After loan closure they did not provide NOC moreover they did not submit the clearance of loan for credit bereau this made my cibil fall drastically as I'm now suffering to get Education loan for my higher studies.

    I registered for mPokket using my phone number on August 27th-28th. Since then, I receive atleast 3 calls per day to complete my profile. They say that I must complete my profile to get loan o[censored]pto 30k for students. I receive calls from different phone numbers each time, so I am not able to block them. I am tired of these calls, I am not willing to complete my profile, which requires me to upload various documents and KYC. I am not able to delete my profile on the app, I have sent an email to mPokket support team on 3rd September to delete my profile but I only received an automatic response saying that the query is under process with no updates as of yet. I have called their customer support line but unsurprisingly, no response.
    I need mPokket to stop calling me to update my profile. This is borderline harassment.

              Took loan from mpokket 10000 rupees due to lockdown i failed to make repayment on time so they charge me extra fine i sent mail and i said that i m ready to pay my loan amount with interest but i never pay late fee but they replied i have pay all amount so denied to pay, , now they are calling me and force to pay 28000 rupees for 10000rupees of loan amount. they threating me and call my relatives and abused him they call with multiple number...

                I haven't recieved/took any loan from Mpokket. Still it is showing on my account since one year. It is affecting my credit score a lot. I tried contacting Mpokket many time they also said issue will solved a thousand times still no action has been taken since one year. Tired of send mails and messages to Mpokket. I need the resolution asap.

                  I am PANDI SRIKANTH, I did not take any loan amount on MPOKKET loan app but they show in the app 4 open loans on me. Daily send mails, calls with unvoluntary language, send notice to my current address like recovery notice. Could you please take a legal action against this fraud app.

                      I applied for a loan in Mpokket and its disbursed from the app and its not credited to my bank account.
                      So many times am trying to contact to the customer care but they are not taking the call.And i contacted my bank also they are also telling there is no amount is credited to your account

                              Unable to change primary device from past week and no support on issue

                              I have been trying from the past week to change my primary device but every time I try to take loan, the page with select your primary device comes up. I have selected my device multiple times and sent this issue to the email of mppoket there is no assistance from them on this issue there is no call centre whom I can call for the issue. Please address this issue ASAP. I am unable to take loan....

                              Late payment charges

                              I have taken loan from mpokket in lockdown time of Rs 15000 and due to some financial problems I was not able to repay on time now I want to pay but they are asking me to pay Rs 34000 because they applied late payment fees of around Rs 17000 kindly provide waiver for late payment fees so that I can clear my dues...
