I had logged a complaint with you 3 months back for my leaking kettle 1.8 Rapido the complaint was attended by the technician and replacement sticker was put on it, as i had purchased it online from yebhi.com, now yebhi is closed and they no more exist, and nobody from morphy richard is also helping in the replacement, i have been running door to door but all in vain i had a word with the area incharge Mr. Arun Chavan and his senior Mr. Sujay Sinha but they are also not able to resolve the problem as they can't, if your company is so competant to resolve the issue's then please close down your india business and Get lost.
