charges. We are asking the carry bags which we are purchasing from your store.

All other super markets are giving with out charging. Why are you not giving???

I am regular customer of more. I purchase cold drinks 20 bottles of 2 lot but they not give me the bill .previously I purchase around 3700 . You are giving the offer non stick item purchase of 6000. But this is not add the purchase item. They are telling they can't give bill. The more shop is birati branch. Plz solve this matter and add the purchase amount in my total purchase

Its been my mom purchasing oleev active oil from more store located in ting road vizianagaram ap. The reason i purchase is its good oil and gives rs.185/- voucher of book my show movie tickets, like it has a scratch code on a sticker place to it on oil packet. Always it has been scratched and the code is used by somebody, when we try to use it its useless, and we costumer always have a loss of this voucher which is worth 185/-.
May this be done by your own helpers or the other costumer, but it is ultimate loss to the person who purchases by somehow.

Please resolve this immediately with a quick action and get my voucher back or money or i can simply file a consumer case on the store.

I have made a transaction 4450rs on 12may2019 via phonepe but its failed in phonepe but amount got deducted from account, again more executives asked to me to pay again since transaction has failed. Again i tried via phonepe transaction has got successfully completed and again amount deducted from my account. Then i called to bank customer care they are telling like this is not our issue technical issue from merchantize. So merchant should get decline one transaction.

I asked in more but nobody is responding properly

More supermarket at khammam, mamata road staff are cash counter behaved rudely when asked not to bill the customers who are not in q. I just made a short video and told that i will complaint. He said he he is not bothered and told me do what ever you can do.
I made a short video once he started behaving rudely and asked for his name. His name is clearly in the video. Language spoken in video is telugu.

I am shopping with more for many years but this is the first time came across such rude and no respect towards customer attitude. Earlier instances when i report d about some bad product etc were solved immediately. More superarket is one place where we find a bit educted and well behaved staff. Pls take this complaint seriously and look into it. This is more about reputation of the organization.

Really i had a bad experience on false and cheating commitment given by more stores representative he clearly said the godrej locker which bought on (05/05/2019)... Bill. No.[protected] their is no installation charges after i came home and i have called godrej customer care they are saying their is a complusory installation charges and it's really bad and cheating commitment given by representative of more... So, such a big company this kind of cheating commitment not suppose to give to customers to sell your products.

I am regular customer of more store but this time had a bad experience.

I have just visited at more store in baramati, maharashtra.

I have an axis bank gift voucher but cashier has not accepted my reward voucher at more store as they said having server connection issues, so visit store tomorrow.

My question, is there really server related issues then how come swiping card payment works well? At that time they are able to connect axis bank server.

Kindly look into it and sort out my queries as soon as possible.

I purchased apples from more store rakesh marg, part-iii, nehru nagar, ghaziabad, unit rate was 159 per kg.

All apples were smelling badly inside as if treated with some chemicals, in a lot of 5-6 apples, 1 or max 2 can be bad but all were rotten.

Even the fruits section is not maintained properly in that store

Those fruits were purchased for a patient and he even ate 1 thinking that his taste is not good due to medicines but in reality the apple was smelling badly, more should take some responsibility towards the items present in their store.

Please take an action and inspect the store and ask them to provide refund for my order and maintain some cleanliness in store.
