I took loan from mpocket I am unable to login into the app because I lost my phone with my mpocket registered mobile number so I want change my registered mobile number login into the app and pay my loan tried to contact mpocket by call and email but there is no response at all please help me with this issue.

    Hi I took loan from mpokket in carona, due to my financial and family issues I'm unable to pay at that time. Recently I contacted mpokket regarding loan repayment but they didn't reduce penalty for me it is difficult to pay penalty.

          Sir my name is srajal bagri having mobile no. +[protected] I have tried contacting mppoket many times but get no proper reply and totally harrassment is all I have got my net amount is 7200 rs only and they are asking to pay 20k rs which I cannot bear I, I am a student and don't have any source of income currently I want to clear the amounts pp hence I request you to please resolve it asap and remove the penalty amount so I can make the paywmnt

            I have contacted the mPokett support team through email to request them to deactivate my account, they asked me the reason for deactivating my account, when i replied to them stating the reasons, they are still sending the same email asking again for the reason, i got this email many times and they are not even replying to my actual emails, they are just copy pasting the same thing, why do you have a support team if you can't provide any support to your customer?

                  I took loan from mpokket and was not able to repay on time, they have levied heavy penalty named late fee . Previously I have took about 4lacs loan from mpokket and repaid on time each and every time . Is this how mpokket treats it's old and valued customer? For 9500 rupees they are asking me to pay 20000 .

                    Hello Team

                    This complaint against Mpokket app.
                    This company is making me fool as the two recent transactions (loans) have not been done by me in Mpokket. (Attached screenshot) 20k and 1k but they are asking me for repayment on daily basis and harassing me.
                    I had a conversation with one of the Mpokket employees. (Subhajit).
                    And he informed me that the three devices below were totally logged to used my mpokket account.
                    Samsung m30s (this belong to me previoisly using it)
                    Redmi note 5 pro (This is also belong to me, previously using it)
                    Galaxy S10 (This device does not belong to me and I am not sure how this has been logged in)
                    Please check if this is belongs to your company or what, this is very serious issue.
                    Also Subhajit (mpokket employee) informed me that this mobile/device has been used for login to several other accounts. So it seems like it is a fraudulent device.) Please check immediately as it is imapcting my civil score continously.

                    Also I have been using the Iphone from the last 1 year so I can't use the Mpokket app on that. I just logged in 28th march with the redmi 10 device to check why I am getting the repayment message again and again even though I am not using the application. And then I saw all the details in the app.
                    Even in Mpokket application one extra SBI account is showing added and that's not belong to me. (Attached screenshot for reference)
                    Even the email id is showing changed.
                    The last transaction was done by me on 11 July 2021 for 2200 and after that I uninstalled the application and didn't use it at all.
                    Please check all the details and resolve this issue as soon as possible as both transactions have not been done by me.
                    Sent email to mpokket support team but didn't receive any update.

                      I took a loan of 13500 from mpokket some months back. Due to some financial trouble I was not able to pay back the loan. Now the due amount has increased to 28000, more than double the amount I took. Due to this I am simply unable to clear the loan. Please waive off all my penalties so that I can clear my loan

                        I took a loan of 13.5k from mpokket. Due to some financial trouble Ibwas not able to repay it for 3 months. Now when i checked the app the repayment amount has risen to about 28k. This is more than double the amount taken. How to waive off the penalty.

                                  I took five loans from mpokket and 3 loans were disbursed but 2 loans of 500 and 2000 was not disbursed in my account, I mailed the mpokket support mail but didn't get any reply, i repayed the amount of 3 loans which were disbursed but they still calling for the payment of 2 loans which were not disbursed and now it's kinda mental torcher for me...pls resolve my issue
