I request you to please update the Closed Loan status in the cibil as below mentioned Loan account are already closed but it is reflecting active in the my CIBIL Report . Kindly update closed in Credit Bureau CIBIL Trans Union.

I need a NOC for my education loan...

I am a very old customer of mpokket. I started using mPokket when my limit was 2000/-. Because of my regular payments, mpokket increased my limit from 2000 to 20000/-. I was working in a private company with minimal salary in Bangalore. But in 2021 I got affected by COVID and spent 1.5 Lac on hospital expenditure because government hospitals were running out of beds. And I borrowed this amount from people. Even after that I never failed to...

I paid all dues but not closed in credit report...

I have taken loan and also I repay it but my bank account is pending from 18 days and I'm not getting any amount now, its not showing any bank account to withdraw amount...

While opening mpokket app ..for transaction..it's not working properly...it's showing like session out log in. .it's blinking like anything...can't able to select any single Option .am attaching the screen recording along with this complaint...

Regularly I paid my loan took from mpokket several times, but due to my ongoing tremendous financial crisis unable to do so for my ongoing 5-6 loans through them.

They are calling me and my contacts, somehow they got all the contacts of my phone and telling them abusive words.

They are also calling me numerous times.

I have already communicated them through email several...

I have cleared all my dues but when I am asking for NOC, no one is responding to my queries......

It's shows that my bank account is already exists so Kindly please delete my existing bank account as I have only one bank account so that I can add a new bank account to borrow loan from mpokket. Thank you...

I applied loan in mpokket.
mpokket app activity shows loan amount disbursed but loan amount does not credited in my bank account.still mpokket customer does not responding me.so i request you to solve my issue.

I have paid my loan on 26/07/22 before my due date and the payment was totally successful from paytm but the app is showing that payment was unsuccessful and failed.nad the intrest is increasing and they are calling to repay the amount regularly but not understanding the problem.i am writing the mail to their support no proper response they are saying payment is failed worst customer support iam getting this is affecting my cibil score.please...
