On the 24th of May 2014 I purchased a Nikon D3300 DSLR Camera (Order Number - [protected], Tracking Number - [protected]), form Snapdeal. The date for it to be delivered was 28th of May 2014, but on the appointed day it did not arrive. For almost 2 days now I have been awaiting the delivery of the parcel, but to no avail. I have called up Snapdeal, and Delhivery, but neither are very helpful. Snapdeal, at the best managed to lodge a complaint for me, but for some reason that still has not sped up anything or made any difference. The people working at the Delhivery Call Center are extremely unprofessional, and I so wish that if I knew it was being done through Delhivery, I had ordered from Amazon.in. It has 1 day delivery, and you do not have to waste your hours calling them up and chasing them around the place. I seriously advise Snapdeal to stop using the services of Delhivery, as it is losing you a lot of business. I too will in the future reconsider buying from you if this kind of behaviour and poor service, informativity and experience is repeated. I hope you get thye chance to read this as it involves a lot of losses for you, and as well as the customers.

    I have ordered a phone on Jan 9th through snap deal and they have promised to delivered on Jan 13th but the product reached chennai branch on Jan 11th. But still [Jan 17th] I haven't received the product. The product was shipped by Delhivery courier service. So I have Emailed to snapdeal but they have said that they are not responsible as they have dispatched the product through Delhivery Courier. So I have Emailed and Called many times to Delhivery customer support from Tuesday onwards and I received poor response and false statement that they will deliver the product by EOD [ from tuesday onwards]. Also none of the local guys contacted me regarding this. I have called many times but same response. So I have wasted all of my time in finding the local chennai branch address and contact details and there is no proper tracking system where i'm unable to find any exact details regarding the shipping... So much frustration and loss of money..So I need compensation from the company and immediate product dispatch

      I have ordered a product from yepme.com, and it was supposed to get delivered two days back i.e 26-12-13 but till now i haven't received it. when i tracked my order the status says that twice the representative have come to my place but the door was locked, whereas i didn't receive a single call from the representative or anyone has really come but a false status has been updated on the website. Even all the contact information provided was o[censored]se as the numbers provided were not responding, even after three days the status in the same, morning i get an sms that my order has been dispatched for delivery but no one actually comes to deliver and this is not the first it's happenning like this. I request for an possible action against this unreliable courier service and i also request all the online buyers and e-commerce companies to not go for this courier service. My order from beautykafe (order id :[protected] is getting delivered through delhivery (tracking id : [protected]) As per the details on your site, the order have been received in pune. I need to confirm whether the order will be delivered by tomorrow or not. It is really important as I am going out of town for 7 days on Friday and I need the product before that.             Now that's not fair... Them IIT guys... Brilliant minds... You know... They all actually sit down and map the most optimal path to your house... Down to the smallest detail... Deliberations last at least a week... But if you're lucky enough to get your package, you have the ethereal peace in the knowledge that it traversed the most favorable path in the space-time continuum.

                At first the do not update tracking status for 2 to 3 days ; and their delivery person do not even came to my offices and updates status as "Office closed, retrial tomorrow (Customer to be called)" and this is not first time one more time same thing happened and when I asked about this to devilry person he said "you are counting days , there are many who are counting months"............this answer itself describe a lot of thing .

                For this return request i didn't get any call from you between 1st DEC to 10th DEC. I am seeing fake status that i cancelled pick up. i didn't cancelled any pick up till now. And you always telling "Customer does not want to return the product".

                    I Ordered a TV from snapdeal.com on 24th april.And they sent to Delhivery Courier Service for shipment on 27th April.
                    The delivery date was 29 April( according to snapdeal.com).
                    I called up Delhivery Courier Service on 29th but they told, i will get it on 30th April a must.
                    Today(30 April) i called up and the Delhivery customer support guy told me, i will be getting it on 2nd May cause 1st May is a holiday.
                    I am not sure how long it will take to reach me.
                    Or they will really send me my parcel or not or misplace it.

                    i have never seen a courier service as worst as delhivery, i have also recieved the product late and i did not accept it.
                    I have ordered so many (like more than 15) products from snapdeal and most of the times my product was delived by Delhivery. It was only once when my product reached me one day late.

