[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — Very poor and delay in service | |||||
I'm using Moto G3 handset which had an issue in its touch screen during December 2016. I've purchased this phone on March 2016 from Amazon. When i detected this complaint, I've given to the nearest service center and they did some temporary fix and gave me back. On the next day it got damaged with the same issue. Again i gave to service center and they did the same. And i gave the phone on Jan 11 2017 and its been more than a month now. Till now i didnt get any proper updates. Today when i visited the service center they are telling it will take another 3 more weeks. I called the customer care around 10 times, Every time they are telling they have escalated my issue and their senior will call me within 48 hours. But till now i didnt get any call from the MOTO Service team. And they are not providing me the contact details of the senior service tea, m to discuss on this issue. This is the worst and pathetic service I've faced in my life. Please help me in getting my phone repaired or to get a replaced handset at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||||