                    Sometimes there can be problems with any courier company or any online shopping company.
                    The worst service of the world.

                    They denied me to come to me and they call me somewhere to take my parcel.

                    When i ask to come for delievery the use the abusing words and they are not coming to me to give my parcel.
                    this is fake I just work at delivery is he just making fool to people

                      This is the worst experience I had in the last 5 years with an courier agency. They are thoroughly unproffesional. They dont deserve to be in the business.
                      Through my experience and reading other's grievances, I came to know that they may lose your shipment easily to the extent that it is untraceable. Its my advice to all online shopping sites, not to trust DELHIVERY. They are the worst players in the business. Even after 15 days of dispatch I have not received the product. INDIATIMES you better stay away from them, otherwise I'll have to avoid purchasing from your website.

                        DELHIVERY Courier service is one of the worst delivery system, which I never come across.
                        32GB micro SD Card ordered through EBAY on 28.10.12, expected date of delivery was on 2.11.12, even till date the item is not delivered. There is no use of calling customer care, bcoz, it's always engaged...

                        After too many follow ups, I found the item was lying in Bangalore hub from 4.11.12 (which is only 20km to delivery place) & I've literally begged to deliver / self will come and collect, but there is no use...

                        with lot of frustration, I'm launching this complaint for public awareness.

                        Yes i agree with you Shankar, Worst ever Courier service..Not sure why India Times shopping selected such a worst logistics partner. I had even went and approached their office yesterday, Guess.. there are loads of parcels... No one will response to you.. So finally i caught one guy and he told he will confirm by 2PM and i left the place and when i called them @ 2PM.. they said shipment is with us. So Today i had again went there and now they said, its not with us and its with Bangalore Hub, , very very frustrated.

                        It's the worst ever.Can u believe it everyday they call me up telling me they'll deliver it but never ever turn up, this went on for a week.Finally tired of waiting all day I called up the delivery guy and I was obviously angry asked him why he wasn't doing his job.He starts yelling and you guys won't believe this, he actually threatened to BEAT ME UP his exact words "you tell me where u are sir!!! I'll come now only without out the package but ill give u a special delivery see what ill do to you for scolding me ...why are you scolding sir " can u actually believe it These people make false promises that they'll deliver and when they don't and when they're questioned they threaten to BEAT YOU UP .                         i am thinking that these delhivery delivery boys are taking our products and they will sell spare parts of our mobiles or any electronic goods.
                        And they will fix some non warenty parts to our devices.

                        Its a gr8 fraudulent courier service...i had ordered for imported soup bowls from shopclues.com...it was broken and i had returned the product and waited for nearly 20 days but when called and asked the respected company they said we had received a wrong parcel holding a saree in it...how bakhwas...when i tried that courier service boy's number it was not reachable...very poor even a lady called me and asked for the pick up of the product on date...i thought it was a genuine service...its all poor and extremely worst...please guys before ordering ur products online see to a maximum extent to call that particular companies customer care number and enquire about the availability of the product first and specially mention them not to send it through DELHIVERY courier service...even if they say they will take the responsibility then pls don't go for placing that orders...thats the only chance we have...

                        Delhivery Courier Service is possibly the slowest and most uncertain courier service, on the basis of time that I have ever come across. While clever companies like Amazon are using their own courier system, E-Commerce companies like Snapdeal, etc are making customers shy away from them, and use other companies, such as Delhivery. I had ordered a Nikon D3300 DSLR Camera, which on Amazon.In is (sadly) more expensive, although they do offer 1 Day delivery. Delhivery on the other hand, has now taken 5 Days, and my package still has not arrived. I had ordered it on the 23rd of May, and the estimated 'Delhivery' date was the 28th of May. Yet when I called them up today, they said that my package is on its way from Lucknow to Delhi, a journey of no more than 1 Day I assure you, but it was said to have been in transit since the 25th of May. The person at their customer service center was extremely good at trying to assure me that it would come as soon possible, while still telling me that it had not yet even reached Delhi, where it would then be processed, then sent to Mumbai, then processed, then delivered to me, a journey that would at the maximum take '24 - 48 hours'! If on the day of delivery, it is going to take another day, or even more, after 5 days, I think we have a problem here.
                        Had one of the worst and disappointing experiences. Can't imagine the level of inefficiencies in their system.
                        It takes them 2 days to ship the package from Delhi to Bangalore and to deliver it to a location in bangalore, it takes them 7 days. And every time you call them, the reply is the same. "Will deliver it today by 6:30"..The false reassurances, the false promises. I have actually called them 16 times..and still haven't received my shipment!
                        I would rather go and purchase it from a store, and I have decided I will never place any order on Amazon. If they continue to use such low grade Courier/ Logistics partners, they are certain to not only lose their current customer base, but will also never gain any new customers

                        i had also got same experience from delhivery courier .http://track.delhivery.com/p/[protected] they returned my shipment due to no serviceable zone. anybody tell them if they have no serviceable zone so why they commit to deliver product. unfortunately i did make a damn mistake . plz hs18/snapdeal take some action otherwise.. one by one all peoples stop buying product from you.( i placed again a new product on hs18) and waiting for snapdeal product.
                        stupids. I have faced same issue. I dont know why the [censored] flipkart is engaging with them.
                        Useless courier i ever seen. I does all non sense stuff, no response, no calling, delivering item to somebody. Very un professional courier ever seen. My camera stand is still not delivered. Only one advise never use this courier

                        I had order a Intel i3 processor from flipkart and filpkart send my item through Delhivery courier but Delhivery service did not deliver my item at my 201001 location. Customer care executive said that pick your item from Ghaziabad Delhivery courier office and he gave me address of his branch... when i reach at that address I found that there are no any Delhivery courier office.. after that i call to Delhivery customer care then he gave me mobile no of manager of ghaziabad Delhivery office... when i call to manager 67 times, he never pick my phone...

                        Customer care executive never pic a call at one time... sometimes, call automatice disconnect after 2 minuts...
                        Delhivery courier serices is the worst. I ordered a shipment from Snapdeal same product but 2 items, but I got only one item. When I asked the courier person he said he got only courier, whereas snapdeal people are telling that both items were delivered on same day. I am totally confused and dont know what to do. No response at all.

                        Only one suggestion i would like to give - Do not buy anything from Snapdeal as their Customer service and courier in simple word is worst. No word and anger can be enough to match them. Its better to pay some extra price and get it from Amazon or Flipkart.They rarely disappoint the customer. Still who want to go with them to save few bucks god bless them. I can assure them that they will loose their peace of mind and their valuable time.

                        Your product deal are good but logistics partner Delhivery is ruining everything for you. For instance I have made a decision to never order from Snapdeal just because they ship products through Delhivery courier service. My product is in my city for past 4 days but still haven't reached to me. And every time I call, customer care executives tell me that they will change the status to urgent. This has been happening for past 4 days. I had to cancel my tickets because the product that I ordered was gift for my mother and I couldn't leave without it with me. Worst part is they can't even tell me the branch address or name where my product is present so that I can self collect it.

                        Worst delivery service. By delivery. Online shopping companies should reject delivery. In my case they took 03 days for the tracking number to be active. Forget bout the delivery time. Delivery is giving bad name to few good online shopping sites like flipkart, snapdeal and surpluss.in. their tracking service is pathetic. Ur items only move in tracking but actually it is in same place only. For example the order which is shipped on 23 oct its in the origin center only for 4 days
